By using a pixelized Nal(T1) crystal array coupled to a R2486 PSPMT, the characteristics of the array and of a single pixel, such as the light output, energy resolution, peak-to-valley ratio (P/V) and imaging performance of the detector were studied. The pixel size of the NaI(TI) scintillation pixel array is 2 min×2 mm×5 mm. There are in total 484 pixels in a 22~22 matrix. In the pixel spectrum an average peak-to-valley ratio (P/V) of 16 was obtained. In the image of all the pixels, good values for the Peak-to-Valley ratios could be achieved, namely a mean of 17, a maximum of 45 and the average peak FWHM (the average value of intrinsic spatial resolution) of 2.3 mm. However, the PSPMT non-uniform response and the scintillation pixels array inhomogeneities degrade the imaging performance of the detector.  相似文献

对理论聚光比为676的菲涅耳聚光系统下单片砷化镓太阳电池及由六片砷化镓电池的串联组件的输出特性进行分析。建立三结砷化镓电池输出特性的单指数数学模型,并与实验进行了对比。理论计算与实验吻合较好,误差在7.6%以内。实验结果表明,在相同理论聚光比下,单片电池系统能流聚光比为390,六片电池组件系统能流聚光比为281;聚光后单片电池的短路电流与峰值功率分别放大322倍与316倍,六片电池组件系统的短路电流与峰值功率分别放大275倍与272倍;电池表面能流密度为0.321MW/m2时电池的输出功率达到最大,电池表面温度高于323K将影响其工作稳定性;聚光系统的透射率每增加0.01系统效率升高约0.227%。全天累积直射辐照度为17.212MJ/m2条件下测得单片电池全天发电量为0.015kW.h,六片电池串联组件的全天发电量为0.076kW.h。  相似文献

According to the equation of motion in the elastic medium and integral equation of target scattering, the sound scattering from the partially water-filled elastic spherical shells with and without an inner plate is studied using the finite element and boundary element method, and the scattering normalized form functions of the shell filled with different volume of water are computed and the mechanism of resonance scattering is analyzed. The results show that the resonance of the shell with partially water-filled and without the plate is mainly related to the volume of water, and the resonance is produced by inner water and the spherical shell. The resonance characteristics of partially water-filled elastic shell with the plate are similar to that of empty structured elastic spherical shell, and the sound field in inner water is weaker which indicates the main resonance characteristics are decided by spherical shell and the plate. In addition, the scattering characteristics of spherical shell with plate and one side full water-filled are greatly different from the partially water-filled ones.  相似文献

We generalize the notion of involutivity to systems of differential equations of different orders and show that the classical results relating involutivity, restrictions, characteristics and characteristicity, known for first order systems, extend to the general context. This involves, in particular, a new definition of strong characteristicity. The proof exploits a spectral sequence relating Spencer δ-cohomology of a symbolic system and its restriction to a non-characteristic subspace.   相似文献

本文借助可视化手段,针对平行流场和蛇形流场,实验研究不同放电电流密度、甲醇浓度、进料温度和入口流量对液相进料直接甲醇燃料电池阳极流场流动阻力特性的影响.结果表明:放电电流密度增加,流场压降随之增加,小电流放电,蛇型流场较平行流场压降增加慢,当超过某一值时,蛇型流场的压降增加较平行流场快;随甲醇浓度的提高,进出口压降均略有减小,且两种流场压降变化趋势一致;随进料温度升高,平行流场压降逐渐增大,蛇彤流场压降变化较小;随着甲醇溶液流量增大,平行流场和蛇行流场压降均逐渐增人,平行流场增加缓慢,蛇形流场压降增加速度远大于平行流场.  相似文献

The aim of this investigation was to study the siloxane, ? Si? O? Si? , film formation on Ti substrate by using mono‐, bis‐ and tris‐aminosilanes. The ultimate goal was to obtain a smooth, well‐organized and stable siloxane film with suitable surface energy. Such films are expected to perform well in adhering resins to dental metal alloys when the films contain reactive functional groups. Aminosilanes were prepared as 0.5 vol.% solutions in dilute ethanol (50 vol.% ethanol in deionized water), with their natural pH of ~ 9. The substrates were silanized in two ways: silane was allowed to react at room temperature or was cured for 1 h at 110°C. The surface characterization was carried out by reflectance–absorbance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (RA‐FTIR), x‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), contact angle measurement and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Siloxane film thickness measurements were not made. According to spectral analysis, all silanes indicated covalent bond formation with titanium. ?Si? O? Ti? and ?Si? O? Si? bonds were clearly seen in the spectra, suggesting that chemical retention had taken place. After curing at elevated temperature, the spectral bands seemed to be stronger than those on samples cured at room temperature. Curing of hydrolyzed silanes at elevated temperature seemed to enhance the siloxane layer formation, derived from aminosilanes, on the Ti substrate. This might have an influence on the hydrolytic stability of organosilane‐promoted adhesion between Ti and dental resins. Copyright © 2004 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

BaTiO3 ceramics doped with Nd2O3(the additive content was respectively 0.001,0.002,0.003,0.005,0.01,0.03mol)were prepared by Sol-Gel method. Effects of Nd2O3 contents on the dielectric constant (ε), the dielectric loss (tanδ) ,the Curie-temperature (TC) and the resistivity (ρ) of BaTiO3 ceramic were studied. When Nd2O3 content was 0.001mol and 0.002mol, the dielectric constant was increased obviously, but the dielectric loss was also increased. When Nd2O3 content was 0.003mol, the dielectric constant was increased, and the dielectric loss was decreased, which was suitable for application in condenser. The resistivity was decreased obviously with the increasing of Nd2O3 contents, the resistivity was the smallest when Nd2O3 content was 0.001mol. The Curie-temperature was also decreased with the increasing of Nd2O3 contents.  相似文献

Dependences of sorption energies of sulfur-, oxygen-, and nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds on the nature of heteroatoms, structure of substituents and their position in the ring were studied. The contributions of heteroatoms, functional and alkyl groups to the energy of dispersive interaction of position isomers with nonpolar stationary phases were determined for imidazoles, piperidines, morpholines, thiomorpholines, dioxalanes, oxathiolanes, dithiolanes, thiophenes, and furans. The nonequivalence of contributions of the same substituents to the sorption energy of each of the heterocyclic compounds, depending on the nature of the heteroatom and position of the substituent, was shown. The obtained values of contributions of heteroatoms and substituents can be used for apriori calculation of retention indices of position isomers of five- and six-membered heterocycles containing one or two heteroatoms in the ring.Translated from lzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Fluorescent probes are useful to monitor the polarity and fluidity of microenvironments. Therefore, a new amphiphilic fluorescent probe, the pyrenacylester of Rhamnolipid B, was prepared from biosurfactant (Rhamnolipid B) and pyrene. As a result of its surface activity, this probe was expected to be able to penetrate into various kinds of microdomains such as the environments of organic solvents, emulsions, dispersions, surfaces of biomembranes and polymers.  相似文献
