运用分子动力学模拟方法,对水蒸汽均匀核化凝结过程进行了研究.采用分形理论分维数统计中的小盒计数法,对二维条件下凝结核的分维数的变化规律进行了统计计算.模拟结果表明,水蒸汽均匀核化过程中所形成的凝结核表面的分维数并非一过程量,凝结核表面分维数并不随凝结核的长大而变化,当凝结核长大到一定程度后,其表面分维数将达到一恒定值.本文对初始温度为500℃,密度分别为100和200 kg/m3的过热水蒸气冷却到20℃的过程进行了模拟,水蒸汽在二维均匀核化过程中所形成的凝结核表面分维数为1.79. 相似文献

Following recent fit of supernovae data to Brans‐Dicke theory which favours the model with o = ‐ 3/2 [1] we discuss the status of this special case of Brans‐Dicke cosmology in both isotropic and anisotropic framework. It emerges that the limit o = ‐3/2 is consistent only with the vacuum field equations and it makes such a Brans‐Dicke theory conformally invariant. Then it is an example of the conformal relativity theory which allows the invariance with respect to conformal transformations of the metric. Besides, Brans‐Dicke theory with o = ‐3/2 gives a border between a standard scalar field model and a ghost/phantom model. In this paper we show that in o = ‐3/2 Brans‐Dicke theory, i.e., in the conformal relativity there are no isotropic Friedmann solutions of non‐zero spatial curvature except for k=‐1 case. Further we show that this k=‐1 case, after the conformal transformation into the Einstein frame, is just the Milne universe and, as such, it is equivalent to Minkowski spacetime. It generally means that only flat models are fully consistent with the field equations. On the other hand, it is shown explicitly that the anisotropic non‐zero spatial curvature models of Kantowski‐Sachs type are admissible in o = ‐3/2 Brans‐Dicke theory. It then seems that an additional scale factor which appears in anisotropic models gives an extra deegre of freedom and makes it less restrictive than in an isotropic Friedmann case. 相似文献

The Bak-Sneppen model of co-evolution is used to derive synthetic time series with a priori specified fractal dimension (or Hurst exponent) through a mixing of processes in various lattice dimensions. Both theoretical and numerical analyses concern the avalanches at the critical threshold and provide a model for time series reconstruction that can be tested as an alternative to the classical fractional Brownian motion (fBm) because of differences in properties. New results on critical threshold and avalanche structure are obtained up to Euclidean dimension d=6. The method involves a lattice-based structure and therefore is suitable for the application of parallel computing. 相似文献

In this paper, a threshold voltage model for high-k gate-dielectric metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) is developed, with more accurate boundary conditions of the gate dielectric derived through a conformal mapping transformation method to consider the fringing-field effects including the influences of high-k gate-dielectric and sidewall spacer. Comparing with similar models, the proposed model can be applied to general situations where the gate dielectric and sidewall spacer can have different dielectric constants. The influences of sidewall spacer and high-k gate dielectric on fringing field distribution of the gate dielectric and thus threshold voltage behaviours of a MOSFET are discussed in detail. 相似文献
