The thermodenaturation behavior of Bacillus subtilis α‐amylase on some chromatographic media was studied by determining their adsorption parameters with frontal analysis. The experimental results show that on a RP‐C18 reversed‐phase medium, a Chelating Sepharose Fast‐Flow chelated by Zn2+ affinity medium and a WCX‐1 cation‐exchange medium, a stable conformation of α‐amylase molecule separately exists below or over 30 °C; while on a PEG‐400 hydrophobic medium and a modified PEG‐400 medium, a stable conformation of α‐amylase molecule separately exists below 40 and 30 °C, and when the experimental temperatures are separately over 40 and 30 °C, a drastically conformational change of α‐amylase molecules can continuously take place. And by combining the intrinsic fluorescence emission spectrum and thermal inactivation profile of α‐amylase in free solution and on the PEG‐400 and modified PEG‐400 hydrophobic media, it can be concluded that in liquid chromatographic procedure, chromatographic media can induce the conformational change of α‐amylase molecules and promote their thermodenaturation; and in hydrophobic interaction chromatography, the higher the hydrophobicity of chromatographic medium, the lower the conformational change temperature of α‐amylase molecules on the chromatographic medium.  相似文献

目前已知的绿色溶剂主要包括超临界流体(Supercritical fluids,SCFs)、离子液体(Ionic liquids,ILs)、二氧化碳膨胀液体(CO2 expanded liquids, CXLs)、水以及上述溶剂的混合物等。其中,由超临界CO2(Supercritical CO2,SCCO2)与ILs混合而构成的新兴溶剂,因为化学热力学方面的特性,成为近年来研究的热点,未来很有发展前景。本文回顾了目前为止在该领域所开展的工作,总结了影响SCCO2与IL相行为的主要因素。包括温度、压力、ILs的含水量、ILs的阴离子、ILs的阳离子、ILs的摩尔体积以及助溶剂等。同时分析了ILs/SCCO2与溶质形成的多元混合物相行为的成因。介绍了ILs/CO2在萃取、反萃取、膜分离、反胶束、萃取与反应耦合等分离方面的应用。由于传统的单元操作很难满足无污染和对过程集成的要求,因而含有ILs/ SCCO2的分离反应耦合过程将是未来是实现清洁生产的发展方向。  相似文献

In this work, Fe‐montmorillonite (Fe‐MMT) is synthesized and used as a synergistic agent in ethylene vinyl acetate/magnesium hydroxide (EVA/MH) flame retardant formulations. The synergistic effect of Fe‐MMT with magnesium hydroxide (MH) as the halogen‐free flame retardant for ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) is studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), limiting the oxygen index (LOI), UL‐94, and cone calorimetry test. Compared with that of Na‐MMT, it indicates that the synergistic effects of Fe‐MMT enhance the LOI value of EVA/MH polymer and improve the thermal stability and reduce the heat release rate (HRR). The structure and morphology of nanocomposites are studied by X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The mechanical properties of the EVA composites have also been studied here, indicating that the use of Fe‐MMT reduces the amount of inorganic fillers. MH hence enhances the mechanical properties of the EVA composite while keeping the UL‐94 V‐0 rating. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Dual‐responsive micrometer‐sized core‐shell composite polymer particles were prepared by dispersion polymerization followed by seeded copolymerization. Polystyrene (PS) particles prepared by dispersion polymerization were used as core particles. N‐isopropyl acrylamide (NIPAM) and methacrylic acid (MAA) were used to induce dual‐responsive that is thermo‐ and pH‐responsive properties in the shell layer of composite polymer particles, prepared by seeded copolymerization with PS core particles. Temperature‐ and pH‐dependent adsorption behaviors of some macromolecules on composite polymer particles indicate that produced composite polymer particles exhibit dual‐responsive surface properties. 针对证券收益率呈现"尖峰厚尾"的分布特征,在分析传统B-S权证定价模型的不足基础上,本文提出了基于分形理论的B-S权证定价模型,并利用分形B-S权证定价模型和传统B-S模型分析认购权证价格变化的行为。实证结果发现,两种模型的理论价格均低估了市场价格,且低估的程度具有显著统计性,其中以分形B-S模型评价结果最接近市场价格,评价绩效好。探讨影响分形B-S权证模型理论价格与市场价格差异的主要因素,结果发现距到期日时间的长短、价内外程度以及流动性在解释价差程度上具有统计的显著性。  相似文献

In this paper we present an extension of the Katznelson-Tzafriri Theorem to the asymptotic behavior of individual solutions of evolution equations . The obtained results do not require the uniform continuity of solutions as well as the well-posedness of the equations. The method of study is based on a recently developed approach to the spectral theory of functions that is direct and free of -semigroups.

