A rapid, effective method applying vortex‐assisted liquid–liquid microextraction before ultra‐high performance liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry and evaporative light scattering detection was developed for the analysis of four cucurbitane triterpenoids (momordicoside L, momordicoside K, momordicoside F2, and 3β,7β,25‐trihydroxy cucurbita‐5,23(E )‐dien‐19‐al) in bitter melon juices. Variables affecting the extraction efficiency including different extraction solvents, volume of extraction solvent, salt amount, acid condition, vortex speed and time were optimized thoroughly. Under the optimum conditions, precision was determined by the intra‐ and inter‐day tests in a range of 1.1–5.7% and 2.9–4.0% (RSD), respectively, with recoveries between 95.7 and 106.1%. The calibration curves showed good linearity with square correlation coefficient of 0.9936–0.9991 (evaporative light scattering detection) and 0.9858–0.9989 (MS). The detection limits ranged from 0.8–1.9 ng/mL (MS) to 3–10 ng/mL (evaporative light scattering detection) for these compounds. Enrichment factors of four target compounds were between 27 and 63 times. The proposed method was also used to determine the apparent solvent/water partition coefficients of analytes within the range of 53–120. The developed method can effectively enrich and quantify cucurbitane triterpenoids from bitter melon drinks.  相似文献

For multimode pulsed dye lasers (of nanosecond and microsecond duration with frequency-dependent losses in the cavity), experimental studies and theoretical calculations have been made of the dependence of the value of the equivalent line width, used as a measure of selective absorption, on the main parameters characterizing the laser, the cavity, and the absorbent. Analytical relations have been obtained which describe the main aspects of complete absorption in lines with dispersion, Gaussian, or mixed spectra profiles, and their experimental testing has been carried out. According to the Lyapunov stability theorem, a new general hybrid projective complete dislocated synchronization scheme with non-derivative and derivative coupling based on parameter identification is proposed under the framework of drive-response systems. Every state variable of the response system equals the summation of the hybrid drive systems in the previous hybrid synchronization. However, every state variable of the drive system equals the summation of the hybrid response systems while evolving with time in our method. Complete synchronization, hybrid dislocated synchronization, projective synchronization, non-derivative and derivative coupling, and parameter identification are included as its special item. The Lorenz chaotic system, Rssler chaotic system, memristor chaotic oscillator system, and hyperchaotic Lü system are discussed to show the effectiveness of the proposed methods.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A method for the simultaneous determination of 30 pesticides residues in soil was developed and validated. Among the studied agrochemicals, there are herbicides (auxines, sulfonylureas, fops, imidazolinones), fungicides (azoles) and insecticides (organophosphorus) widely used in extensive agricultural activities in Uruguay. Five methods with different extraction times, type and amount of solvent, as well as the possibility of a clean-up step were compared in terms of percentage of recovery and repeatability. The final method was based on the extraction of the pesticides’ residues from soil using two successive solvent extraction steps. First, the soil was extracted with methanol in an orbital shaker for 4 h. Secondly, the solid residue was re-extracted overnight with ultrapure water. The methanolic extract was concentrated under vacuum, whereas the aqueous solution was passed through an OASIS HLB® cartridge, eluted with an appropriate solvent and concentrated under nitrogen stream. Both extracts were finally combined and analysed by LC-QQQ-MS/MS using the Document SANTE/11,945/2015 criteria. Recovery percentages at 1 and 10 μg kg?1 for the studied compounds were in the range 70106% with relative standard deviations below 19 %. The quantification was performed using matrix-matched calibration curves as some compounds presented very strong signal suppression. Residuals of the matrix-matched calibration curves were below 20% for all the validated analytes. The quantification limit was1 μg kg?1. The method also allows the screening of 11 pesticides in soil. Sixty-five real samples collected from regions where the use of pesticides is intensive were analysed. Quinclorac, tebuconazole, penoxsulam and clomazone were the most frequently pesticides detected.  相似文献

The chemical analysis of microparticles is challenging due to the need to mount the particles on a substrate for analysis; double-sided adhesive tape is often used (sometimes conductive), however that is usually coated with poly (dimethyl siloxane) (PDMS) that is often used as a release agent. PDMS is a common surface contamination that can mask surface chemistries and hinder material performance where it is dependent on this contaminated interface. It is known that PDMS contains a very mobile oligomeric fraction that readily diffuses across surfaces resulting in the contamination of mounted particulate samples before and during surface chemistry analysis. This makes it impossible to determine whether the PDMS has arisen from the analysis procedure or from the sample itself. A new sample preparation method is proposed where polymer microparticles are mounted on a poly (hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (pHEMA) polymer solution, which we compare with particles that have been mounted on adhesive discs using time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (ToF-SIMS) and 3D OrbiSIMS analysis. Particles mounted on the pHEMA substrate results in a reduction of PDMS signal by 99.8% compared with microparticles mounted on adhesive discs. This illustrates how a simple, quick and inexpensive polymer solution can be used to adhere particles for analysis by ToF-SIMS, or other surface chemical analysis techniques such as X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), without introduction of large amounts of silicone contaminant.  相似文献

