The early transient responses of multi-span stepped single walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) under impact loadings are studied by the method of reverberation ray matrix (MRRM). The dynamics model of the carbon nanotubes is established in the Fourier phase space on the basis of the nonlocal Timoshenko beam model. The wave solutions of SWCNTs with arbitrary boundary conditions are obtained by the wave method. The reverberation ray matrix of the multi-span stepped SWCNTs is the product of scattering, phase and permutation matrices, which can be determined by the impact loadings, continuous conditions and boundary conditions. The early transient responses can be calculated by the inverse Fourier transform of the sum of initial ray groups. It can be found that the early transient displacement response in the very short time subjected to the impact loading is very small, while the transient transverse shear strain becomes large in the very short time. The influences of nanotubes span number, nanotubes type and boundary conditions on the early transient responses of multi-span stepped SWCNTs are investigated. 相似文献

The ground-state properties and quantum phase transitions (QPTs) of the one-dimensional bond-alternative XXZ model are investigated by the infinite time-evolving block decimation (iTEBD) method. The bond-alternative effects on its ground-state phase diagram are discussed in detail. Once the bond alternation is taken into account, the antiferromagnetic phase (Δ > 1) will be destroyed at a given critical point and change into a disordered phase without nonlocal string order. The QPT is shown to be second-order, and the whole phase diagram is provided. For the ferromagnetic phase region (Δ < -1), the critical point rc always equals 1 (independent of Δ), and the QPT for this case is shown to be first-order. The dimerized Heisenberg model is also discussed, and two disordered phases can be distinguished by with or without nonlocal string orders. Both the bipartite entanglement and the fidelity per site, as two kinds of model-independent measures, are capable of describing all the QPTs in such a quantum model. 相似文献

采用光学传输矩阵理论对Al0.5Ga0.5As/AlAs材料分布布喇格反射器(DBR)进行理论研究,分析了-10℃到100℃的范围内,温度变化对不同DBR结构的反射光谱影响.结果表明:随着温度的升高,传统20周期DBR的反射光谱向长波长方向移动,速率约0.05 nm/℃,其中由线热膨胀系数带来的影响小于0.001 nm/℃.当传统DBR的周期数增大时,温度对DBR光谱反射率的影响在减小,同时DBR的反射谱峰值波长发生红移.为了降低温度对DBR反射光谱的影响,提出一种新型的复式DBR结构.分析指出:该复式DBR比传统DBR有更大的反射光谱半峰宽,基本能覆盖同温度的AlGaInP LED电致发光光谱,这对提高LED的出光效率有现实意义. 相似文献

We also show that the correlation length corresponding to the decay rate of one of the eigenvalues is the same as the inverse decay rate of the diameter of finite clusers. For dimensiond=2, we show that this correlation length and the correlation length of the two-point function with free boundary conditions at the corresponding dual temperature are equal up to a factor of two. For systems with first-order transitions, this relation helps to resolve certain inconsistencies between recent exact and numerical work on correlation lengths at the self-dual point o. For systems with second order transitions, this relation implies the equality of the correlation length exponents from above and below threshold, as well as an amplitude ratio of two. In the course of proving the above results, we establish several properties of independent interest, including left continuity of the inverse correlation length with free boundary conditions and upper semicontinuity of the decay rate for finite clusters in all dimensions, and left continuity of the two-dimensional free boundary condition percolation probability at o. We also introduce DLR equations for the random cluster model and use them to establish ergodicity of the free measure. In order to prove these results, we introduce a new class of events which we call decoupling events and two inequalities for these events. The first is similar to the FKG inequality, but holds for events which are neither increasing nor decreasing; the second is similar to the van den Berg-Kesten inequality in standard percolation.
