The soliton molecules of the(1+1)-dimensional extended modified Korteweg–de Vries(mKdV)system are obtained by a new resonance condition, which is called velocity resonance. One soliton molecule and interaction between a soliton molecule and one-soliton are displayed by selecting suitable parameters. The soliton molecules including the bright and bright soliton, the dark and bright soliton, and the dark and dark soliton are exhibited in figures 1–3, respectively.Meanwhile, the nonlocal symmetry of the extended mKdV equation is derived by the truncated Painlevé method. The consistent Riccati expansion(CRE) method is applied to the extended mKdV equation. It demonstrates that the extended mKdV equation is a CRE solvable system. A nonauto-B?cklund theorem and interaction between one-soliton and cnoidal waves are generated by the CRE method.  相似文献

As the key factor for designing the valleytronic devices is to well understand the valley-dependent transport mechanism in graphene, we investigate, in this work, the effect of two ferromagnetic (FM) metal stripes on the valley polarization in a graphene nanostructure with a strain. The nearly 100% valley polarization is observed at certain energy windows and it can be easily controlled through changing the width and the position of the FM stripe as well as the strength of the magnetic field induced by the FM stripe. Our interesting findings reveal the valley-dependent transport mechanism of electrons and promote the realization of the new types of valleytronic devices modulated by the FM stripe and the strain.  相似文献

We determine the classical diffusion of two dimensional Dirac-like quasiparticles, in the presence of conserving spin disorder (scattering off electric impurities) and non-conserving spin disorder (scattering off magnetic impurities). We use the Kubo formula for the conductivity tensor and employ diagrammatic perturbation theory to calculate the vertex correction and the renormalisation of the current operator for both electric and magnetic scattering. Scattering off electric impurities is isotropic and the current operator renormalised to two times the bare current operator irrespective of the direction of the dynamics, as usual for Dirac-like fermions. For magnetic scattering the renormalisation of the current operator depends on the direction of the dynamics and on the polarisation of the magnetic impurities, making the system anisotropic. We calculate the anisotropic magnetoresistance (AMR) and analyse it as a function of the ratio of the strength of the electric to the magnetic scattering potentials, for short range Gaussian correlation.  相似文献

The quantum thermalization of the Jaynes–Cummings (JC) model in both equilibrium and non-equilibrium open-system cases is studied, in which the two subsystems, a two-level system and a single-mode bosonic field, are in contact with either two individual heat baths or a common heat bath. It is found that in the individual heat-bath case, the JC model can only be thermalized when either the two heat baths have the same temperature or the coupling of the JC system to one of the two baths is turned off. In the common heat-bath case, the JC system can be thermalized irrespective of the bath temperature and the system–bath coupling strengths. The thermal entanglement in this system is also studied. A counterintuitive phenomenon of vanishing thermal entanglement in the JC system is found and proved.  相似文献

The (1+2)-dimensional chiral nonlinear Schrödinger equation (2D-CNLSE) as a nonlinear evolution equation is considered and studied in a detailed manner. To this end, a complex transform is firstly adopted to arrive at the real and imaginary parts of the model, and then, the modified Jacobi elliptic expansion method is formally utilized to derive soliton and other solutions of the 2D-CNLSE. The exact solutions presented in this paper can be classified as topological and nontopological solitons as well as Jacobi elliptic function solutions.  相似文献

This paper reveals soliton solutions to magneto–optic waveguides that maintain parabolic–nonlocal law of refractive index. The unified Riccati equation expansion together with extended auxiliary equation approach together reveal bright, dark, singular as well as straddled optical solitons. These soliton solutions are obtained through a limiting process when the modulus of ellipticity approaches unity. Finally, the conservation laws are also listed.  相似文献

A new approach to find exact solutions to one–dimensional quantum mechanical systems is devised. The scheme is based on the introduction of a potential function for the wavefunction, and the equation it satisfies. We recover known solutions as well as to get new ones for both free and interacting particles with wavefunctions having vanishing and non–vanishing Bohm potentials. For most of the potentials, no solutions to the Schrödinger equation produce a vanishing Bohm potential. A (large but) restricted family of potentials allows the existence of particular solutions for which the Bohm potential vanishes. This family of potentials is determined, and several examples are presented. It is shown that some quantum, such as accelerated Airy wavefunctions, are due to the presence of non–vanishing Bohm potentials. New examples of this kind are found and discussed.  相似文献

原子分子系统与量子化的电磁场或光子模式耦合的系统是非相对论量子力学理论研究和实验研究的主要对象和模型. 现实系统必然与外界环境耦合,且即便原子隔绝较好、光学腔壁品质因子足够高,原子系统也不等价于少数几个能级构成的简单模型:它仍然有不为零的几率跃迁到不可控的能级空间、与原子相互作用的自由空间真空场的量子效应也必须考虑. 本文将结合开放量子系统理论的基本要素与原子光子的基本模型,对原子分子系统在电磁场中发生的耗散以及量子退相干过程做简单综述,并重点介绍描述量子系统退相干过程的主流理论工具——主方程.  相似文献

为数值求解描述不同物质间相位分离现象的高阶非线性Cahn-Hilliard(C-H)方程,发展了一种基于局部加密纯无网格有限点集法(local refinement finite pointset method,LR-FPM).其构造过程为:1)将C-H方程中四阶导数降阶为两个二阶导数,连续应用基于Taylor展开和加权最小二乘法的FPM离散空间导数;2)对区域进行局部加密和采用五次样条核函数以提高数值精度;3)局部线性方程组求解中准确施加含高阶导数Neumann边值条件.随后,运用LR-FPM求解有解析解的一维/二维C-H方程,分析粒子均匀分布/非均匀分布以及局部粒子加密情况的误差和收敛阶,展示了LR-FPM较网格类算法在非均匀布点情况下的优点.最后,采用LR-FPM对无解析解的一维/二维C-H方程进行了数值预测,并与有限差分结果相比较.数值结果表明,LR-FPM方法具有较高的数值精度和收敛阶,比有限差分法更易数值实现,能够准确展现不同类型材料间相位分离非线性扩散现象随时间的演化过程.  相似文献

可积和不可积模型可以描述自然科学中的诸多现象, 寻找高维非线性模型的严格解已成为可积系统的一个重要研究内容. 结合达布变换法和多线性分离变量法, 可以得到多个(2+1)维非线性模型包含任意函数的严格解, 通过选取不同的任意函数, 构造这些非线性模型新的相互激发模式. 进一步推广了形变映射理论, 建立了变系数 场和sine-Gordon以及双sine-Gordon场的形变映射关系, 从而得到高维不可积模型包含任意函数的新严格解. 对任意函数的不同选择, 构造了sine-Gordon和双sine-Gordon可积模型丰富的局域解和周期解, 如多solitoff解及其周期波推广、周期形变的蛇形孤波解以及变模的拟周期解等.  相似文献
