The weighted graphs, where the edge weights are positive numbers, are considered. The authors obtain some lower bounds on the spectral radius and the Laplacian spectral radius of weighted graphs, and characterize the graphs for which the bounds are attained. Moreover, some known lower bounds on the spectral radius and the Laplacian spectral radius of unweighted graphs can be deduced from the bounds.  相似文献

We analyze retail space-exchange problems where two or more retailers exchange their excess retail spaces to improve the utilization of their space resource. We first investigate the two-retailer space exchange problem. In order to entice both retailers with different bargaining powers to exchange their spaces, we use the generalized Nash bargaining scheme to allocate the total profit surplus between the two retailers. Next, we consider the space-exchange problem involving three or more retailers, and construct a cooperative game in characteristic function form. We show that the game is essential and superadditive, and also prove that the core is non-empty. Moreover, in order to find a unique allocation scheme that ensures the stability of the grand coalition, we propose a new approach to compute a weighted Shapley value that satisfies the core conditions and also reflects retailers’ bargaining powers. Our analysis indicates that the space exchange by more retailers can result in a higher system-wide profit surplus and thus a higher allocation to each retailer under a fair scheme.  相似文献

In this article, we consider the mapping properties of convolution operators with smooth functions on weighted Hardy spaces Hp(w)Hp(w) with w   belonging to Muckenhoupt class AA. As a corollary, one obtains decay estimates of heat semigroup on weighted Hardy spaces. After a weighted version of the div–curl lemma is established, these estimates on weighted Hardy spaces are applied to the investigation of the decay property of global mild solutions to Navier–Stokes equations with the initial data belonging to weighted Hardy spaces.  相似文献

We study numerical ranges of some classes of weighted composition operators on H2H2, the Hardy–Hilbert space of the unit disc. We consider the case where φ is a rotation of the unit disc and identify a class of convexoid operators. In the case of isometric weighted composition operators we give a complete classification of their numerical ranges. In this paper we prove general inequalities involving the weighted mean curvature of compact submanifolds immersed in weighted manifolds. As a consequence we obtain a relative linear isoperimetric inequality for such submanifolds. We study complete noncompact spacelike hypersurfaces immersed into conformally stationary spacetimes, that is, Lorentzian manifolds endowed with a timelike conformal vector field V. In this setting, by using as main analytical tool a suitable maximum principle for complete noncompact Riemannian manifolds, we establish new characterizations of totally umbilical hypersurfaces in terms of their higher order mean curvatures. For instance, supposing an appropriated restriction on the norm of the tangential component of the vector field V, we are able to show that such hypersurfaces must be totally umbilical provided that either some of their higher order mean curvatures are linearly related or one of them is constant. Applications to the so‐called generalized Robertson‐Walker spacetimes are given. In particular, we extend to the Lorentzian context a classical result due to Jellett  29 .  相似文献
