Electron tunnelling data in (TMTSF)2 X-GaSb Schottky barriers support the idea that strong superconducting fluctuations exist in quasi-one-dimensional (TMTSF)2X up to temperatures which are about one order or magnitude higher than the 3-D ordering critical temperature. Other tunnelling data tend to indicate that stabilization of superconductivity is possible at high temperature via chain cross-linking.  相似文献

In this paper we discuss a novel procedure for constructing clusters of bound particles in the case of a quantum integrable derivative δ-function Bose gas in one dimension. It is shown that clusters of bound particles can be constructed for this Bose gas for some special values of the coupling constant, by taking the quasi-momenta associated with the corresponding Bethe state to be equidistant points on a single circle in the complex momentum plane. We also establish a connection between these special values of the coupling constant and some fractions belonging to the Farey sequences in number theory. This connection leads to a classification of the clusters of bound particles associated with the derivative δ-function Bose gas and allows us to study various properties of these clusters like their size and their stability under the variation of the coupling constant.  相似文献

Abstract

This article reviews some of the recent advances in Raman spectroscopy, in areas related to natural tissues and cell biology. It summarizes some of the most widely used peak frequencies and their assignments. The aim of this study is to prepare a database of molecular fingerprints, which will help researchers in defining the chemical structure of the biological tissues introducing most of the important peaks present in the natural tissues. In spite of applying different methods, there seems to be a considerable similarity in defining the peaks of identical areas of the spectra. As a result, it is believed that preparing a unique collection of the frequencies encountered in Raman spectroscopic studies can lead to significant improvements both in the quantity and quality of spectral data and their outcomes. This article is the first review of its kind to provide a precise database on the most important Raman characteristic peak frequencies for researchers aiming to analyze natural tissues by Raman spectroscopy and will especially be of considerable assistance to those who are focusing on the analysis of cancerous tissues by Raman spectroscopy.  相似文献

提出了基于现场可编程门阵列 (FPGA) 技术的混沌直接序列扩频信号盲解调的硬件电路实现方法. 设计了混沌直接序列扩频信号发射机与接收机. 发射机可产生10种不同的混沌直接序列扩频信号. 为方便接收机的硬件电路实现, 对无先导卡尔曼滤波混沌拟合盲解调算法进行了简化, 在简化模型的基础上设计了接收机硬件结构. 提出了一种动态调整偏移因子的新方法, 使接收机能实时适应混沌映射的变化. 通过高斯白噪声信道及多径信道条件下的盲解调实验, 验证了盲解调算法硬件实现的抗噪声与抗多径性能, 以及对10种不同的混沌直接序列扩频信号的自适应破译效果. 关键词: FPGA 混沌直接序列扩频通信 盲解调  相似文献

The decline in enrolments and interest in advanced mathematics studies is of growing concern internationally. Previous research suggests that a range of factors can influence students' academic decisions. The focus of the paper is on one of these potential sources of influence— students' perceptions of the tertiary mathematics learning environment. Data from two large-scale surveys (N = 1883) and from a smaller number of interviews (N = 71) with students enrolled in tertiary mathematics courses at five Australian universities are presented and discussed. Collectively, the survey results and the interview data reveal considerable variations in the quality of the teaching and student support available in different mathematics departments. Students' comments were constructive and offered valuable ideas for improving the existing situation, retaining current students and attracting others to mathematics.  相似文献

The purpose of the study was to investigate the concepts of ratio and proportion constructed by grade nine students by investigating grade nine students proportional reasoning schemes and procedures on three types of tasks: missing value, numerical comparison and qualitative reasoning. Comparisons among the different categories were made and the strategies used in solving these problems were identified. The relationship between student grades on a national examination and their knowledge of proportional reasoning was determined. The results of the quantitative analysis indicated that students performed generally well on the missing value tasks but their scores on the numerical comparison and qualitative tasks were much lower. The results indicate that only a small percentage of students who did well on the national exams were able to solve complex proportional problems and the grades obtained were not indicative of their knowledge of ratio and proportion. The difficulty experienced by the ninth graders indicated that students frequently used additive reasoning, that is a comparison of two numbers by subtraction rather than division. It appears that students cannot begin to understand the functional and scalar relationship inherent in a proportion until they first develop multiplicative reasoning.  相似文献

Based on a sequence of points and a particular linear transformation generalized from this sequence, two recent papers (E. Mauch and Y. Shi, Using a sequence of number pairs as an example in teaching mathematics. Math. Comput. Educ., 39 (2005), pp. 198–205; Y. Shi, Case study projects for college mathematics courses based on a particular function of two variables. Int. J. Math. Educ. Sci. Techn., 38 (2007), pp. 555–566) have presented some interesting examples which can be used in teaching high school and college mathematics classes. In this article, we further discuss a few interesting ways to apply this sequence of points in teaching college mathematics courses such as linear algebra, numerical methods in computing, and discrete mathematics. In addition to using them in individual courses, these studies may also be combined together to offer seminars or workshops to college mathematics students. Studies like these are likely to promote student interests and get students more involved in the learning process, and therefore make the learning process more effective.  相似文献
