拉曼光谱检测系统的搭建及在仪器分析基础实验教学中的应用*

报道了一种可由学生自行搭建的拉曼光谱检测系统,并设计了配套的实验内容,引入了前沿的表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)技术,应用于牛奶中违法添加物三聚氰胺的检测。学生通过对仪器的组装和测试,可以更加深入地理解科学仪器的结构和工作原理,有助于提高学生的动手能力和创新思维。     

Dielectric/metal/dielectric selective reflector for improved energy efficiency of building integrated bifacial c-Si photovoltaic modules

Crystalline silicon bifacial photovoltaic modules (BFPVs), which simultaneously harvest the front- and rear-incident light, are suitable for building-integrated energy harvesting system due to their high power output and transparency. However, the lack of a rear reflector in semi-transparent BFPVs lowers their efficiency. In this study, we proposed a selective reflector (SR) with a dielectric/metal/dielectric structure to increase the power output of BFPVs and ensure a clear view through the BFPV windows. The SRs exhibit a high transmittance in the visible-light region and a high reflectance in the near-infrared (NIR)-light region. By recycling unabsorbed photons by SR, the power output of the SR-incorporated BFPVs is 13.2% higher than that of the BFPVs with bare glass. Moreover, the SR prevents the heating of the interior of buildings by reflecting the NIR light. Hence, the SR can contribute to energy efficiency of buildings.     

Fermat versus Wilson congruences,arithmetic derivatives and zeta values

We look at two analogs each for the well-known congruences of Fermat and Wilson in the case of polynomials over finite fields. When we look at them modulo higher powers of primes, we find interesting relations linking them together, as well as linking them with derivatives and zeta values. The link with the zeta value carries over to the number field case, with the zeta value at 1 being replaced by Euler's constant.     

弓形流道快速充电模块液冷板流动散热特性研究

采用数值方法对电动汽车快充模式下的液冷板散热特性进行模拟,设计四种水力半径相同、截面形状不同的弓形冷板槽道,研究不同流动特征下液冷板槽道截面特性对电动汽车快充模块散热的影响,结果表明:在相同水力半径条件下,弓形通道液冷板截面特征对冷板散热特性影响很大,且散热强弱顺序随Re增大发生转变,Re<265时,矩形(4×12mm)截面散热最好;Re>265时,方形通道截面散热最好。此外,各工况下圆形通道散热效果均表现为最差。     

A Validated LC–MS/MS Assay for the Simultaneous Quantification of the FDA-Approved Anticancer Mixture (Encorafenib and Binimetinib): Metabolic Stability Estimation

The concurrent use of oral encorafenib (Braftovi, ENF) and binimetinib (Mektovi, BNB) is a combination anticancer therapy approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for patients with BRAFV600E/V600K mutations suffering from metastatic or unresectable melanoma. Metabolism is considered one of the main pathways of drug elimination from the body (responsible for elimination of about 75% of known drugs), it is important to understand and study drug metabolic stability. Metabolically unstable compounds are not good as they required repetitive dosages during therapy, while very stable drugs may result in increasing the risk of adverse drug reactions. Metabolic stability of compounds could be examined using in vitro or in silico experiments. First, in silico metabolic vulnerability for ENF and BNB was investigated using the StarDrop WhichP450 module to confirm the lability of the drugs under study to liver metabolism. Second, we established an LC–MS/MS method for the simultaneous quantification of ENF and BNB applied to metabolic stability assessment. Third, in silico toxicity assessment of ENF and BNB was performed using the StarDrop DEREK module. Chromatographic separation of ENF, BNB, and avitinib (an internal standard) was achieved using an isocratic mobile phase on a Hypersil BDS C₁₈ column. The linear range for ENF and BNB in the human liver microsome (HLM) matrix was 5–500 ng/mL (R² ≥ 0.999). The metabolic stabilities were calculated using intrinsic clearance and in vitro half-life. Furthermore, ENF and BNB did not significantly influence each other’s metabolic stability or metabolic disposition when used concurrently. These results indicate that ENF and BNB will slowly bioaccumulate after multiple doses.
