奇质量超形变带中的△I=1颤动

系统分析了A～190区超形变带的△I=1颤动,发现在大多数奇质量超形变核的signature伙伴带中存在△I=1颤动,并根据通常的集体模型作了解释.     

~(190)Tl的πh_(9/2)νi_(13/2)扁椭球转动带的旋称反转研究(英文)

利用能量为 1 6 7— 1 75MeV的35Cl束流 ,通过16 0 Gd(35Cl,5n)熔合蒸发反应研究了190 Tl的高自旋态能级结构 .实验建立了190 Tl基于πh9/2 　 　νi13/2 组态的转动带 .在束测量结果和194 Biα衰变的α γ测量结果确定地指定了190 Tl的πh9/2 　 　νi13/2 转动带的自旋值 .基于自旋指定 ,发现了190 Tl的πh9/2 　 　νi13/2 扁椭球转动带在低自旋时旋称反转 .这是首次在基于πh9/2 　 　νi13/2 组态的扁椭球转动带中观测到旋称反转 .考虑了质子 -中子剩余相互作用的粒子 -转子模型能够解释πh9/2 　 　νi13/2 扁椭球转动带的低自旋旋称反转 .     

一个数字签名方案中签名者ID的选择与实现

分析了HLL方案的错误,证明了通过适当选择代理签名者Pi的身份参数(ID)能够弥补HLL方案的缺陷,并且不会增加签名过程的计算复杂性.使得改进后的HLL方案是一个安全、实用的门限代理签名方案.     

On the Problem of Finite Signature

We show that not each model can be replaced by a model of finite signature so that its automorphism group remains the same.     

List signature schemes

A group signature scheme allows group members to issue signatures on behalf of the group, while hiding for each signature which group member actually issued it. Such scheme also involves a group manager, who is able to open any group signature by showing which group member issued it.We introduce the concept of list signatures as a variant of group signatures which sets a limit on the number of signatures each group member may issue. These limits must be enforced without having the group manager open signatures of honest group members—which excludes the trivial solution in which the group manager opens every signature to see whether some group members exceed their limits. Furthermore, we consider the problem of publicly identifying group members who exceed their limits, also without involving the group manager.     

Quantum chaos and fluctuation properties of regular and irregular spectra

Fluctuation properties of the regular and irregular energy levels for the Hénon-Heiles Hamiltonian are examined. The spacing distributions and the calculated values of the Δ₃-statistic show that there is no difference in the short range correlation properties of these spectra. Remarkably, the Δ₃ values agree with the results of random matrix theory. on leave of absence from P.R.L., Ahmedabad     

Graded Witt ring and unramified cohomology

It is proved that for a smooth affine curveX over a local ring or global field, the graded Witt ring ofX is isomorphic to the graded unramified cohomology ring ofX. IfX is projective and has a rational point, the same result holds if and only if every quadratic space defined on the complement of a rational point extends toX. Such an extension is possible, for instance, if the canonical line bundle onX is a square in PicX.     

Shell Partition and Metric Semispaces: Minkowski Norms, Root Scalar Products, Distances and Cosines of Arbitrary Order

Vector semispaces are studied from a realistic way with the intention to define a natural metric, adapted to their peculiar structure, which reside on the essential positive definiteness of their elements. From this point of view, Minkowski norms allow classifying semispaces in shells, that is: subsets where all the vector elements possess the same norm values. Shell structure appears to be a possible disjoint partition of any semispace and so shells become equivalence classes Then, the unit shell appears to be the core of the semispace homothetic construction as well as the origin of the semispace metrics. Minkowski or root scalar products permit to connect two or more semispace elements and conduct towards generalized definitions of Pth order root distances and cosines. Finally, the unit shell of a given semispace, in company of both Boolean tagged sets, inward matrix products and with the aid of the matrix signatures as well, it is seen as the seed to construct any arbitrary element of the semispace connected vector space. Finite and infinite dimensional vector spaces application examples are provided along the work discussion.     

Mutations of links in genus 2 handlebodies

A short proof is given to show that a link in the 3-sphere and any link related to it by genus 2 mutation have the same Alexander polynomial. This verifies a deduction from the solution to the Melvin-Morton conjecture. The proof here extends to show that the link signatures are likewise the same and that these results extend to links in a homology 3-sphere.

近年来,基于混沌映射和智能卡的认证密钥协商协议被相继提出.然而,防篡改读卡器使得这类协议的实现成本较高并且很难在实际中广泛应用.另外,基于混沌映射的数字签名方案需要很高的计算资源,这使得依赖签名方案的公钥发布存在安全问题.据此,本文基于扩展混沌映射提出一种新的无智能卡的认证密钥协商协议.新协议消除了公钥发布过程.安全和性能分析表明,新协议能抵抗各类攻击并且计算复杂度较低.因此,新协议更适合在实际环境中应用.
