A way of determining the flexibility of wood-pulp fibres is developed, which involves i) a precise measurement of the topology of single-fibres by using a confocal laser scanning microscope and ii) the measurement of the elastic modulus of the fibres by using a single-fibre fatigue cell. Reported in this paper are the initial results of tests carried out on black spruce fibres, which have been subjected to three different levels of mechanical refining energy, namely ∼1100, 2300, and 3500 kWh/t. It is found that the fibre flexibility rises significantly between the first and second energy levels, but it does not change to the same degree between the second and third ones. The described procedure of measuring the flexibility of fibres may be used to establish the appropriate refiner energy necessary for the production of a specific grade of paper. 采用平面波超软赝势描述多电子体系,利用密度泛函理论和广义梯度近似,计算出C54相和C49相TiSi2的晶格常数、体弹性模量、形成能、电子态密度(DOS)和Mulliken电荷布居等性质.通过比较这两种物质的性质,发现尽管两者形成能很相近,但C49相结构对称性差、体弹性模量小、熔点低,Ti原子d轨道的反键强、离子性弱.这些性质上的差异和C49相TiSi2在固相反应中优先形成有关.  相似文献

The elastic deformation-recovery and mechanical properties of semi-crystalline polymers (HDPE, LDPE and their blends) were investigated. An optoelectronic technique based on a laser beam was used to analyze the behavior of the samples under radial stress. The laser technology showed that the recovery process develops in two stages. The first one is governed by the elastic component and the second and slower one is controlled by the inelastic component of the material. At low deformation, the overall recovery is attributed to the development of structural micro-domains generated when shearing the amorphous segments of the polymer. The radial Young modulus was also determined and compared to unidirectional measurements. At low deformation both techniques provide very similar values; nevertheless, the radial Young modulus departs significantly from the unidirectional one when increasing the number of cycles of deformation-recovery.  相似文献

The differential equations and the boundary conditions for the nonequilibrium binary distribution function of an unsymmetrical binary electrolyte are derived from the Ebeling-Falkenhagen continuity equation. The connection between the Onsager reciprocal relation and the binary distribution functions is shown. Further, Feistel's result for thec logc contribution to the conductance is extended to unsymmetrical binary electrolytes. The reason for the difference between Feistel's and Chen'sc logc term is explained, and the significance of Onsager's reciprocal relation for the calculation ofc logc and higher-concentration contributions of the conductance is discussed.  相似文献

使用RS75流变仪,采用小振幅振荡剪切方法和稳态剪切方法对含蜡原油在溶胶 -凝胶等温转变过程中的流行了研究.结果表明,等温转变成的凝胶原油的结构在 很大程度上决定于预剪切速率,非牛顿含蜡原油在结构恢复过程中表现出不可逆的 触变特性.而凝胶原油在外力作用下向溶胶状态转变的过程中,要经历从线性粘弹 性变形,到非线性粘弹性变形,再到结构屈服的过程,且高剪切应力下的溶胶原油 结构与预剪切速率无关.  相似文献

Polyimide/polyimide molecular composite (MC) films comprised of a rigid polyimide derived from biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (BPDA) and p-phenylenediamine (PDA) and a flexible polyimide derived from BPDA and bis (3,3'-diaminodiphenyl) acetylene (intA) and/or oxydianiline (ODA) were prepared by blending the polyamic acid solutions in 7 : 3 weight ratio, and then imidizing the blend films. Acetylene content in the flexible polyimide backbone was controlled by the ratio of intA and ODA. Cold-drawing of the blend polyamic acid films, followed by imidization, gives high modulus polyimide/polyimide MC films. The modulus of the MC films increased almost linearly with the draw ratio, reaching 25.5 GPa for the 40% drawn film. Acetylene groups in the flexible polyimide can be thermally cured to crosslink. The onset of exotherm appeared at 340°C on DSC, reaching maximum at 398°C. After the thermal crosslinking, the MC films maintained the high modulus, though elongation became small. Taking advantage of the crosslinkable acetylene units, two MC films were laminated and processed at 400°C for 20 min under 100 kg/cm2 to give a good-quality laminate film. The interface of the two films was strongly bonded through the crosslinking of acetylene groups. 用X-射线衍射、动态力学测定等手段研究了不同拉伸倍数的超高分子量聚丙烯薄膜的力学性能的变化.以X-射线衍射法并基于串联力学模型的假设得到的各样品的表观晶区模量E_c~(app)约为34-38GPa.样品模量E_b随拉伸倍数增加而逐渐增大,其变化趋势与非晶区取向因子的变化相类似,说明非晶区取向是左右样品模量的重要因素.室温下,69倍拉伸样品的模量为27GPa,约为表观结晶模量的3/4,且其值在-150-160℃的温度范围内没有急剧变化,说明超拉伸明显改善了材料的力学性能及热稳定性.在各拉伸样品中,考虑伸直链结晶生成的可能性,利用并串联力学模型对伸直链结晶的体积分数做了估算,并对X-射线衍射法所得表观结晶模量进行了修正,认为室温下聚丙烯的真正晶区模量约为47GPa.  相似文献
