反射式红外传感器在智能型节水系统中的应用   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
利用反射式红外传感器和少量的电子器件(单稳态触发器),研制了智能型节水控制系统。该系统能够识别是否有人入厕,酌情产生冲洗信号, 躯动进水电磁阀开启,向浮球式水箱内注水,待注满足以冲刷干净所需的两水箱水后,便自动地切断电磁阀中电源,达到了既卫生又节约的目的。在某一教学楼应用该系统一年多来,与无使用此系统的同规模另一教学楼相比,节水约70%。该系统元件少、成本低、结构合理、工作可靠、安装容易、维修方便,有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

利用反射式近红外传感器、无线电收/发模块及四合一功能组合计数集成电路等器件,研究了无线遥控红外线计数器。当有产品通过红外线检测区域时,就会有一部分红外光信号经产品反射回来,被与红外线发射管同排安装的光敏接收管收到并转换成同频率的电信号,再经红外传感器模块内电路进行放大、比较处理,输出高电平信号,启动发射机工作。接收机收到发射机发来的无线遥控编码信号后,再经解调、解码电路处理,输出编码脉冲,对此脉冲信号进行计数,就实现了对产品的统计。整个系统为模块化结构,具有安装容易、抗震能力强、传输距离远、工作稳定、计数准确、高亮度数字显示等特点。可用于重工业、轻纺工业、食品工业、农牧业一些设备或流水线上对产量或流量进行遥控计数。  相似文献

Abstract

The equations of state (EOS) of four and five dimensional hyperspheres have been calculated using Leutheusser's ansatz. In five dimensions these, and the correlation functions, are compared with the results obtained from the analytic solution of the Percus—Yevick (PY) approximation. It is shown that the ansatz reproduces extremely well the PY results. However, in both approximations neither the virial, Zv , nor the compressibility, Zc , EOS reproduce well the available molecular dynamics (MD) results. Yet a linear combination of Zv and Zc , following the Carnahan—Starling EOS for hard spheres, are in excellent agreement with the MD results in four and five dimensions.  相似文献

Feedback fluid queues play an important role in modeling congestion control mechanisms for packet networks. In this paper we present and analyze a fluid queue with a feedback-based traffic rate adaptation scheme which uses two thresholds. The higher threshold B 1 is used to signal the beginning of congestion while the lower threshold B 2 signals the end of congestion. These two parameters together allow to make the trade-off between maximizing throughput performance and minimizing delay. The difference between the two thresholds helps to control the amount of feedback signals sent to the traffic source. In our model the input source can behave like either of two Markov fluid processes. The first applies as long as the upper threshold B 1 has not been hit from below. As soon as that happens, the traffic source adapts and switches to the second process, until B 2 (smaller than B 1) is hit from above. We analyze the model by setting up the Kolmogorov forward equations, then solving the corresponding balance equations using a spectral expansion, and finally identifying sufficient constraints to solve for the unknowns in the solution. In particular, our analysis yields expressions for the stationary distribution of the buffer occupancy, the buffer delay distribution, and the throughput.  相似文献

We introduce the notion of integrating factor for a 1-form which is an inner product of a vector fields and a 2-form, and the notion of weakly bi-Hamiltonian field also, which is locally quasi-bi-Hamiltonian. A cohomological class in some first cohomology space is associated to such vector fields when this is weakly bi-Hamiltonian and defined relatively to the above 1-form. Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles, which are usually produced by injection stretch blow moulding (ISBM) are widely used for carbonated soft drinks (CSD) storage and transportation. Stretch rod movement, blow pressure, preform temperature profile, mould surface temperature and material properties are among the most important factors affecting the final product's quality in terms of the thickness distribution, burst pressure and top-load resistance of the bottles. However, the residence time of the blown bottle inside the mould is also an important factor affecting its final properties. Especially in PET bottle production for hot fillings, the residence time is a very important factor because the longer the residence time the better the crystalline structure of the PET. In this production, the lid section is desired to have a fully crystalline form so that it can withstand hot fluids. In this study, the aim was to optimise the mould surface temperature and the blown bottle's residence time inside the mould for 1 L soft drink PET bottle production based on the final properties using the ECHIP 7 design of experiment (DOE) program. The method employed through this program was a quadratic one. Optimum process parameters were determined by the response surface method (RSM) and the process settings ensuring maximum top-load, burst pressure, Tg and degree of crystallinity were regarded to be optimum. It was found that the optimum mould surface temperature and blown bottle residence time inside the mould were 10 °C and 20 s, respectively.  相似文献

In this work, a sensitive and efficient method was established and validated for qualitative and quantitative analysis of major bioactive constituents in Dazhu Hongjingtian capsule by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. A total of 32 compounds were tentatively identified using ultra‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry. Furthermore, 12 constituents, namely gallic acid, 3,4‐dihydroxybenzoic acid, salidroside, p‐ coumaric acid‐4‐O β ‐d ‐glucopyranoside, bergeninum, 4‐hydroxybenzoic acid, 4‐hydroxyphenylacetic acid, syringate, 6′′‐O ‐galloylsalidroside, rhodiosin, rhodionin and kaempferol‐7‐O α ‐l ‐rhamnoside, were simultaneously quantified by the developed ultra‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with a triple quadrupole mass spectrometry method in 9 min. All of them were analyzed on an Agilent ZorBax SB‐C18 column (3.0 × 100 mm, 1.8 μm) with linear gradient elution of methanol–0.1% formic acid water. The proposed method was applied to analyze three batches of samples with acceptable linearity (R , 0.9979–0.9997), precision (RSD, 1.3–4.7%), repeatability (RSD, 1.7–4.9%), stability (RSD, 2.2–4.9%) and recovery (RSD, 0.6–4.4%) of the 12 compounds. As a result, the analytical method possessing high throughput and sensitivity is suitable for the quality control of Dazhu Hongjingtian capsule.  相似文献

A two-dimensional optical micro-scanner, which main components are two mobile flat and a concave micro-mirrors, is designed such that, all optical components can be fabricated on the same substratum. The optical parameters, which physical dimensions are between 50 and 500 μm, are obtained within the geometrical optics. The optical performance is evaluated by means of the MTF and Rayleigh resolution criteria, given 80% of modulation for a frequency of 8 cycles/mm with a Gaussian source, the resolution limit is 30 μm.  相似文献
