Doped ceria (CeO2) compounds are fluorite type oxides that show oxygen ionic conductivity higher than yttria stabilized zirconia, in oxidizing atmosphere. In order to improve the conductivity, the effective index was suggested to maximize the oxygen ionic conductivity in doped CeO2 based oxides. In addition, the true microstructure of doped CeO2 was observed at atomic scale for conclusion of conduction mechanism. Doped CeO2 had small domains (10-50 nm) with ordered structure in a grain. It is found that the electrolytic properties strongly depended on the nano-structural feature at atomic scale in doped CeO2 electrolyte. Electron diffraction and lattice dynamical calculations are used to investigate the unit cells, space group symmetries and inherent displacive flexibility of the room-temperature average structures of AlPO4-8, AlPO4-16 and AlPO4-tridymite. The zero-frequency rigid unit modes (RUMs) of the idealized high-symmetry polymorphs thereof are also investigated along with their relationship to the lower-temperature polymorphism of these zeotypic aluminophosphates. The clear presence of satellite reflections in addition to the Bragg reflections (G) of the underlying Cmc21 parent structure in the case of AlPO4-8 shows that the true unit cell of the room-temperature polymorph has a doubled c-axis due to a condensed RUM mode. Structured diffuse scattering is also observed which can be related to the thermal excitation of RUM modes. In the case of AlPO4-tridymite, a complex F1 triclinic polymorph is observed and related to soft RUM modes while, in the case of AlPO4-16, a soft q=0 RUM mode is shown to be responsible for an observed phase transition in the case of the all SiO2 analogue of AlPO4-16. A large number of additional zero-frequency RUM modes also exist in the case of AlPO4-16.  相似文献

EPR, UV/Vis and FTIR spectroscopy as well as thermal analysis (TA/MS) were applied to study the influence of sulfate species present in the anatase support on the specific nature of VOx species in supported VOx/TiO2 catalysts. Those sulfate species modify the local structure of the supported vanadyl species and lead to the formation of two types of VO2+ sites instead of only one type being formed on sulfate‐free anatase. EPR and FTIR spectroscopic measurements revealed that a part of the VO2+ species are directly bound to the surface sulfate species. By TA/MS it was found that SO2 is released at lower temperature from VOx/TiO2 in comparison to the vanadium‐free support. The direct bonding between sulfate and VOx species stabilizes the latter on the surface of VOx/TiO2 resulting in three effects: 1) a higher V site dispersion in comparison to sulfate‐free TiO2, 2) a better resistance of surface vanadyls against diffusion into the bulk of the support and 3) a much faster reoxidation of reduced V sites than observed on sulfate‐free TiO2.  相似文献

The method of Fourier transforms is applied to the calculation of sharp (coherent) and diffuse (incoherent) scattering of modulated structures and quasicrystals. We are going to study a simple and effective method for the numerical solution of the closed interface boundary value problem with both discontinuities in the solution and its derivatives. It uses a strong‐form meshfree method based on the moving least squares (MLS) approximation. In this method, for the solution of elliptic equation, the second‐order derivatives of the shape functions are needed in constructing the global stiffness matrix. It is well‐known that the calculation of full derivatives of the MLS approximation, especially in high dimensions, is quite costly. In the current work, we apply the diffuse derivatives using an efficient technique. In this technique, we calculate the higher‐order derivatives using the approximation of lower‐order derivatives, instead of calculating directly derivatives. This technique can improve the accuracy of meshfree point collocation method for interface problems with nonhomogeneous jump conditions and can efficiently estimate diffuse derivatives of second‐ and higher‐orders using only linear basis functions. To introduce the appropriate discontinuous shape functions in the vicinity of interface, we choose the visibility criterion method that modifies the support of weight function in MLS approximation and leads to an efficient computational procedure for the solution of closed interface problems. The proposed method is applied for elliptic and biharmonic interface problems. For the biharmonic equation, we use a mixed scheme, which replaces this equation by a coupled elliptic system. Also the application of the present method to elasticity equation with discontinuities in the coefficients across a closed interface has been provided. Representative numerical examples demonstrate the accuracy and robustness of the proposed methodology for the closed interface problems. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 采用自蔓延燃烧法制备了Ti0.9Mn0.05Fe0.05O2-δ催化剂,运用原位漫反射傅里叶变换红外光谱对该催化剂的NO和NH3稳态吸附以及NO和NH3瞬态反应进行了详细地分析与讨论. 结果表明,相比于Lewis酸性位,150℃时Brönsted酸性位吸附的NH3更具有SCR活性;与双齿硝酸盐和桥式硝酸盐相比,NO吸附产生的单齿硝酸盐是主要的中间物种;该SCR反应遵循Eley-Rideal和Langmuir-Hinshelwood机理,但以后者为主. 另外,O2的存在有利于NO的氧化和配位态NH3的活化.  相似文献

采用高温漫反射红外光谱考察了钛硅分子筛TS-1的稳定性,发现960 cm-1吸收峰在673 K时没有变化,表明所表征的骨架钛具有一定的高温稳定性,而表征分子筛骨架振动的两个吸收峰在673 K下向低波数位移了约13 cm-1。探讨了H2O2吸附对TS-1分子筛骨架钛的影响,发现960 cm-1处的吸收峰在吸附H2O2后强度减弱,并且向高波数位移了11 cm-1;抽真空或加热,吸收峰又复原,表明骨架钛可能存在TiO结构,H2O2与分子筛中的TiO作用,使相应的960 cm-1吸收峰向高波数位移。原位漫反射红外光谱考察了TS-1催化苯乙烯氧化反应,谱图分析表明,苯甲醛是主要产物,TS-1催化氧化的关键是H2O2吸附在TS-1的骨架钛上形成活性中心。  相似文献

The accurate prediction of the solar diffuse fraction (DF), sometimes called the diffuse ratio, is an important topic for solar energy research. In the present study, the current state of Diffuse irradiance research is discussed and then three robust, machine learning (ML) models are examined using a large dataset (almost eight years) of hourly readings from Almeria, Spain. The ML models used herein, are a hybrid adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS), a single multi-layer perceptron (MLP) and a hybrid multi-layer perceptron grey wolf optimizer (MLP-GWO). These models were evaluated for their predictive precision, using various solar and DF irradiance data, from Spain. The results were then evaluated using frequently used evaluation criteria, the mean absolute error (MAE), mean error (ME) and the root mean square error (RMSE). The results showed that the MLP-GWO model, followed by the ANFIS model, provided a higher performance in both the training and the testing procedures.  相似文献

Fructus cnidii (Chinese name shechuangzi) is the fruit produced by Cnidium monnieri (L.) Cusson (Umbelliferae). It is a perennial herb that is used to treat skin-related diseases and gynecopathyell. Recent pharmacological studies have revealed crude extracts or components isolated from fructus cnidii possess antiallergic, antipruritic, antidermatophytic, antibacterial, antifungal, and antiosteoporotic activities. Osthole and imperatorin are the major compounds present in shechuangzi. They are often used as standards for the evaluation of the quality of shechuangzi products.  相似文献
