We present the analytical solution to the linear evolution equation of a one component Friedmann perturbation using an equation of state of the form p = (1/3)μσ2(t), where μ is the mass density and σ(t) is the root mean square (rms) velocity in the matter dominated epoch. It is assumed that this rms velocity depends only on the time coordinate and decreases as 1/a, a being the expansion factor of the Friedmann background. The evolution equations are written for scales below the horizon using the longitudinal gauge. The general solution, in the coordinate space, of the evolution equation for the scalar mode is obtained. In the case of spherical symmetry, this solution is expressed in terms of unidimensional integrals of the initial conditions: the initial values of the Newtonian potential and its first time derivative. This perfect fluid solution is a good approximation to the evolution of warm dark matter perturbations obtained by solving the Vlasov’s equation for collisionless particles. 相似文献

本文采用渐变沟道近似和准二维分析的方法, 通过求解泊松方程, 建立了应变Si NMOSFET阈值电压集约物理模型. 模型同时研究了短沟道, 窄沟道, 非均匀掺杂, 漏致势垒降低等物理效应对阈值电压的影响. 采用参数提取软件提取了阈值电压相关参数, 通过将模型的计算结果和实验结果进行对比分析, 验证了本文提出的模型的正确性. 该模型为应变Si超大规模集成电路的分析和设计提供了重要的参考.

This article provides a strategy for solving incompressible turbulent flows, which combines compact finite difference schemes and parallel computing. The numerical features of this solver are the semi-implicit time advancement, the staggered arrangement of the variables and the fourth-order compact scheme discretisation. This is the usual way for solving accurately turbulent incompressible flows. We propose a new strategy for solving the Helmholtz/Poisson equations based on a parallel 2d-pencil decomposition of the diagonalisation method. The compact scheme derivatives are computed with the parallel diagonal dominant (PDD) algorithm, which achieves good parallel performances by introducing a bounded numerical error. We provide a new analysis of its effect on the numerical accuracy and conservation features. Several numerical experiments, including two simulations of turbulent flows, demonstrate that the PDD algorithm maintains the accuracy and conservation features, while conserving a good parallel performance, up to 4096 cores. 相似文献

Using the techniques of approximation and factorization of convolution operators we study the problem of irregular sampling of band-limited functions on a locally compact Abelian group G. The results of this paper relate to earlier work by Feichtinger and Gröchenig in a similar way as Kluvánek's work published in 1969 relates to the classical Shannon Sampling Theorem. Generally speaking we claim that reconstruction is possible as long as there is sufficient high sampling density. The CuA center is a dinuclear copper site that serves as an optimized hub for long‐range electron transfer in heme–copper terminal oxidases. Its electronic structure can be described in terms of a σu* ground‐state wavefunction with an alternative, less populated ground state of πu symmetry, which is thermally accessible. It is now shown that second‐sphere mutations in the CuA containing subunit of Thermus thermophilus ba3 oxidase perturb the electronic structure, which leads to a substantial increase in the population of the πu state, as shown by different spectroscopic methods. This perturbation does not affect the redox potential of the metal site, and despite an increase in the reorganization energy, it is not detrimental to the electron‐transfer kinetics. The mutations were achieved by replacing the loops that are involved in protein–protein interactions with cytochrome c, suggesting that transient protein binding could also elicit ground‐state switching in the oxidase, which enables alternative electron‐transfer pathways. 相似文献
