临床实践证明某些疾病补锌治疗有效,但也发现1%左右的人出现副作用,人类对锌过量虽具有耐受性,但据报道不管是急性中毒量,治疗量,还是常用的自选补充量,均可出现中毒症状。原因是锌与其它元素间有相互作用,特别是与铜的拮抗作用,所以用锌剂一定要严格掌握适应症、剂量、疗程,以免引起不良反应,影响儿童健康。  相似文献

用15种食品的Zn、Cu、Fe、Mg含量作分级特征,按聚类分析分级,结果以Zn、Cu、Fe、Mg总量均值最低的蕃茄为Ⅰ级;低的白鸡、鲜牛奶、黄瓜、新会柑、罗岗橙为Ⅱ级;高的精面粉、水豆腐、粉丝、牛肉、鸡蛋、鸭蛋、西洋菜、白芽为Ⅲ级;最高的红豆为Ⅳ级.提示膳食中Zn、Cu、Fe、Mg含量大于供给量标准时可选Ⅲ、Ⅳ级,小于标准选Ⅰ、Ⅱ级,=标准选Ⅰ、Ⅲ级食品.据此认为聚类分析法可用于食品分级,对选择食品、制订食谱、营养治疗、食品科研、研制食品配方等均具有实用价值和指导意义。  相似文献

用X-射线荧光光谱法,测定了387例内蒙古牧区蒙古族、汉族成人和儿童的发中铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、锶(St)及钙(Ca)的含量,对同一地区蒙、汉族成人间,成人及儿童间发中五种元素含量进行了比较分析。结果表明:蒙汉族成人发中Cu,Zn、Fe含量不受种族及饮食习惯的影响,其含量无显著性差异;蒙汉族成人发中Sr和Ca含量存在着相平行的显著差异;牧区儿童发Zn含量与牧区成人发Zn含量差异无显著性意义,提示牧区儿童不缺Zn,可能与多动物性食物有关;牧区儿童发中Cu、Fe、Sr、Ca均显著低于牧区成人、可能与儿童发育旺盛和Zn摄入量高对Cu、Fe吸收发生抑制有关。  相似文献

Multivariate classification methods were used to evaluate data on the concentrations of eight metals in human senile lenses measured by atomic absorption spectrometry. Principal components analysis and hierarchical clustering separated senile cataract lenses, nuclei from cataract lenses, and normal lenses into three classes on the basis of the eight elements. Stepwise discriminant analysis was applied to give discriminant functions with five selected variables. Results provided by the linear learning machine method were also satisfactory; the k-nearest neighbour method was less useful.  相似文献

Mesoporous titanium dioxide as a novel solid-phase extraction material for flow injection micro-column preconcentration on-line coupled with ICP-OES determination of trace metals (Co, Cd, Cr, Cu, Mn, Ni, V, Ce, Dy, Eu, La and Yb) in environmental samples was described. Possessing a high adsorption capacity towards the metal ions, mesoporous titanium dioxide has found to be of great potential as an adsorbent for the preconcentration of trace metal ions in samples with complicated matrix. The experimental parameters including pH, sample flow rate, volume, elution and interfering ions on the recovery of the target analytes were investigated, and the optimal experimental conditions were established. Under the optimized operating conditions, a preconcentration time of 90 s and elution time of 18 s with enrichment factor of 10 and sampling frequency of 20 h−1 were obtained. The detection limits of this method for the target elements were between 0.03 and 0.36 μg L−1, and the relative standard deviations (R.S.D.s) were found to be less than 6.0% (n =7, c =5 ng mL−1). The proposed method was validated using a certified reference material, and has been successfully applied for the determination of the afore mentioned trace metals in natural water samples and coal fly ash with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Based on carbon nanofibers (CNFs) as a solid phase extraction adsorbent, a microcolumn preconcentration method coupled to inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP–MS) was developed for the determination of trace elements (Mn, Co and Ni). The effect of various experimental parameters such as pH, sample flow rate and volume, elution solution and interfering ions on the retention of the studied ions have been investigated systematically. During all the steps of the experimental process, Mn, Co and Ni could be quantitatively sorbed on the microcolumn containing CNFs in the range of pH 6.0–9.0, and then eluted completely with 0.5 mol ml− 1 HNO3. A preconcentration factor of 150-fold was obtained. The detection limits for Mn, Co and Ni were 40, 0.4 and 8.0 pg ml− 1, respectively, with relative standard deviations less than 6.0%. In order to validate the proposed method, two certified reference materials of human hair (GBW 07601) and mussel (GBW 08571), and water sample were analyzed with satisfactory results. The recoveries were between 95.0 and 114%.  相似文献

Summary On-line solid-phase extraction (SPE) coupled with reversed-phase liquid chromatography and UV detection at 254 nm has been used for the determination of trace-level polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) in soil extracts. Five commercially available adsorbents (C8, C18, PLRP-S, PRP-1, and Bond-Elut Env) were evaluated. Results showed that recovery of the PAH decreased with increasing molecular weight, because of their poorer solubility. Recovery of high-molecular-weight PAH was significantly improved by addition of 10% (v/v) acetonitrile to the sample before loading of the SPE adsorbent. PAH recovery ranged from 64.0 to 108% when a 50 mL sample spiked with 1 μg L−1 was applied to these adsorbents. Determination of PAH was possible with detection limits below 0.05 μg L−1, which corresponds to 0.2 μg kg−1 soil. The method was successfully used to determine PAH in soil extracts.  相似文献

Study of various binding materials like potassium bromide, poly(vinyl alcohol), starch, silver and aluminum has been carried out using laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). The role of matrix effects using these five binders on LIBS signal intensity was investigated for better performance of LIBS technique as a quantitative analytical tool. For comparative study of different binders, the signal intensity of different Mg lines at 518.3, 517.2, 383.8 and 279.5 nm wavelengths were recorded for pellets prepared with known concentrations of Mg in these binders. The influence of laser energy on ablated mass under different binding materials and its correlation with LIBS signal intensity has been explored. Optical scanning microscopy images of the ablated crater were studied to understand the laser ablation process. The study revealed that the binding material plays an important role in the generation of LIBS signal. The relative signal intensity measured for a standard Mg line (at 518.3 nm) were 735, 538, 387, 227 and 130 for potassium bromide, starch, poly(vinyl alcohol), silver and aluminum as binders, respectively. This indicates clearly that potassium bromide is better as a binder for LIBS studies of powder samples.  相似文献
