A class of periodic groups

We deal with periodic groups saturated with dihedral groups. 空间群O_h~7O~4T~2母分系数的计算

在群链G G_1 G_2中,把两个子群的IR(不可约表示)基相乘,然后把乘积基耦合成IR基,耦合系数我们称之为母分系数。本文把陈金全创立的本征函数法用于计算空间群的群链O_h~7 O~4 T~2的母分系数,计算的结果显示母分系数是满足正交关系,同时也说明此方法是适用的。     

On Formation Generalization of Some Local Theorems

In this paper we give formation generalizations of some results of the theory of finite groups concerning the normalizers of p-subgroups.     

Some Extensions of PSL(2, p 2) are Uniquely Determined by Their Complex Group Algebras

In Tong-Viet's, 2012 work, the following question arose: Question. Which groups can be uniquely determined by the structure of their complex group algebras?

It is proved here that some simple groups of Lie type are determined by the structure of their complex group algebras. Let p be an odd prime number and S = PSL(2, p ²). In this paper, we prove that, if M is a finite group such that S < M < Aut(S), M = ?₂ × PSL(2, p ²) or M = SL(2, p ²), then M is uniquely determined by its order and some information about its character degrees. Let X ₁(G) be the set of all irreducible complex character degrees of G counting multiplicities. As a consequence of our results, we prove that, if G is a finite group such that X ₁(G) = X ₁(M), then G ? M. This implies that M is uniquely determined by the structure of its complex group algebra.     

Specht Modules and Simple Modules for Centralizer Algebras of the Symmetric Group

Let Σ_n be the symmetric group on n letters. For l ≤ n identify Σ_l with a subgroup of Σ_n in the natural way. Let k be an algebraically closed field of characteristic p. This article begins to develop a theory for modules over the centralizer algebras kΣ_n^Σ_l that is analogous to James's theory of permutation modules, Specht modules, and simple modules over kΣ_n. We make a conjecture about how to construct all simple kΣ_n^Σ_l-modules, we develop tools to test the conjecture, and we prove that it is correct for all n when l < p.

Infrared asymptotic freedom of a hierarchical φ 3 6 lattice theory

For the weakly coupled lattice ₃ ⁶ theory in a hierarchical model approximation a nonperturbative renormalization group analysis in the spirit of Gawedzki and Kupiainen is performed to study the flow of the effective actions. We deduce a domain of attraction to the tricritical (Gaussian) fixed point. The two relevant coupling constants of the problem are controlled by analytic continuation to complex domains, tracing their images under the renormalization group iterations.
