聚电解质──壳聚糖浓溶液流变学性质研究：浓度、温度、溶剂pH值和外加盐对粘度及流动性的影响

本工作用日本岩本ＲＰＸ－７０５多功能流变仪测定了在不同浓度、温度、溶剂ｐＨ值和外加盐浓度对壳聚糖在甲酸水溶液中其浓溶液粘度η随剪切速率γ的变化关系．讨论了浓度、温度等对溶液粘度、流动活化能Ｅ_γ和流动指数ｎ的影响．发现溶剂ｐＨ值减小或溶液中外加盐浓度增加，溶液粘度变小，ｎ增大，表明非牛顿流动性减弱，并且进一步讨论了零剪切粘度η_０和外加盐浓度Ｃ_ｓ的依赖关系．     

Asymmetric dihydroxylation of vinyl sulfones: routes to enantioenriched α-hydroxyaldehydes and the enantioselective syntheses of furan-2(5H)-ones

The asymmetric dihydroxylation of α,β-unsaturated sulfones under Sharpless conditions affords enantioenriched α-hydroxyaldehydes in a complex mixture of dimeric species. These mixtures undergo olefination generating the corresponding α,β-unsaturated esters or furan-2(5H)-ones with high levels of enantiomeric excess. The application of this method for the rapid stereoselective synthesis of the furanone natural products; quercus lactone and maritolide, are described.     

Dibromomethane as one-carbon source in organic synthesis: total synthesis of (±)-canadensolide

A diastereoselective total synthesis of (±)-canadensolide is described. The key step is to introduce the α-methylene group by the ozonolysis of mono-substituted alkenes followed by reaction with a preheated mixture of CH₂Br₂-Et₂NH.     

Conformational studies of 1,2,3-trichloro- and 1,2,3-tribromopropane by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy: attractive parallel (1:3) halogen-hydr

Analysis of the NMR spectra of 1,2,3-trichloropropane and 1,2,3-tribromopropane in various media shows the most stable conformer to be AG_-. The populations of several conformera have been estimated by using pure trans and gauche coupling constants obtained from closely similar molecules. The calculated populations found in non-polar solvents agree well with those obtained by electron diffraction studies in the gas phase. It is suggested that the AG_- form is stabilised relative to AG₊ by the former having two parallel (1:3) halogen-hydrogen attractions against one in the AG₊ form. Comparison is made to related molecules where the most stable conformers also have the greatest number of parallel (1:3) halogen-hydrogen interactions.     

Competitive potentiometric determination of binding constants between α-cyclodextrin and 1-alkanols

The binding constants of 1-alkanols with α-cyclodextrin (α-CD) were determined by indirect competitive potentiometry, although potentiometry is usually inapplicable to nonionic compounds. This novel method utilizes competitive binding of 1-alkanol and octyltrimethylammonium bromide (OTAB) to α-CD in aqueous media, where the concentration of free OTAB depending on the competitive binding is monitored with an OTAB-selective electrode. Therefore, the concentration of 1-alkanol is indirectly estimated from the observed electromotive force. The binding constants of 1-propapnol, 1-butanol, 1-hexanol, and 1-octanol with α-CD, obtained by this method, are close to the literature values. The implications and limitations of this indirect competitive potentiometry were discussed.     

Xyloccensin L, a novel limonoid from Xylocarpus granatum

The isolation and structure elucidation of xyloccensin L from the stem bark of Xylocarpus granatum is described. Xyloccensin L is a highly oxidized heptacyclic A, B, D-seco limonoid with an α-8, 30-epoxy ring and a rare 1, 29 oxygen bridge.     

LiBF4: a mild and novel reagent for the OH insertion reactions of α-diazoketones

Lithium tetrafluoroborate (10 mol%) is found to catalyze efficiently the OH insertion reactions of α-diazoketones with various alcohols including benzylic, allylic, propargylic and cyclopropyl carbinols to produce the corresponding α-alkoxy ketones in excellent yields with high selectivity. A solution of 10 mol% of LiBF₄ in acetonitrile provides a convenient reaction medium to carry out the OH insertion reactions under mild and neutral conditions.

通过对广义簇合物生长的自调整模型的解析,得出了粒子在均匀几率密度场下簇合物生长形态的变化特征,揭示了表征其生长形态结构分式维数D的物理意义,同时考查了格子模型对簇合物生长形态的影响以及自调整模型的动力学行为。     

Complexation of an acrylic resin by tertiary amines: synthesis and characterisation of new binders for antifouling paints

Antifouling coatings are the most reliable way to prevent biofouling of immersed surfaces. As concerning the high toxicity of organotin paints, the tendency is the development of coatings, which do not present environmental risks. In this work, we prepare binders from modification of acrylic copolymers containing free carboxylic acid groups. Biocides chosen are tertiary ammonium salts; alkyl chain substituents with different length are considered. The chemical modifications of resins are carried out via a single step reaction. Modification extents are monitored through proton nuclear magnetic resonance and thermogravimetric analysis and the modified resins are characterised by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The glass transition temperature of the acrylate systems is assessed by dynamical mechanical analysis (pin point method) and compared with data obtained by differential scanning calorimetry. The erosion and antifouling properties of the binders are followed during an exposure to marine environment by a visual observation.     

Oxidative entry to α-oxy N-acyl aminals and hemiaminals: efficient formation of 2-(N-acylaminal) substituted tetrahydropyrans

An efficient new method to synthesize α-oxy N-acyl aminals and hemiaminals in a single step from readily synthesized N-acyl enamines has been developed using PhI(OAc)₂ as the oxidant. The reaction conditions are very mild and the products are obtained in good yields (65-92%). A possible mechanistic pathway is laid out.