The combined effects of the processing parameters upon rheological properties of biopolymers produced by Rhizobium tropici were studied as a function of the Ca(+2) ions' concentration variation, yeast extract concentration added to the medium, aeration, and agitation, maintaining the mannitol concentration in 10 g/L. The experiments were carried out using a fermenter with 20-L capacity as a reactor. All processing parameters were monitored online. The temperature [(30 +/- 1) degrees C] and pH values (7.0) were kept constant throughout the experimental time. As a statistical tool, a complete 2(3) factorial design with central point and response surface was used to investigate the interactions between relevant variables of the fermentation process: calcium carbonate concentration, yeast extract concentration, aeration, and agitation. The processing parameter setup for reaching the maximum response for rheological propriety production was obtained when applying mannitol concentration of 10.0 g/L, calcium carbonate concentration 1.0 g/L, yeast extract concentration 1.0 g/L, aeration 1.30 vvm, and agitation 800 rpm. The viscosimetric investigation of polysaccharide solutions exposed their shear-thinning behavior and polyelectrolytic feature.  相似文献

The economic feasibility of operating at the achievable critical flux under different operating parameters (feed concentration, crossflow velocities and pH) using non-circular channelled membranes has been investigated. The increase in critical fluxes with increasing crossflow velocities is accompanied by increasing axial pressure loss. This leads to substantial increase in the specific energy consumption, reducing the energy-saving potential. Minimum specific energy consumption occurs at the crossflow velocity of 0.9 m s−1 where the trade-off between axial pressure loss and the achievable critical flux occurs. Increasing the feed concentrations and pH led to declining and increasing critical fluxes, respectively. Axial pressure loss remains consistent at feed concentrations <10 g l−1 and increases at feed concentrations >10 g l−1. This is attributed to the change in the viscosity of the suspension which affects the specific energy consumption. The influence of pH on critical flux is attributed to the changes in the titanium dioxide particle charges and coincides with the changes in the viscosity of the suspension. The optimum energy-saving potential was found at pH 9.0. Solution chemistry (particle charges and rheology) and hydrodynamics influence the achievable critical flux and axial pressure loss within these channels which ultimately determine the economics of operation.  相似文献

Effects of sintering atmospheres on properties of SrCo0.4Fe0.5Zr0.1O3−δ mixed-conducting membranes were in detail studied in terms of sintering behavior, electrical conductivity and oxygen permeability. The sintering atmospheres were 100% N2, 79% N2–21% O2, 60% N2–40% O2, 40% N2–60% O2, 20% N2–80% O2 and 100% O2 (in vol.%), and the prepared membranes were correspondingly denoted as S-0, S-21, S-40, S-60, S-80 and S-100, respectively. It was found that the properties of membranes were strongly dependent on the sintering atmosphere. As the oxygen partial pressure in the sintering atmosphere (PO2) increased, sintering ability, electrical conductivity and oxygen permeability decreased at first, which was in the order of S-0 > S-21 > S-40. However, as PO2 increased further, sintering ability, electrical conductivity and oxygen permeability increased gradually: S-40 < S-60 < S-80 < S-100. And the S-100 membrane had the best sintering ability, electrical conductivity and oxygen permeability in all membranes.  相似文献

We report that the brittle‐ductile transition of polymers induced by temperature exhibits critical behavior. When t close to 0, the critical surface to surface interparticle distance (IDc) follows the scaling law: IDct?v, where t = 1 ? T/T (T and T are the test temperature and brittle‐ductile transition temperature of matrix polymer, respectively) and v = 2/D. It is clear that the scaling exponent v only depends on dimension (D). For 2, 3, and 4 dimension, v = 1, 2/3, and 1/2 respectively. The result indicates that the IDc follows the same scaling law as that of the correlation length (ξ), when t approach to zero. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
