The three component, one-pot synthesis of α-aminophosphonates has been achieved using super magnetic nano iron oxide at 50 °C under solvent-free conditions in excellent yields. This paper presents the experience gained by developers and users with implementation and operation of NorTRACKTM, a real-time computerized product tracking system. A Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) collects and transfers data in real time to NorTRACK’s OracleTM database on a Windows NTTM server network. After extensive development and Beta testing at MDS Nordion’s Canadian Irradiation Centre in Montreal, Canada, NorTRACK was installed in January 1997 with a new irradiation facility in Ethicon Endo-Surgery Inc.’s Albuquerque plant in the United States. NorTRACK communicates with the irradiator control and safety system, the plant's central manufacturing database, an innovative pallet staging and tote loading robot, and an automated dosimetry reading system. This integrated system allows the sterilization facility to monitor the irradiator operation and the flow of many products, through varied processing modes, continuously and reliably. As a result of operating with NorTRACK, both MDS Nordion’s CIC facility and the Endo-Surgery manufacturing site, are beginning to realize unique benefits in their respective operations. MDS Nordion is also initiating several future product enhancements and additional productivity modules. This paper describes the NorTRACK system, the various stages of the development project and Beta tests, and the experience of the users to date in their operations.  相似文献

Several well-known patterns the software used are introduced. 为了编制和优化施工进度计划,计算构成施工项目的各项工作最早开始时间、最迟开始时间、最早完成时间、最迟完成时间、总时差和自由时差等时间参数十分重要.提出了一种计算工作时间参数新方法.该方法以工作完成时间为决策变量,通过建立和求解线性规划模型来得到各种工作时间参数.其建模思路清晰,不需绘制网络图,能用通用办公软件EXCEL求解.模拟计算表明,用该方法与用标准网络计划技术计算出的工作时间参数完全一致.  相似文献

A high‐performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method was developed for the simultaneous quantification of five major bioactive constituents in the stems of resiniferous Dracaena plants from China and Vietnam, as well as those in the related traditional Chinese medicinal preparations. A diode array detector with the wavelength of 330 nm was used to monitor resveratrol, 7,4′‐dihydroxyflavone and pterostilbene, while loureirin A and loureirin B were monitored at 280 nm. The five constituents were separated on an Agela SB C18 column by gradient elution using 0.008% (v/v) formic acid solution (A) and acetonitrile (B) as the mobile phase. The validation of the method included recovery, linearity, accuracy and precision (intra‐ and inter‐day variation). The range of recoveries of this method was 98.1–104.9%, with all the constituents showing good linearity (r2 > 0.9999). The accuracy and precision were satisfactory, with the overall intra‐ and inter‐day variation being less than 4%. The present method has been successfully applied for the determination of all five constituents in 21 related herbal samples including 10 D. cochinchinensis stem samples, seven D. cambodiana stem samples and four purchased medicinal preparations. The contents of these constituents were analyzed using principal component analysis, which can efficiently identify raw herb of Dracaena from different sources. The study may be considered helpful to the quality control of Dracena plants and its medicinal preparations. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Samples resulting from reaction of TiO2 with octyltriethoxysilane, developed using a supercritical carbon dioxide procedure, have been studied by infrared and Raman spectroscopies and thermogravimetric analysis. Different reaction conditions have been applied to the preparation of samples in order to study the influence of experimental factors on the sample properties. Vibrational techniques have first been used to verify the presence of silanized structures on the surface of TiO2 through the detection of specific bands characteristic of the Si-O-Si cross-linking. Thermogravimetric profiles consisting of weight loss values as a function of temperature have been analyzed by principal component analysis to extract information about the characteristics of the linkage between silane and TiO2 as well as the thermal stability of the prepared materials. The mathematical treatment of data has provided conclusions on the properties of the samples and analogies and differences with respect to the commercial material.  相似文献

It summarizes some of the mathematical programming software which is compatible with popular spreadsheets. Clear effects criterion is one of the important rules for selecting optimal fractional factorial designs, and it has become an active research issue in recent years. Tang et al. derived upper and lower bounds on the maximum number of clear two-factor interactions (2fi’s) in 2 n−(n−k) fractional factorial designs of resolutions III and IV by constructing a 2 n−(n−k) design for given k, which are only restricted for the symmetrical case. This paper proposes and studies the clear effects problem for the asymmetrical case. It improves the construction method of Tang et al. for 2 n−(n−k) designs with resolution III and derives the upper and lower bounds on the maximum number of clear two-factor interaction components (2fic’s) in 4 m 2 n designs with resolutions III and IV. The lower bounds are achieved by constructing specific designs. Comparisons show that the number of clear 2fic’s in the resulting design attains its maximum number in many cases, which reveals that the construction methods are satisfactory when they are used to construct 4 m 2 n designs under the clear effects criterion.
