This study focuses on the full-form model-free adaptive controller (FFMFAC) for SISO discrete-time nonlinear systems, and proposes enhanced FFMFAC. The proposed technique design incorporates long short-term memory neural networks (LSTMs) and fuzzy neural networks (FNNs). To be more precise, LSTMs are utilized to adjust vital parameters of the FFMFAC online. Additionally, due to the high nonlinear approximation capabilities of FNNs, pseudo gradient (PG) values of the controller are estimated online. EFFMFAC is characterized by utilizing the measured I/O data for the online training of all introduced neural networks and does not involve offline training and specific models of the controlled system. Finally, the rationality and superiority are verified by two simulations and a supporting ablation analysis. Five individual performance indices are given, and the experimental findings show that EFFMFAC outperforms all other methods. Especially compared with the FFMFAC, EFFMFAC reduces the by 21.69% and 11.21%, respectively, proving it to be applicable for SISO discrete-time nonlinear systems. 相似文献

This paper investigates the exact and approximate spectrum assignment properties associated with realizable output-feedback pole-placement type controllers for single-input single-output linear time-invariant time-delay systems with commensurate point delays. The controller synthesis problem is discussed through the solvability of a set of coupled diophantine equations of polynomials. An extra complexity is incorporated to the above design to cancel extra unsuitable dynamics being generated when solving the above diophantine equations. Thus, the complete controller tracks any arbitrary prefixed (either finite or delaydependent) closed-loop spectrum. However, if the controller is simplified by deleting the above mentioned extra complexity, then the robust stability and approximated spectrum assignment are still achievable for a certain sufficiently small amount of delayed dynamics. Finally, the approximate spectrum assignment and robust stability problems are revisited under plant disturbances if the nominal controller is maintained. In the current approach, the finite spectrum assignment is only considered as a particular case to the designer‘s choice of a (delay-dependent) arbitrary spectrum assignment objective. 相似文献

This paper proposes a new robust chaotic system of three-dimensional
quadratic autonomous ordinary differential equations by introducing
an exponential quadratic term. This system can display a
double-scroll chaotic attractor with only two equilibria, and can be
found to be robust chaotic in a very wide parameter domain with
positive maximum Lyapunov exponent. Some basic dynamical properties
and chaotic behaviour of novel attractor are studied. By numerical
simulation, this paper verifies that the three-dimensional system
can also evolve into periodic and chaotic behaviours by a constant

A new kind of generalized reduced-order synchronization of different chaotic
systems is proposed in this paper. It is shown that dynamical evolution of
third-order oscillator can be synchronized with the canonical projection of
a fourth-order chaotic system generated through nonsingular states
transformation from a cell neural net chaotic system. In this sense, it is
said that generalized synchronization is achieved in reduced-order. The
synchronization discussed here expands the scope of reduced-order
synchronization studied in relevant literatures. In this way, we can achieve
generalized reduced-order synchronization between many famous chaotic
systems such as the second-order D\"{u}ffing system and the third-order
Lorenz system by designing a fast slide mode controller. Simulation results
are provided to verify the operation of the designed synchronization. 相似文献

We consider a two-stage service policy for a Poisson arrival queueing system. The idle server starts to work with ordinary service rate when a customer arrives. If the number of customers in the system reaches N, the service rate gets faster and continues until the system becomes empty. Otherwise, the server finishes the busy period with ordinary service rate. In this paper we obtain two exact internal controllability results of Maxwell's equations in a general region by using multiplier
techniques. The first one is exact controllability in a short time, in which we obtain the ``optimal" (observability) estimates
when the location and the shape of the controller is fixed. What happens if we allow the controller to change? Under some
conditions, we show that by doing that the system can be exactly controllable within any given time duration, which is our

Three-dimensional (3D) composite colloidal photonic crystals with SiO2 core and ZnO shell were fabricated on borosilicate glass (BSG) substrate by a two-stage deposition method. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) measurements show that both the pre-deposited SiO2 and SiO2/ZnO core-shell structures are oriented with their (1 1 1) axes parallel to the substrates. Optical measurement reveals that the periodic arrays exhibit a photonic band gap in the (1 1 1) direction. The optical properties of SiO2/ZnO core-shell structures strongly depend on the size dispersions of colloidal spheres and the intrinsic defects in the sample. 相似文献

A general model of a heterogeneous control system is introduced in the form of a first order distributed system with nonlocal dynamics and exogenous side-conditions. The heterogeneity is represented by a parameter taking values in an abstract measurable space, so that both continuous and discrete heterogeneity, as well as probabilistic heterogeneity without density, are included. A distributed and a lumped controls are involved, the latter appearing also in the side conditions. An existence theorem is proved for the uncontrolled system, and the sensitivity of the solution with respect to the control variables is estimated. The main result is an optimality condition in the form of the Pontryagin local maximum principle. A global maximum principle holds for the distributed control under an additional condition that rules out discrete measurable heterogeneity spaces. A number of possible applications are outlined: age-structured systems, size-structured systems, (nonlocal) advection-reaction equations, static parametric heterogeneity in epidemiology, and two-stage control systems with uncertain switching time. 相似文献
