Summary This paper is concerned with estimation for a subfamily of exponential-type, which is a parametric model with sufficient statistics. The family is associated with a surface in the domain of a sufficient statistic. A new estimator, termed a projection estimator, is introduced. The key idea of its derivation is to look for a one-to-one transformation of the sufficient statistic so that the subfamily can be associated with a flat subset in the transformed domain. The estimator is defined by the orthogonal projection of the transformed statistic onto the flat surface. Here the orthogonality is introduced by the inverse of the estimated variance matrix of the statistic on the analogy of Mahalanobis's notion (1936,Proc. Nat. Inst. Sci. Ind.,2, 49–55). Thus the projection estimator has an explicit representation with no iterations. On the other hand, the MLE and classical estimators have to be sought as numerical solutions by some algorithm with a choice of an initial value and a stopping rule. It is shown that the projection estimator is first-order efficient. The second-order property is also discussed. Some examples are presented to show the utility of the estimator.  相似文献

对YBa2Cu3-xFexOy(x=00,01,02 )和YBa2Cu2.8Fe0.2Oy(y=705—653 )系列样品的氧含量、霍尔系数和超导电性进 行了系统的研究.结果表明,氧含量的变化对样品中载流子的输运和转移及超导电性有重要 影响;适当增加氧含量可以减缓Cu(1)位元素替代对超导转变温度Tc的抑制;在 CuO2面上参与输运的载流子(空穴)浓度是影响样品超导电性的关键因素.从电 荷转移模型出发 ,结合掺杂离子引起的载流子局域化和离子团簇效应,对载流子浓度随掺杂量和氧含量的变 化从微观结构方面进行了讨论.元素替代量的增加或者氧含量的降低(相同替代量的情况下 )都将导致Cu-O链区的有效氧空位增多,导致替代元素的离子团簇效应和载流子局域化效应 趋于增强,这是引起参与输运的载流子浓度下降,进而导致Tc降低的主要原因. 关键词: 氧含量 霍尔系数 载流子局域化 离子团簇效应  相似文献

We present a new method for the study of a one-dimensional inhomogeneous Ising chain with nonconstant nearest neighbor interactions. The external field required to produce a given magnetization profile is derived exactly. Some properties of the pair direct correlation function are derived. In this paper, we report on all the electro-optic coefficients of the low-symmetry crystal YbCa4O(BO3)3 measured by the interferometric method. The new sample orientations, which have not been reported so far, have been used for measuring the skew electro-optic coefficients γ51, γ53, γ42 and γ62 independently. The results obtained are γ11=0.6, γ21=0.4, γ31=0.3, γ13=0.3, γ23=0.2, γ33=2.2, γ51=0.9, γ53=4.1, γ42=0.8 and γ62=0.4×10−12 m/V.  相似文献

对分别来自国内三个产地和澳大利亚的沸石样品进行了铵离子交换性能的研究。在25℃下了样品的交换速率曲线。利用Verrmeulen's模型处理动力学数据,计算得到扩散系数,与文献报道的结果相一致,并发现不同样品的扩散系数与其致密程度相关。将粒度200mesh的沸石分别用三种不同方法聚集为颗粒,并测定了表观的扩散系数,均高于原颗粒的扩散系数,其中凝胶颗粒提高了一个数量级。  相似文献

受自然界树型结构的启发,设计了分叉树型微结构单元,用电路板刻蚀技术制作了非对称开口六边形谐振单环及其组合结构.采用计算机模拟和实验研究了单个和多个谐振环在微波段(7—12 GHz)的电磁响应行为.研究结果表明:该结构具有负磁导率特性,开口谐振环几何尺寸影响环的磁谐振频率;两环环间距较小时出现二次谐振;带高级分支的辐射状环列相对于不带分支环列透射峰向低频移动.实验和模拟结果相符. 关键词: 负磁导率 开口谐振环 透射率  相似文献

The cubic boron nitride (cBN) is a kind of artificial electro-optic (EO) crystal, and we have not found any relative reports so far. Because the artificial synthetic cBN wafers are very small and hard, the wafers cannot be cut into rectangular slabs. The polarizer-sample-λ/4 retardation plate (compensator)-analyzer (PSCA) transverse EO modulator has to be adjusted to the minute irregular octahedron of cBN wafers. When the applied voltage is along [1 1 1] direction of the wafer, due to refraction, the angle between the incident beam direction and the (1 1 1) plane (top or bottom plane) of the wafer should be 25.4°, and the angle between the polarization direction of the polarizer and the plane of incidence should be 50.8° by calculation, respectively. The half-wave voltage of the cBN sample was obtained for the first time, by means of detection of the output optic signals from the modulator with and without an applied electric field on the sample, respectively. Furthermore, the linear EO coefficient was obtained, . The analysis of the experimental resulting error was carried out.  相似文献

Several approaches are considered to determine the temperature effect on the absorption coefficient within a correlated k-distribution method. Taking in the 610- region for example, the absorption coefficients and atmospheric cooling rates calculated using these approaches are compared with line-by-line integration. It is emphasized in this paper by numerical calculation that the effect of pressure on absorption coefficient is related to temperature and vise versa; the larger the pressure, the larger the effect of temperature on absorption coefficient. Results show that the temperature effect must be considered in radiative calculations although its effect on the absorption coefficient is much smaller than that of pressure.  相似文献

We have discussed the optical and laser properties of different laser glass types. According to the properties of the gain and the B integral in the high-power laser amplifier chain, an optimal configuration is pointed out to improve the output capability at short pulses based on reducing nonlinear refractive index n2. In this way, high gain glasses and low n2 glasses are used in different amplifier stages simultaneously. The simulated results show that on the condition that the maximal output energies of both the configurations are same at 3 and 5 ns, the maximal output capability growth ratio of 30.48% () and 42.24% () for the optimal configuration can be obtained at 1 ns, respectively.  相似文献

A new type of radial composite piezoelectric transducer in radial vibration is developed and analyzed. The radial composite transducer consists of a piezoelectric ceramic thin ring polarized in the thickness direction and a metal thin circular ring. They are connected together and excited to vibrate in the radial direction. The radial vibrations of a piezoelectric ceramic thin ring and a metal thin circular ring are analyzed, respectively. Their radial electro-mechanical equivalent circuits are obtained. Based on the electro-mechanical equivalent circuits and using the boundary conditions between the piezoelectric ceramic thin ring and the metal thin circular ring in the radial direction, the electro-mechanical equivalent circuit of the radial composite piezoelectric transducer is derived out and the resonance frequency equation is obtained. The relationship between the resonance frequency and the geometrical dimensions of the transducer is analyzed. Some radial composite piezoelectric transducers are designed and manufactured. The resonance frequencies and the anti-resonance frequencies, the electro-mechanical equivalent circuit parameters are measured. The effective electro-mechanical coupling coefficient and the mechanical quality factor are calculated. It is illustrated that the measured radial resonance frequencies are in good agreement with the theoretical results from the resonance frequency equation.  相似文献
