通过对金属样品表面覆盖涂层或改变其表面光洁度的方法，减少样品表面对激光束的反射，增大金属样品在激光微光源中的发射强度，有利于降低光谱分析的检测限。     

Direct determination of major elements in solid plant materials by electrothermal vaporization inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry

The present work demonstrates the capability of electrothermal vaporization (ETV) to become an important tool of solid sample introduction in ICP-AES for plant sample analysis. Direct determination of Al, Ca, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na and Zn was investigated in powdered plant samples. Obtaining good results for major elements in plant samples was governed by some special operating conditions. The sensitivity of the method necessitated the use of ICP in radial view configuration. The behavior of elements during vaporization was studied between 500 and 2600 °C. External calibration was carried out using solid external (cellulose) spiked with aqueous standard solutions. However, performances of the analytical method were found dependent of argon flow rates. Analytical accuracy of the method was tested in three reference materials. Analytical results agreed with certified values when cellulose was used in calibration. However, K could not be determined because of excessive sensitivity. Without cellulose, it was found that Fe results were underestimated and Zn results overestimated. Relative standard deviations varied from 3 to 23%. Limits of detection varied from 1 to 80 ng g⁻¹ from one element to the other for a typical mass sample of 2 mg.     

Utilization of TXRF analytical technique in order to improve front-end semiconductor processing

In this paper, we summarize how the introduction of in-line TXRF monitoring provides detailed analytical information on aluminum, titanium and molybdenum contamination levels in order to improve several process steps from front-end processing, minimize product yield loss and make it possible to successfully manufacture multiple products and process geometries in the same fabrication platform.

引入了图的团符号控制的概念,给出了n阶图G的团符号控制数γks(G)的若干下限,确定了几类特殊图的团符号控制数,并提出了若干未解决的问题和猜想.     

Kolmogorov-Smirnov two-sample test based on regression rank scores

We derive the two-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov type test when a nuisance linear regression is present. The test is based on regression rank scores and provides a natural extension of the classical Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Its asymptotic distributions under the hypothesis and the local alternatives coincide with those of the classical test. (Supplement to the special issue of Appl. On maxima of partial samples in Gaussian sequences with pseudo-stationary trends

We consider a Gaussian stationary sequence added by a pseudo-stationary trend and prove a limit theorem for joint distribution of its maximum and maximum of its subsequence. 本文研究曲率二次衰减的完备黎曼流形,证明了若它的直径增长满足小的线性增长条件,则其基本群是有限生成的.     

结构方程模型与联立方程模型的比较

本文首先介绍了结构方程模型和联立方程模型的一般形式、典型实例及其在我国的研究现状。通过将结构方程模型与联立方程模型进行比较,发现结构方程模型具有能直接处理潜变量和测量误差等优点,在管理学、心理学等社会科学中具有广泛应用;但是结构方程模型对样本量要求大、对抽样、问卷设计和调查过程的缺陷以及忽略变量等模型的设定错误不能弥补;而且,结构方程模型的参数不如联立方程模型的含义那么具体而直观。     

The Hausdorff Moment Problem under Finite Additivity

We investigate to what extent finitely additive probability measures on the unit interval are determined by their moment sequence. We do this by studying the lower envelope of all finitely additive probability measures with a given moment sequence. Our investigation leads to several elegant expressions for this lower envelope, and it allows us to conclude that the information provided by the moments is equivalent to the one given by the associated lower and upper distribution functions.     

专利联盟许可行为的博弈分析

专利联盟这一新的经济组织近年来引起了众多学者的关注。本文以Shapiro Carl(2000)的模型为基础,从博弈论的角度对互补性专利持有企业的许可行为进行了研究,并将其对产品市场的影响作了进一步的比较分析,研究表明:专利联盟内的协调、约束机制的存在是企业的获得较高许可收益的保证,并且联盟可以提高产品市场的均衡产量,降低单位产品的成本和价格,改善社会福利水平。
