A new hydrophilic copolymer having three kinds of hydroxyl groups, i.e. primary OH on -hydroxy allyl alcohol component, secondary OH on cyclic hemiacetal component and tertiary OH on -hydroxy acrylate component, was prepared by reducing a ‘polylactone’, poly(1-oxa-2-oxobutane-1,4:3,3-tetrayl), with NaBH4 in mixed solvents containing an alcohol. The structural analyses were performed by the solution 1H NMR and the solid state 13C NMR spectroscopies of the reduced samples. The composition of the three components turned out to be variable to the alcohol species used for the mixed solvent.  相似文献

SO2和NO对ACF低温脱除模拟燃煤烟气中VOC的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用H2O2浸渍的方法对活性炭纤维(ACF)进行改性,并利用氮吸附等温线和XPS(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy)的方法对ACF样品进行表征。通过实验测定改性前后ACF脱除VOC(甲苯作为VOC的代表物)的效果,同时考察二氧化硫(SO2)和一氧化氮(NO)对ACF脱除甲苯的影响。研究发现,双氧水浸渍改性对ACF的BET表面积和孔容没有影响,但使得ACF样品表面的含氧官能团含量大量增加。实验数据也表明,SO2和NO对VOC在ACF上的吸附具有抑制作用,且随着两者浓度的增加,抑制作用也增强。 研究还发现,SO2和NO同时存在比单一的SO2或NO对VOC在ACF上吸附的抑制作用更为明显。  相似文献

In this paper, 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) loaded carboxylic poly(ε-caprolactone) nanoparticles have been prepared by emulsification/solvent evaporation o/w method, and the drug release behaviors of 5-FU were investigated. The novel carboxylic poly (ε-caprolactone) (P(CL-OPD)-mal) was synthesized via conjugation of maleic anhydride to sodium borohydride (NaBH4) reduced poly(ε-caprolactone-co -4- carbonyl -ε-caprolactone) (P(CL-OPD)), while P(CL-OPD) was synthesized in bulk by ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone and 4-carbonyl-ε-caprolactone (OPD) with stannous octoate as a catalyst. Their structures were confirmed by 1HNMR, FT-IR and GPC. Dynamic light scattering (DLS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), zeta potential measurements were used for nanoparticle characterization. TEM and DLS showed the nanoparticles were with spherical shape and uniform size distribution (mean diameter 70~100 nm), respectively. Zeta potential analysis revealed that the nanoparticles had an increased negative surface with the increase of carboxyl group concentration. UV spectroscopy was adopted to study the entrapment and release behaviour. The maximum 5-FU loading efficiency was 14.39% with the entrapment efficiency be 42%. In vitro release studies were performed in PBS at 37°C. Results of the study showed that the release behavior can be well-controlled, and the balanced release was up to 96 h. P(CL-OPD)-mal nanoparticles would provide increased benefit in biomedical and pharmaceutical applications.  相似文献

The two independent elements of the second-order nonlinear optical susceptibility tensor of a range of contact poled, donor–acceptor substitued side-chain polymers are reported. The susceptibilities were measured by second harmonic generation from thin films, typically less than 0.5 μm thick, at a fundamental wavelength of 1064 nm. The largest value was χ = 2.64 pm/V which is three times greater than the χ value of KDP and was measured in a nitrobenzylidene side chain, polyhydroxystyrene polymer with an eleven unit alkyl chain spacer attaching the side group to the backbone. Typical susceptibility values obtained were χ~0.3 pm/V and X(2)33~1 pm/V. The coherence lengths of the materials, which lay in the range 4–12 μm, were measured at 1064 nm by the maker fringe technique using thick, wedge-shaped samples.  相似文献

Propene was polymerized at 40°C and 2-bar propene in toluene using methylalumoxane (MAO) activated rac-Me2Si(Benz[e]Indenyl)2ZrCl2 ( BI ) and rac-Me2Si(2-Me-Benz[e]Indenyl)2ZrCl2 ( MBI ). Catalyst BI /MAO polymerizes propene with high activity to afford low molecular weight polypropylene, whereas MBI /MAO is less active and produces high molecular weight polypropylene. Variation of reaction conditions such as propene concentration, temperature, concentration of catalyst components, and addition of hydrogen reveals that the lower molecular weight polypropylene produced with BI /MAO results from chain transfer to propene monomer following a 2,1-insertion. A large fraction of both metallocene catalyst systems is deactivated upon 2,1-insertion. Such dormant sites can be reactivated by H2-addition, which affords active metallocene hydrides. This effect of H2-addition is reflected by a decreasing content of head-to-head enchainment and the formation of polypropylene with n-butyl end groups. Both catalysts show a strong dependence of activity on propene concentration that indicates a formal reaction order of 1.7 with respect to propene. MBI /MAO shows a much higher dependence of the activity on temperature than BI /MAO. At elevated temperatures, MBI /MAO polymerizes propene faster than BI /MAO. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Linear trigermoxanes, R1 RGeOGe(R3)2OGeRR1, a new series of organogermanium compounds, were synthesized by reaction of a lithium organogermanolate with a suitable organogermanium dihalide. With alkyl or phenyl substituents, these trigermoxanes are structurally unstable viscous oils, due to redistribution reactions. When R3 substituents are bulky groups, such as mesityl, trigermoxanes are thermally and structurally stable oils; depending on the R1 and R2 substituents their viscosities lie in the range 240 to more than 1500 cPo (mPa s) at 20°C. When both terminal germanium atoms are substituted with two mesityl groups, trigermoxanes are stable glassy solids.  相似文献

