The syntheses of three bis(benzo[b]thiophen‐2‐yl)methane derivatives, namely bis(benzo[b]thiophen‐2‐yl)methanone, C17H10OS2, (I), 1,1‐bis(benzo[b]thiophen‐2‐yl)‐3‐(trimethylsilyl)prop‐2‐yn‐1‐ol, C22H20OS2Si, (II), and 1,1‐bis(benzo[b]thiophen‐2‐yl)prop‐2‐yn‐1‐ol, C19H12OS2, (III), are described and their crystal structures discussed comparatively. The conformation of ketone (I) and the respective analogues are rather similar for most of the compounds compared. This is true for the interplanar angles, the Caryl—Cbridge—Caryl angles and the dihedral angles. The best resemblance is found for a bioisotere of (I), viz. 2,2′‐dinaphthyl ketone, (VII). By way of interest, the crystal packings also reveal similarities between (I) and (VII). In (I), the edge‐to‐face interactions seen between two napthyl residues in (VII) are substituted by S…π contacts between the benzo[b]thiophen‐2‐yl units in (I). In the structures of the bis(benzo[b]thiophen‐2‐yl)methanols, i.e. (II) and (III), the interplanar angles are also quite similar compared with analogues and related active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) containing the dithiophen‐2‐ylmethane scaffold, though the dihedral angles show a larger variability and produce unsymmetrical molecules. 相似文献

Polyethylene glycol‐(N‐methylimidazolium) hydroxide‐grafted hydroxyapatite encapsulated γ‐Fe2O3 nanoparticles, γ‐Fe2O3@HAp@PEG(mim)OH, were prepared and characterized by FTIR, SEM, TEM, TGA, and EDAX. Since the discovery of electrochemically active LiFePO4, materials with tunnel and layered structures built up of transition metals and polyanions have become the subject of much research. A new quaternary arsenate, sodium calcium trinickel aluminium triarsenate, NaCa1–x Ni3–2x Al2x (AsO4)3 (x = 0.23), was synthesized using the flux method in air at 1023 K and its crystal structure was determined from single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction (XRD) data. This material was also characterized by qualitative energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDS) analysis and IR spectroscopy. The crystal structure belongs to the α‐CrPO4 type with the space group Imma . The structure is described as a three‐dimensional framework built up of corner‐edge‐sharing NiO6, (Ni,Al)O6 and AsO4 polyhedra, with channels running along the [100] and [010] directions, in which the sodium and calcium cations are located. The proposed structural model has been validated by bond‐valence‐sum (BVS) and charge‐distribution (CHARDI) tools. The sodium ionic conduction pathways in the anionic framework were investigated by means of the bond‐valence site energy (BVSE) model, which predicted that the studied material will probably be a very poor Na+ ion conductor (bond‐valence activation energy ∼7 eV). 相似文献

The enantio‐separations of eight 2‐arylpropionic acid nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs (2‐APA NSAIDs) were established using reversed‐phase high‐performance liquid chromatography with hydroxypropyl‐β‐cyclodextrin (HP‐β‐CD) as chiral mobile phase additive for studying the stereoselective skin permeation of suprofen, ketoprofen, naproxen, indoprofen, fenoprofen, furbiprofen, ibuprofen and carprofen. The effects of the mobile phase composition, concentration of HP‐β‐CD and column temperature on retention and enantioselective separation were investigated. With 2‐APA NSAIDs as acidic analytes, the retention times and resolutions of the enantiomers were strongly related to the pH of the mobile phase. In addition, both the concentration of HP‐β‐CD and temperature had a great effect on retention time, but only a slight or almost no effect on resolutions of the analytes. Enantioseparations were achieved on a Shimpack CLC‐ODS (150 × 4.6 mm i.d., 5 μm) column. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol and phosphate buffer (pH 4.0–5.5, 20 mM) containing 25 mM HP‐β‐CD. This method was flexible, simple and economically advantageous over the use of chiral stationary phase, and was successfully applied to the enantioselective determination of the racemic 2‐APA NSAIDs in an enantioselective skin permeation study. Abstract Some enzymes known to contain selenium are enumerated. In four of them which catalyze coupled oxidation-reduction reactions the selenium occurs exclusively in the form of selenocysteine residues. Their structure and function are described in detail. Two other bacterial enzymes which contain selenium in the form of a labile, readily dissociable component are also described. Results on the isolation, identification and structure determination of selenium-containing amino acid transfer ribonucleic acids are presented. These seleno-t RNA's are shown to contain either 5-methyl-aminomethyl-2-selenouridine or other 2-selenouridine derivatives. The role of selenium in a glutamate iso-accepter species is discussed. 相似文献
