Simulations of coupled interactions involving two opposite enzymatic reactions, solute diffusions, and electrostatic interactions between membrane charges and charged solutes were conducted under a fixed kinase-channel-phosphatase (KCP) topology oriented from the outside to the inside of a porous membrane structure. Depending on the kinase and phosphatase locations, we recently demonstrated that an active transport of a phosphorylated substrate may occur via the opposite topology, that is, a PCK topology. The present analysis demonstrates that, under a KCP membrane topology, which also behaves as a specific ATP-dependent transporter, the active transport of a neutral substrate may occur. This analogous active transport appears to be dependent on the phosphatase location and on the membrane surface potentials. A broad analysis of the role played by the main parameters taken into account in the model was conducted in order to define precisely the physico-chemical conditions and the membrane topology needed for the highest active transports within the shortest time. 相似文献

A theory of adsorption kinetics with time delay [Ohshima et al. (1992) Colloid Polym. Sci. 270:707] is developed and applied to the surface tension of a polymer solution. It is found that the general appearance of the overshoot and oscillation in the time course of the surface tension of aqueous gelatin solution observed by Sato and Ueberreiter [(1979) Makromol. With the rapid development of wireless sensor technology, recent progress in wireless sensor and actuator networks (WSANs) with energy harvesting provide the possibility for various real-time applications. Meanwhile, extensive research activities are carried out in the fields of efficient energy allocation and control strategy design. However, the joint design considering physical plant control, energy harvesting, and consumption is rarely concerned in existing works. In this paper, in order to enhance system control stability and promote quality of service for the WSAN energy efficiency, a novel three-step joint optimization algorithm is proposed through control strategy and energy management analysis. First, the optimal sampling interval can be obtained based on energy harvesting, consumption, and remaining conditions. Then, the control gain for each sampling interval is derived by using a backward iteration. Finally, the optimal control strategy is determined as a linear function of the current plant states and previous control strategies. The application of UAV formation flight system demonstrates that better system performance and control stability can be achieved by the proposed joint optimization design for all poor, sufficient, and general energy harvesting scenarios. 相似文献

Spiders in electro-dynamic loudspeakers are most commonly concentrically corrugated fabric disks, and their viscoelastic behaviors affect the loudspeaker reproductions. A noncontact dynamic measuring technology is presented by a subwoofer closed box to excite the tested spiders pneumatically with a Laser Doppler Vibrometer (LDV) to measure the velocity of the moving spiders. Correlation techniques were employed to get an accurate and reliable acoustical transfer function between the measured velocity and sound pressure. The Young’s moduli of the tested spider composite materials were derived from the measured vibration modes. The creep effect and the level dependent behaviors of tested spiders were investigated. The results indicate that, the Young’s moduli of the tested spiders are frequency dependent. The mechanical stiffness increases with a small slope in low frequency range while a large slope in high frequency range. The loss factor exhibits the maximum around the resonance frequency, and after that it decreases with increasing frequency. The effective stiffness has a monotonic decrease with input voltage levels and the harder the spider, the less stiffness changes with input levels. 相似文献

Deformed Hartree-Fock calculations are performed for some light nuclei in a large configuration space consisting of first
four major shells. The interaction employed is the modified Skyrme interaction in which the deformed density is replaced by
the band averaged scalar density that makes the Hamiltonian rotationally invariant rendering the spectroscopic calculations
feasible. It is shown that the introduction of density dependence spreads out the energy spectra and that the Skyrme variant
SIV which has a weak density dependence gives best overall agreement for energy spectra and the available data for the electromagnetic
properties of the nuclei studied. It is found that the maximum contribution to the energy of any state in the low lying spectrum
comes from thes-state attractive ands-state repulsive parts of the Skyrme interaction. It is also shown that when two-body density dependent version of Skyrme
