数字喷墨印刷关键技术及其实现

经过20多年的完善与发展，喷墨技术已经成为大幅面广告印刷行业的主要印刷技术。随着图书按需印刷需求的快速扩张以及国家环保政策的迅速落地，喷墨印刷技术作为一项高效环保的数字化印刷技术，得到越来越高的关注，业内普遍认为喷墨印刷技术将是数字化印刷的必然发展趋势。然而与已经成熟的多Pass喷墨印刷设备不同，单Pass喷墨印刷设备在数据带宽、数据在线重构、高精度同步控制、喷嘴在线补偿等方面有着极高的技术要求。本文首先简要介绍了喷墨技术，然后针对单Pass喷墨印刷设备需要解决的技术问题提出了相应的解决方案。依据本文技术设计的单Pass书刊喷墨印刷机已经投放市场，并且获得了用户的普遍认可。     

Image analysis in the electron microscopy of cellulose protofibrils II. Digital correlation methods

Electron micrographs of parallel arrays of negatively stained ramie cellulose protofibrils were analyzed using the two-dimensional digital autocorrelation function (ACF). The method is based upon the statistical analysis of images in real space. The ACF shows strong parallel streaks of high correlation, and the lateral distance between adjacent streaks allows the mean interfibrillar distance to be estimated as 3.7 nm. The intensity profile along the streaks shows a weak modulation with peaks occurring at integral multiples of 3 or 6 nm. These results provide direct evidence that there is a regular axial texture in the protofibrils, and corroborate the conclusions previously drawn from optical diffraction analysis. Using the difference vectors found in the ACF it has been possible to reduce the picture noise level by linear integration, thereby obtaining an enhanced image. A preliminary result obtained in this way suggests that the projected protofibril morphology associated with the observed axial periodicity is a ribbon-like zigzag structure. Possible applications of the method for future work are discussed.     

The safer chemical design game. Gamification of green chemistry and safer chemical design concepts for high school and undergraduate students

Green chemistry can strongly attract students to chemistry. We, therefore, developed a green chemistry educational game that motivates students at the undergraduate and advanced high school levels to consider green chemistry and sustainability concerns as they design a hypothetical, chemical product. The game is intended for incorporation into any chemistry course for majors and non-majors that teaches sustainability and/or the Principles of Green Chemistry at the undergraduate level. The game is free of charge and encourages students to think like professional chemical designers and to develop a chemical product with respect to function and improved human and environmental health. This computer simulation has been assessed by educators and can be seamlessly integrated into an existing curriculum.

针对HL-2A装置极向场电源晶闸管触发器系统同步信号波形畸变严重、频率不断变化的特点,通过分析和比较各种滤波器的滤波效果,提出了一个多级数字滤波器联合滤波的方案。利用MATLAB软件搭建了该滤波器的仿真模型,并对其进行了仿真分析,理论上证明了该方案的可行性。通过估计算法的延时,证明了该数字滤波器满足实时信号处理的要求。     

Digital holographic cameras and data processing for remote monitoring and measurements of mechanical parts

Fast growing technology and requirements for testing of different types of materials and devices require new methods and systems for investigation of their parameters. Among the quantities of high interest are shape, deformation, roughness, local materials constants, displacement, and strain fields of elements under load. In the paper, we present novel solutions for digital holographic cameras, which allow for remote monitoring and measurement of the above mentioned quantities at small mechanical objects or at restricted areas of interest at big structures. The systems have compact design, “black box” measurement approach, and allows for fast and accurate measurements performed directly at the element and often in outdoor environment. The principles of digital and optoelectronic reconstruction and phase manipulation are described together with the exemplary measurement results obtained by means of the cameras presented.     

Copyright protection in digital museum based on digital holography and discrete wavelet transform

A new method to protect the copyright of digital museum based on digital holography is proposed. The Fresnel hologram of watermark image is embedded in the object to be protected through discrete wavelet transform （DWT）. After the watermark detection, the copyright information appears in the reconstructed hologram. With the higher redundancy feature in the hologram, the proposed technique can actually survive several kinds of image processing. Experimental results prove that the presented method has good robustness in image protection.     

对三线摆测物体转动惯量实验的改进

本文介绍了三线摆测物体转动惯量实验中用光控数字毫秒计测量周期的方法，提高了测量精度。     

Direct EPR detection of transient and continuous wave signals at 2.5 GHz

Direct detection of free induction decays and electron spin echoes, and the recording of echo-detected EPR spectra and electron spin echo envelope modulation patterns at a microwave frequency of 2.5 GHz is demonstrated. This corresponds to the measurement of the transverse magnetization in the laboratory frame, rather than in the rotating frame as usually done by down-converting the signal (homodyne detection). An oscilloscope with a 6-GHz analog bandwidth, a sampling rate of 20 GigaSamples per second, and a trigger frequency of 5 GHz for the edge trigger and 750 MHz for the advanced trigger, is used in these experiments. For signal averaging a 3-GHz microwave clock divider has been developed to synchronize the oscilloscope with the frequency of the EPR signal. Moreover, direct detection of continuous wave EPR signals at 2.5 GHz is described.     

基于DSP的新一代液晶光电图形发生器

液晶光电图形发生器选用先进的液晶显示器件,在计算机的控制下可根据实际测量的需求产生出各种所需的目标图形。针对第一代光电图形发生器数据传输速度过慢等问题,研制了新一代基于DSP的光电图形发生器,采用通用异步接收/发送通信外设的接口方式,通过高性能DSP与FPGA进行图形传输,利用专用的液晶驱动芯片完成图形显示。结果表明,该装置提高了传统光学测量中对目标更换的效率和图形传输速度,实现了从目标到探测的全光电化测量。
