Two pyrimidine based NNS tridentate Schiff base ligands S-methyl-3-((2-S-methyl-6-methyl-4-pyrimidyl)methyl)dithiocarbazate [HL1] and S-benzyl-3-((2-S-methyl-6-methyl-4-pyrimidyl)methyl)dithiocarbazate [HL2] have been synthesised by 1:1 condensation of 2-S-methylmercapto-6-methylpyrimidine-4-carbaldehyde and S-methyl/S-benzyl dithiocarbazate. One Co(III) and one Mn(II) complex of HL1 and one Mn(II) complex of HL2 have been prepared and characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductivities, magnetic susceptibilities and spectroscopic studies. All the bis-chelate complexes have a distorted octahedral arrangement with an N4S2 chromophore around the central metal ion. Each ligand molecule binds the metal ion using pyrimidyl nitrogen, azomethine nitrogen and the thiolato sulfur atoms. In the free ligand moieties, the pyrimidine nitrogen atoms, azomethine nitrogen atoms and thione sulfur atoms are in EEE orientation to each other. During chelation, all the donor sites of the ligands are reoriented to ZEZ configuration in order to facilitate the chelation process. In all the complexes, the respective ligand molecule functions as the monoanionic tridentate one. All complexes were analyzed by single crystal X-ray diffraction and significant differences concerning the distortion from octahedral geometry of the coordination environment were observed.  相似文献

In this paper, we analyze a three-dimensional differential system derived from the Chen system based on the first Lyapunov coefficient, and apply it to investigate the local bifurcation. And we present some insights on bifurcation and stability, also obtain some conditions for subcritical and supercritical. A detailed investigation on the thermodynamic and kinetic stability of four carbenic tautomers of quinoline 1 , including quinoline‐2‐ylidene 2 , quinoline‐3‐ylidene 3 , quinoline‐4‐ylidene 4 , and 3,4‐dihydroquinoline‐4‐ylidene 5 , reveals that singlet planar six‐membered ring N‐heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) 2 and 4 have less stability than Arduengo type NHC but seems to have enough conceivably for reaching at B3LYP/aug‐cc‐pVTZ//B3LYP/6–31+G* and B3LYP/6–311++G**//B3LYP/6–31+G* levels. All these six‐membered NHCs are extremely ambiphilic with the more nucleophilic and electrophilic characters compared to the Arduengo type one. The aromaticity of singlet 2 and 4 is a significant contributor to their stability which is confirmed through their Nucleus‐independent chemical shift(1)zz values. Finally, among 2–5 , the normal NHC 2 is thermodynamically preferred but the remote NHC 4 is kinetically proffered over the other isomeric carbenes. The effects of different N‐ or C‐substituted NHCs of 2 are studied using appropriate isodesmic reactions. The trimethylsilyl substituent exhibits slightly larger carbene stabilization in quinoline‐derived NHCs than the pyridine analogue. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

Glycation is a non‐enzymatic reaction of protein amino and guanidino groups with reducing sugars or dicarbonyl products of their oxidative degradation. Modification of arginine residues by dicarbonyls such as glyoxal and methylglyoxal results in formation of advanced glycation end‐products (AGEs). In mammals, these modifications impact in diabetes mellitus, uremia, atherosclerosis and ageing. However, due to the low abundance of individual AGE‐peptides in enzymatic digests, these species cannot be efficiently detected by LC‐ESI‐MS‐based data‐dependent acquisition (DDA) experiments. Here we report an analytical workflow that overcomes this limitation. We describe fragmentation patterns of synthetic AGE‐peptides and assignment of modification‐specific signals required for unambiguous structure retrieval. Most intense signals were those corresponding to unique fragment ions with m/z 152.1 and 166.1, observed in the tandem mass spectra of peptides, containing glyoxal‐ and methylglyoxal‐derived hydroimidazolone AGEs, respectively. To detect such peptides, specific and sensitive precursor ion scanning methods were established for these signals. Further, these precursor ion scans were incorporated in conventional bottom‐up proteomic approach based on data‐dependent acquisition (DDA) LC‐MS/MS experiments. The method was successfully applied for the analysis of human serum albumin (HSA) and human plasma protein tryptic digest with subsequent structure confirmation by targeted LC‐MS/MS (DDA). Altogether 44 hydroimidazolone‐ and dihydroxyimidazolidine‐derived peptides representing 42 AGE‐modified proteins were identified in plasma digests obtained from type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients. In the present study, we analysed two commercially available plasma-derived FVIII preparations, Beriate and Emoclot, through native gel-based approaches (CN-PAGE). The rationale behind this study was to assess whether protein complexes from plasma resisted the aggressive manufacturing processes. A preliminary analysis of plasma complexes was performed focusing on the molecular weight range between 45 kDa and 1 MDa. As a result, we could evidence in both preparations the presence of complexes, which resisted the cryoprecipitation, chromatographic and heat treatment processing steps. These complexes behaved in a "sponge-effect"-like fashion through the enrichment of otherwise less abundant contaminants. The use of an alternative electrophoretic approach such as CN-PAGE allowed us to confirm 2DE-based observations and expand the list of non-FVIII proteins which contaminate the preparations.  相似文献

This article reports experimental densities, refractive indices and speeds of sound of the binary mixtures chlorobenzene?+?(n-hexane, n-heptane, n-octane, n-nonane, n-decane, n-undecane or n-dodecane) and speeds of sound of the ternary mixtures chlorobenzene?+?n-hexane?+?(n-undecane or n-dodecane) at 298.15?K and atmospheric pressure, over the whole concentration range. The corresponding derived properties were computed from the experimental data. The results were fitted by means of the Redlich–Kister equation for binary mixtures and the Nagata equation for ternary mixtures. A set of estimation methods were applied, and an interpretation in terms of structure and length of molecular chain of the n-alkane molecules was made.  相似文献
