利用选择性激发核磁共振对混合物中的两种化合物进行结构解析

利用现代NMR的1D、2D技术对一个混合物进行了分析。结果表明：混合物由两种化合物组成。为了同时准确确定两种化合物的结构，本工作应用了1D-TOCSY技术，利用该技术选择性强的特点来补充常规的1D、2DHMR实验所提供的分子结构的信息。在没有进行预分离的条件下，顺利地完成了样品中两种化合物的核磁信号归属，并最终确定了它们的结构。

Highly Efficient One-Pot Synthesis of 2-Arylmethyl N-Substituted Anilines via Yb（OTf）3 Catalyzed Three-Component Reaction

An efficient method has been developed for one-pot three-component coupling reactions of various aldehydes, 1-cyclohexen-2-one, and primary or secondary amines in the presence of a catalytic amount of Yb（OTf）3 under mild conditions to afford the corresponding 2-arylmethyl N-substituted anilines in good yields. In addition, the catalyst was easily recovered and could be reused for at least four cycles without any loss of activity.     

Synthesis of Substituted Hydroxyspiro([1]benzopyran-2,4'(1'H)-pyrimidine)-2'(3'H)thiones and Hydroxyspiro-([1]benzopyran-2,4'(1'H)-pyrimidin)-2'(3'H)ones

We have developed a novel regioselective method for synthesis of substituted spiro([1]benzopyran-2,4'-(1'H)pyrimidine)-2'-(3'H)thiones and spiro([1]benzopyran-2,4'-(1'H)pyrimidin)-2'-(3'H)ones having one or two hydroxyl groups on the benzene ring.     

Diffusion in a one-dimensional gas of hard point particles

We simulate the classical diffusion of a particle of massM in an infinite one-dimensional system of hard point particles of massm in equilibrium. Each computer run corresponds to about 10⁸ collisions of the diffusive particle. We find that (t) 1/t fort large enough, and a crossover from an M m regime where=2 to=3 forM=m. The diffusion constant has a sharp maximum atM=m. We study moments x(t)² and x(t)⁴, and examine the behavior ofq ² (t)=x(t)⁴/3x(t)²². We find thatq(t)1 (consistent with a normal distribution) in theM limit (for all timest) and in the t limit for allM. Detection of single nucleotide polymorphisms using electrospray ionization mass spectrometry: validation of a one-well assay and quantitative pooling studies

Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) are currently being mapped and databased at a remarkable pace, providing a viable means for understanding disease susceptibility, differential drug response and human evolution. Consequently, there is an increasing demand for SNP genotyping technologies that are simple, rapid, cost effective and readily amenable to automation for high-throughput analyses. In this study, we improved the Survivor Assay, a SNP detection method based on electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS), with several developments. One improvement is the development of a one-well assay, requiring no off-line purification of the polymerase chain reaction product, achieved by simple addition of reagent solution into a single well. Another is the on-line separation of magnesium and dideoxynucleotides using an in-house made monolithic metal chelating column, eliminating any off-line sample preparation prior to mass spectrometric analysis. Here the Survivor Assay is extended from a proof-of-principle concept to a validated method by genotyping six SNPs from five different regions of human genomic DNA in 55 individual samples with 100% accuracy. This improved Survivor Assay eliminates the tedious and time-consuming steps of sample preparation, minimizes sample handing and offers a high-throughput analysis of SNPs by ESI-MS. The current combined preparation and analysis time is 2 min per sample. The simplicity of this method has potential for full automation and parallel chromatography and, thus, reduced analysis time. In addition, we have adapted the Survivor Assay for quantitative SNP analysis in pooled DNA samples. The capabilities and sensitivity of this approach were evaluated. We demonstrate that an allele occurring at a frequency of 2% can consistently be quantitated.     

Tocopherols and Triterpenoids from Sida acuta

A new tocopherol derivative, 7_a‐methoxy‐α‐tocopherol ( 1 ), and a new taraxastane triterpene, taraxast‐1,20(30)‐dien‐3‐one ( 5 ), together with four known compounds, β‐tocopherol ( 2 ), α‐tocopherol ( 3 ), α‐tocospiro B ( 4 ) and taraxasterone ( 6 ) were isolated from the whole plant of Sida acuta. Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis including MS, 1D and 2D‐NMR spectroscopy. Among those compounds, compounds 1 , 2 , and 3 showed significant antioxidant effect (EC₅₀ = 86.9, 68.2, and 70.9 μM, respectively) in the DPPH radicals scavenging activity assay.     

旋流煤粉燃烧的一维综合数值模拟

发展了综合考虑气－固两相旋流流动，气相燃烧，颗粒相变与燃烧及两相辐射传热的旋流煤粉燃烧－维数学模型，给出了气－固两相能量方程中颗粒相就源项的计算表达式，应用这一模型对涡旋燃烧炉环形通道内多组工况的旋流气体燃烧和煤粉燃烧进行了数值模拟，计算得到的炉内温度分布和燃烧效率与实验数据基本相符，表明本文建立的模型可用于旋流煤粉燃烧的一维综合数值模拟。
