The configuration-dependent cranked Nilsson-Strutinsky approach was used to investigate the rotational structures in 128Pr and signature splittings of some observed bands could be well described quantitatively at high spin. Its modified model was used to calculate special configurations in order to distinguish the N=4 d3/2s1/2 and g7/2d5/2 orbitals. All observed bands were compared with the calculated configuration assigned to the band and the agreement between experiment and theory is remarkable.  相似文献

We present a photoluminescence study of single‐layer MoS2 flakes on SiO2 surfaces. We demonstrate that the luminescence peak position of flakes prepared from natural MoS2, which varies by up to 25 meV between individual flakes, can be homogenized by annealing in vacuum. We use HfO2 and Al2O3 layers prepared by atomic layer deposition to cover some of our flakes. In these flakes, we observe a suppression of the low‐energy luminescence peak which appears in asprepared flakes at low temperatures. We infer that this peak originates from excitons bound to surface adsorbates. We also observe different temperature‐induced shifts of the luminescence peaks for the oxide‐covered flakes. This effect stems from the different thermal expansion coefficients of the oxide layers and the MoS2 flakes. It indicates that the single‐layer MoS2 flakes strongly adhere to the oxide layers and are therefore strained. (© 2012 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)  相似文献

在蓝宝石衬底上生长了以AlN/GaN超晶格准AlGaN合金作为势垒的HEMT结构材料,并与传统AlGaN合金势垒样品进行了对比.在高Al组分(≥40%)情况下,超晶格势垒样品的表面形貌明显改进,电学性能特别是2DEG面电子浓度也有所改进.对超晶格势垒生长参数进行了初步优化,使得HEMT结构薄层电阻进一步降低,最后获得了251 Ω/□的薄层电阻. 关键词: AlGaN/GaN 结构 AlN/GaN超晶格 二维电子气 高电子迁移率晶体管  相似文献

The 1HNMR spectrum of 2′,5′-dideoxyadenosylcobalamin, a Coenzyme B12(5′-deoxyadenosylcobalamin) analogue, has been assigned by 2D COSY. Its proton coupling constants have also been measured by J-resolved experiment. The comparison between the analogue and Coenzyme B12 was made.  相似文献

Parallel imaging and compressed sensing have been arguably the most successful and widely used techniques for fast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Recent studies have shown that the combination of these two techniques is useful for solving the inverse problem of recovering the image from highly under-sampled k-space data. In sparsity-enforced sensitivity encoding (SENSE) reconstruction, the optimization problem involves data fidelity (L2-norm) constraint and a number of L1-norm regularization terms (i.e. total variation or TV, and L1 norm). This makes the optimization problem difficult to solve due to the non-smooth nature of the regularization terms. In this paper, to effectively solve the sparsity-regularized SENSE reconstruction, we utilize a new optimization method, called fast composite splitting algorithm (FCSA), which was developed for compressed sensing MRI. By using a combination of variable splitting and operator splitting techniques, the FCSA algorithm decouples the large optimization problem into TV and L1 sub-problems, which are then, solved efficiently using existing fast methods. The operator splitting separates the smooth terms from the non-smooth terms, so that both terms are treated in an efficient manner. The final solution to the SENSE reconstruction is obtained by weighted solutions to the sub-problems through an iterative optimization procedure. The FCSA-based parallel MRI technique is tested on MR brain image reconstructions at various acceleration rates and with different sampling trajectories. The results indicate that, for sparsity-regularized SENSE reconstruction, the FCSA-based method is capable of achieving significant improvements in reconstruction accuracy when compared with the state-of-the-art reconstruction method.  相似文献

The 7σ7σ discrepancy between the proton rms charge radius from muonic hydrogen and the CODATA-2010 value from hydrogen spectroscopy and electron-scattering has caused considerable discussions. Here, we review the theory of the 2S–2P Lamb shift and 2S hyperfine splitting in muonic hydrogen combining the published contributions and theoretical approaches. The prediction of these quantities is necessary for the determination of both proton charge and Zemach radii from the two 2S–2P transition frequencies measured in muonic hydrogen; see Pohl et al. (2010) [9] and Antognini et al. (2013) [71].  相似文献

提出了一种新的基于视场拼接的全视差三维显示方法及图像生成方案.系统核心部分由一个微投影机阵列、一个反射光路和一个散射屏组构成,图像生成方案采用基于OpenGL的算法实现.为了验证所提出的基于视场拼接理论的正确性,利用液晶显示器、菲涅耳镜组、定向散射屏和背投式反射光路搭建了实验样机.该装置可以在更紧凑的系统结构下显示包括横向视差和纵向视差在内的三维图像,并且通过图像生成算法的配合实现了动态三维显示效果.  相似文献

在当前环境问题日益严峻情况下,绿色智能制造受到广泛关注。在动态柔性作业车间基础上考虑不同机器状态下的能耗情况、机器使用节能方法,构建以极小化总能耗、最大完工时间、机器总负荷和产品质量稳定性为目标的高维多目标绿色动态柔性作业车间调度模型,并设计改进的灰狼优化IMOGWO算法求解该问题。首先,采用反向学习初始化种群策略,以扩大种群多样性;然后,依据多目标问题和标准GWO算法的特点提出多级官员领导机制,并引入POX交叉和逆序变异算子;最后,改进精英保留策略用于多目标优化算法。为证明算法的有效性,设计两组仿真实验分别对三种算法进行比较。实验结果表明,运用本文改进的IMOGWO算法求解多目标问题有更好的收敛性和分布性。  相似文献

NaNiO2 has been studied by neutron-powder diffraction, magnetic susceptibility and submillimeter wave ESR. The monoclinic structure at room temperature is characterised by a ferrodistorsive orbital ordering due to the Jahn-Teller (JT) effect of the Ni3+ ions in the low spin state. NaNiO2 undergoes a structural transition at around 480 K, above which the orbital ordering disappears. The high temperature phase is rhombohedral with the layered -NaFeO2 structure ( space group). The magnetic susceptibility exhibits hysteresis and we observe a change of the Curie-Weiss law parameters above the JT transition. The anisotropy of the g-factor at 200 K can be attributed to the JT effect which favours the orbital occupation. Finally, the interplay between the magnetic and structural properties of NaNiO2 and Li1-xNi1+xO2 is discussed. Received 29 May 2000  相似文献
