Hydration scheme of uracil and cytosine

The comparison of a pure electrostatic approximation and complete supermolecule SCF ab initio computations on the hydration scheme of uracil and cytosine shows that the electrostatic procedure is capable to reproduce the general aspects of the results of the supermolecule treatment provided that different distances of shortest approach be adopted for the distances between the oxygen of water and the nitrogen of NH₂ or NH groups or the oxygen of C-O groups on the one hand and the oxygen of water and pyridine-type nitrogens on the other hand.     

A highly enantioselective one-pot synthesis of homoallylic alcohols via tandem asymmetric allyl transfer/olefin cross metathesis

A highly enantioselective one-pot synthesis of linear homoallylic alcohols with terminal ester functionality has been achieved. The reactions were controlled by ordered addition of reagents and catalysts, ensuring complete consumption of aldehyde. The synthetic utility of this strategy has been demonstrated in a short synthesis of a low boiling point intermediate for grahamimycin A.     

Modelisation of the Electric Field Linear Response of an Infinite Aggregate of All-Trans Hexatriene Chains by Electrostatic Interaction Model

A classical electrostatic polarization scheme using the additive distribution procedure has been applied to determine the longitudinal polarizability of an all-trans hexatriene molecule in an infinite stretched fiber. The parameters have been derived from ab initio CPHF/6-31G calculations and the electrostatic scheme has been validated via comparison with ab initio results on small clusters. Upon packing the polarizability of all-trans hexatriene increases by 7%. This small increase results from the balance between the enhancement of the polarizability due to collinear packing and the reduction associated with lateral packing.     

A novel arylation of arylacetic acid esters using tertiary arylamines and TiCl4

The reactions of arylacetic acid esters with tertiary arylamines in the presence of TiCl₄ give α-arylated products in 65-90% yields, as well as 10-20% yields of the corresponding benzidines.     

A High-Order Finite Difference Scheme for 3D Unsteady Convection Diffusion Reaction Equations北大核心CSCD

针对三维非稳态对流扩散反应方程,构造了一种高精度紧致有限差分格式,对空间的离散采用四阶紧致差分方法,对时间的离散采用Taylor级数展开和余项修正技术,所提格式在时间上的精度为二阶、在空间上的精度为四阶。利用Fourier稳定性分析法证明了该格式是无条件稳定的。最后给出数值算例验证了理论结果。     

On the population monotonicity of independent set games

An independent set game is a cooperative game dealing with profit sharing in the maximum independent set problem. A population monotonic allocation scheme is a rule specifying how to share the profit of each coalition among its participants such that every participant is better off when the coalition expands. In this paper, we provide a necessary and sufficient characterization for independent set games admitting population monotonic allocation schemes. Moreover, our characterization can be verified efficiently.     

带五次项的非线性Schrödinger方程的守恒差分格式

本文研究带有五次项的非线性Schrödinger方程初边值问题的有限差分法,其中方程中二阶偏导数项的系数、五次项的系数及初值满足下面的条件（1.6）.针对此问题,我们研究了一个守恒差分格式,在条件（1.6）下,差分解的$L^{\infty}$模先验估计被得到.在此基础上,我们得到了差分解最优$L^2$模的误差估计.     

几乎各向同性的高维空间分数阶扩散方程的分块快速正则Hermite分裂预处理方法

一类空间分数阶扩散方程经过有限差分离散后所得到的离散线性方程组的系数矩阵是两个对角矩阵与Toeplitz型矩阵的乘积之和.在本文中,对于几乎各向同性的二维或三维空间分数阶扩散方程的离散线性方程组,采用预处理Krylov子空间迭代方法,我们利用其系数矩阵的特殊结构和具体性质构造了一类分块快速正则Hermite分裂预处理子.通过理论分析,我们证明了所对应的预处理矩阵的特征值大部分都聚集于1的附近.数值实验也表明,这类分块快速正则Hermite分裂预处理子可以明显地加快广义极小残量(GMRES)方法和稳定化的双共轭梯度(BiCGSTAB)方法等Krylov子空间迭代方法的收敛速度.     

求解二维Fisher-KPP方程的一类保正保界差分格式及其Richardson外推法

本文研究求解二维Fisher-Kolmogorov-Petrovsky-Piscounov (Fisher-KPP)方程的一类保正保界差分格式.运用能量分析法证明了当网格比满足$R_{x}+R_{y}+[b\tau (p-1)]/2\leq\frac{1}{2}$时差分解具有一系列数学性质,包括保正性、保界性和单调性,且在无穷范数意义下有$O (\tau+h_{x}^{2}+h_{y}^{2})$的收敛阶.然后通过发展Richardson外推法得到收敛阶为$O (\tau^{2}+h_{x}^{4}+h_{y}^{4})$的外推解.最后数值实验表明数值结果与理论结果相吻合.值得提及的是在运用本文构造的Richardson外推法时对时空网格比没有增加更严格的条件.     

M-矩阵平方根的一类迭代法

矩阵平方根在数学的许多应用中起着重要的作用.本文研究M-矩阵平方根的计算问题,提出一种计算正则M-矩阵平方根的迭代方法.首先将这个问题转化为M-矩阵代数Riccati方程,进而提出一种有效的方法来求解这个特殊的MARE.理论分析表明,该方法在一定条件下是收敛的.数值实验表明该方法是可行的,且优于二项式迭代法.