设计合成了新型喹啉酮-香豆素类比色荧光探针7-二乙氨基-3-[3-(7-二乙氨基)香豆素基-3-氧代丙烯基]喹啉-2-酮(QCO), 用于检测水溶液中的Hg2+. 探针QCO对Hg2+表现出高选择性和强抗干扰性. 此外, Hg2+引起探针QCO溶液的颜色变化明显, 可裸眼识别. 比色法中, 吸收值比(A500/A380)与Hg2+浓度呈良好的线性关系, 其检出限为2.62×10-8 mol/L. 荧光法中, 探针QCO对Hg2+的检出限为5.42×10-8 mol/L. 经等摩尔变化( Job’s Plot)法、 质谱及红外光谱验证, 探针QCO与Hg2+形成络合比为1∶1(摩尔比)的络合物. 硅胶板实验和加标回收率实验结果表明, 探针QCO可用于检测实际水样中的Hg2+.  相似文献

因具有良好的萃取性能,有机气凝胶已被应用于样品前处理领域,为了进一步改善其对多环芳烃类污染物的萃取能力,利用氧化石墨烯对三聚氰胺-甲醛气凝胶进行改性,制备了一种氧化石墨烯功能化三聚氰胺-甲醛气凝胶,将其作为萃取涂层涂覆到不锈钢丝表面,通过扫描电镜和X射线光电子能谱对萃取涂层进行表征,结果表明氧化石墨烯并未破坏气凝胶的三维网络多孔结构。将4根气凝胶涂覆的不锈钢丝装进一根长度30 cm、内径0.75 mm的聚醚醚酮管内,制备了一种新型的纤维填充型固相微萃取管。将萃取管与高效液相色谱联用,构建管内固相微萃取-液相色谱在线富集分析系统。以8种多环芳烃(萘(Nap)、苊烯(Acy)、苊(Ace)、芴(Flu)、菲(Phe)、蒽(Ant)、荧蒽(Fla)和芘(Pyr))作为模型分析物,评价了萃取管的萃取性能,考察了氧化石墨烯对气凝胶萃取性能的改善,结果表明萃取效率被提升至最高2.5倍。详细考察了样品体积、样品流速、样品中有机溶剂浓度以及脱附时间对于萃取效率的影响,并建立了管内固相微萃取-液相色谱在线分析方法。该法对8种多环芳烃分析物的检出限为0.001~0.005μg/L,萘、苊烯、苊、芴的线性范围为0.017~20.0μg/L,菲、蒽的线性范围为0.010~20.0μg/L,荧蒽和芘的线性范围为0.003~15.0μg/L,精密度良好(日内重复性RSD≤4.8%,日间重复性RSD≤8.6%)。研究所发展的分析方法比已报道的某些分析方法具有更好的灵敏度、更宽的线性范围和更短的分析时间,并具有在线富集和在线分析的独特优点。将该分析方法应用于常见饮用水(包括瓶装矿泉水和饮水机的直饮水)中多环芳烃的分析检测,加标回收率试验结果(76.3%~132.8%)表明该分析方法能够高灵敏、快速、准确地检测饮用水中痕量多环芳烃污染物。经过稳定性考察,发现研究所制备的固相微萃取管在实验过程中表现出良好的使用寿命和化学稳定性。  相似文献

分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)是模拟抗原-抗体识别机制,人工构筑的对目标物具有专一识别性的材料,构建具有优异水相识别能力的MIPs是分子印迹领域长期面临的挑战。近年来水相识别MIPs以其优异的抗基质干扰和水中识别能力,引起了分析化学家、材料学家和环境学家的广泛关注。本文综述了近年来水相识别MIPs在样品预处理中的应用研究。首先,简要介绍了MIPs的构筑原理、优势及面临水相识别困难的挑战。其次,介绍了样品前处理技术及其重要性。再次,结合各类新兴材料和MIPs制备技术,从样品前处理技术的角度(包括固相萃取、分散固相萃取、磁固相萃取、固相微萃取、管尖固相萃取和搅拌棒吸附萃取)全面总结了水相识别MIPs在含水样品分析中的应用,并结合材料性能和分析参数讨论了各类方法的分析优势。最后,分别从水相识别MIPs构建和预处理两方面提出了该领域面临的挑战和未来的发展趋势。  相似文献

A series of low-cost hyper-crosslinked polymers were prepared by an easy one-step Friedel-Crafts reaction. The synthesized hyper-crosslinked polymers exhibited remarkably porous structure, large surface area, and hydroxyl groups, which can be employed as an ideal adsorbent material for novel sorbent-phase extraction techniques. Based on this, using hyper-crosslinked polymers as sorbent and coating, three novel extraction methods, including micro-solid-phase extraction, dispersive solid-phase extraction, and solid-phase microextraction, were explored and evaluated for simultaneous measurement of five endocrine-disrupting compounds (triclosan and bisphenol A, tetrabromobisphenol A, tetrabromobisphenol A bisallylether, and tetrabromobisphenol A bis(2,3-dibromopropyl ether)) in environment water prior to high-performance liquid chromatography–ultraviolet. The influence of experimental parameters on three extraction techniques such as extraction time, the amount of hyper-crosslinked polymers, extraction temperature, ionic strength, and desorption conditions were optimized. Three previously mentioned methods provided limits of detection ranging from 0.01 to 0.05 μg/L, and high recoveries (85–99%) with relative standard deviations of 1.7–5.6%. This study presented the merits and disadvantages of three proposed extraction methods and their potential for effective monitoring of hazardous pollutants in real water samples.  相似文献
