Extending the scope of enantiomer separation by capillary supercritical fluid chromatography on immobilized polysiloxane-anchored permethyl-β-cyclodextrin (Chirasil-Dex)

Immobilized polysiloxane-anchored permethyl-β-cyclodextrin (Chirasil-Dex) with a cyclodextrin content of approximately 30 % by weight, previously employed as a versatile chiral stationary phase for the separation of enantiomers by GC, has been used for the separation of enantiomers by capillary supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC). A considerable number of racemates could be resolved, e.g. aromatic alcohols, amino alcohols (TFA derivatives), and underivatized acids. Many pharmaceutical compounds were among those analyzed, including several NSAIDs (e.g. ibuprofen and ketoprofen), a steroidal drug (nor-gestrel), a barbiturate (hexobarbital), and others. Among the racemates resolved were many which cannot be analyzed by GC owing to low volatility or decomposition at elevated temperatures. For two racemates, analysis temperature and mobile phase density were systematically varied to give constant analysis times or capacity factors k. Low temperatures (ca 60 °C) yielded the best separation in term of separation factor, α, or resolution, R_s, even though higher densities had to be used. In comparison with GC, capillary SFC was able to furnish higher separation factors and similar resolution. The applicability of capillary SFC for the analysis of mixtures of cyclodextrin derivatives, e.g. those used in the synthesis of Chirasil-Dex, was, furthermore, demonstrated.

将亲和标记技术和基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间串联质谱联用,建立了蛋白质相对定量方法,以牛血清白蛋白为实验对象,考察了该方法的准确度、重现性等指标;又以数种标准蛋白混合物为研究对象,考察了该方法的动态范围及相应的标准偏差,为实际生物样品中差异蛋白质分析奠定了基础。     

Separation of Anions of Organic Acids in Concentrated Solutions by Means of Capillary Isotachophoresis

The separation of a mixture containing anions of nine organic acids is investigated on an instrument for capillary isotachophoresis with an optical detector for the registration of boundaries. The separation is conducted in concentrated solutions of sodium salts. A counterflow is used during the separation.     

毛细管电泳法快速分离和检测肠毒性大肠杆菌

 建立了快速分离和检测引起仔猪腹泻的肠毒性大肠杆菌K88、K99和 987P细菌细胞的毛细管区带电泳方法 ,并进行了腹泻仔猪粪便中肠毒性大肠杆菌的应用检测分析。结果表明 ,在电泳缓冲液为 0 0 5mol/LNa2 CO3 NaHCO3(pH 9 9)、分离电压为 1 4 1kV、检测波长为 2 1 0nm的电泳条件下 ,E coliK88、K99和 987P的细胞分别具有单一、稳定的特征谱峰 ,其保留时间的相对标准偏差RSD≤ 0 9% ;在确定的实验条件下 ,实现了腹泻仔猪粪便中肠毒性大肠杆菌的快速检测分析 ,发现将出生 5d～ 6d的腹泻仔猪粪便引入培养基中增殖后主要检出K88。     

The contribution of the pressure drop to analyte retention in coupled column supercritical fluid chromatography of lipids

Summary This paper reports the qualitative and quantitative effects of the column pressure drop on the retention of lipid components in a serially coupled capillary column SFC system. The contribution of the pressure drop consists of two components, the density effect and the flow effect. The magnitude of the flow effect,i. e. the change in retention which results from changes in the flow-rate when column pressures are changed, is determined by the difference in single column analyte k values. The effect will be positive compared with the uncorrected retention values when the column with largest k value is closest to the injector. With the columns in reversed order, the effect will be negative. The contribution from the density effect always resulted in larger coupled column k values and was in most instances of more significance than the flow effect component. Values calculated with and without pressure drop correction have been compared and it has been shown that for most of the eighteen model lipid compounds investigated, the deviations from the experimental retention factors were smaller when pressure drop corrections were made.     

Structure-activity relationships of pyrethroid insecticides. Part 2. The use of molecular dynamics for conformation searching and average parameter calculation

Summary Molecular dynamics simulations have been performed on a number of conformationally flexible pyrethroid insecticides. The results indicate that molecular dynamics is a suitable tool for conformational searching of small molecules given suitable simulation parameters. The structures derived from the simulations are compared with the static conformation used in a previous study. Various physicochemical parameters have been calculated for a set of conformations selected from the simulations using multivariate analysis. The averaged values of the parameters over the selected set (and the factors derived from them) are compared with the single conformation values used in the previous study.     

毛细管气相色谱法测定染发剂中七种染料组份

采用毛细管气相色谱法对染发剂中苯酚、邻苯二酚、对苯二酚、间苯二酚、邻苯二胺、对苯二胺和间苯二胺七种染料进行了分析。结果表明，该方法能有效地分离这七种染料，其检出限为苯酚50ng、邻苯二胺160ng、对苯二胺240ng、邻苯二酚280ng、间苯二胺180ng、对苯二酚190ng、间苯二酚180ng。方法测定精密度为2.07-4.33％，回收率为96.1％-103.3％。方法具有操作准确、简单、快速、实用等特点。     

Pu（^7Fg）＋H2（X^1∑g^＋,0,0）的分子反应动力学

基于PuH_2分子基态(X~7A_1)的分析势能函数，用准经典的Monte-Carlo轨线法 对Pu(~7Fg)+H_2(X~1∑_g~+，0，0)的分子反应动力学过程进行了计算。结果表明 ：Pu(~7F_g)与H_2(X~1∑_g~+，0，0)碰撞是弹性碰撞。     

Comparison of the Dynamics of Water Molecules in Crystals of Proton-Ordered Ice IX and Its Proton-Disordered Analog III

A computer simulation of proton-ordered ice IX and its proton-disordered analog III (768 molecules, 90 K) was carried out by the molecular dynamics method using Poltev–Malenkov's potential. For ice IX, the differences in the dynamic characteristics of molecules with O(1) and O(2) are much wider than those in the case of ice III. The libration spectrum of ice IX has a number of distinct acute peaks, and the spectrum of ice III is strongly smoothed. These peculiarities are explained by the proton ordering of ice IX and disordering of ice III. The latter is responsible for the great differences in the short- and especially long-range environment of water molecules in ice crystals and hence for the presence of many molecules with different dynamic characteristics. Thus averaging over a large number of different vibrational spectra of molecules leads to a smoothed total spectrum in the case of the proton-disordered crystal modification of ice.