The reaction of 2‐cyano‐2‐methyl propanal with 2′‐O‐aminooxymethylribonucleosides leads to stable and yet reversible 2′‐O‐(2‐cyano‐2,2‐dimethylethanimine‐N‐oxymethyl)ribonucleosides. Following N‐protection of the nucleobases, 5′‐dimethoxytritylation and 3′‐phosphitylation, the resulting 2′‐protected ribonucleoside phosphoramidite monomers are employed in the solid‐phase synthesis of three chimeric RNA sequences, each differing in their ratios of purine/pyrimidine. When the activation of phosphoramidite monomers is performed in the presence of 5‐benzylthio‐1H‐tetrazole, coupling efficiencies averaging 99 % are obtained within 180 s. Upon completion of the RNA‐chain assemblies, removal of the nucleobase and phosphate protecting groups and release of the sequences from the solid support are carried out under standard basic conditions, whereas the cleavage of 2′‐O‐(2‐cyano‐2,2‐dimethylethanimine‐N‐oxymethyl) protective groups is effected (without releasing RNA alkylating side‐products) by treatment with tetra‐n‐butylammonium fluoride (0.5 m) in dry DMSO over a period of 24–48 h at 55 °C. Characterization of the fully deprotected RNA sequences by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE), enzymatic hydrolysis, and matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) mass spectrometry confirmed the identity and quality of these sequences. Thus, the use of 2′‐O‐aminooxymethylribonucleosides in the design of new 2′‐hydroxyl protecting groups is a powerful approach to the development of a straightforward, efficient, and cost‐effective method for the chemical synthesis of high‐quality RNA sequences in the framework of RNA interference applications.  相似文献

Graphene and graphene oxides are materials of significant interest in electrochemical devices such as supercapacitors, batteries, fuel cells, and sensors. Graphene oxides and reduced graphenes are typically prepared by oxidizing graphite in strong mineral acid mixtures with chlorate (Staudenmaier, Hofmann) or permanganate (Hummers, Tour) oxidants. Herein, we reveal that graphene oxides pose inherent electrochemistry, that is, they can be oxidized or reduced at relatively mild potentials (within the range ±1 V) that are lower than typical battery potentials. This inherent electrochemistry of graphene differs dramatically from that of the used oxidants. Graphene oxides prepared using chlorate exhibit chemically irreversible reductions, whereas graphene oxides prepared through permanganate‐based methods exhibit very unusual inherent chemically reversible electrochemistry of oxygen‐containing groups. Insight into the electrochemical behaviour was obtained through cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy experiments. Our findings are of extreme importance for the electrochemistry community as they reveal that electrode materials undergo cyclic changes in charge/discharge cycles, which has strong implications for energy‐storage and sensing devices.  相似文献

Four new donor–acceptor (donor) [D–A(D)], PBDT‐PTQ, PBDT‐PTTQ, PBDT‐TQ, and PBDT‐TTQ, bearing the same backbone of alternative benzodithiophene (BDT) and quinoxaline units but with phenylene thienyl, phenylene di‐thienyl, thienyl and di‐thienyl groups (other donors), respectively, at the acceptor quinoxaline units, were designed and synthesized to investigate the impacts of the conjugated side chains at the acceptor units on the photovoltaic properties of polymers. The power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of the polymer solar cells (PSCs) based on PBDT‐TQ:[6,6]‐phenyl‐C‐70‐butyric acid methyl ester (PC70BM) and PBDT‐PTQ:PC70BM reach to 4.39 and 3.58%, respectively, which are 43 and 17% higher, respectively, than that of a reported alkylphenyl substituted polymer with the same main chain. However, the PCEs based on PBDT‐TTQ and PBDT‐PTTQ, in which an additional thiophene is added at a side chain of PBDT‐TQ and PBDT‐PTQ, respectively, decline.
