关于超空间上Whitney映射的一个问题

本文研究了超空间上的Ｗｎｉｔｎｅｙ映射,给出了它的一些性质和一个反例,从而解决了文献［１］中的一个问题．

Multiple Electron Beam Analyses Applied to Eclogite from the Western Alps

 The occurrence of compositional and microtextural relics within metamorphic rocks can provide useful information on the pressure-temperature history of the host rock. The grain-size of these microstructures, such as coronitic reaction microtextures, is mostly too fine to be detected by optical microscopy. Therefore, a more detailed analytical approach is needed. In this paper multiple electron beam techniques including the acquisition of X-ray multi-element maps, micro and nano-analysis performed by SEM/EDS and TEM/STEM-EDX systems were applied to a specific petrological problem related to metamorphism. Fine-grained decompressional reaction microtextures of an eclogitic sample (Mt. Rosa Nappe, Western Alps) are described and discussed.     

Peptide models XXIX. cis–trans Isomerism of peptide bonds: ab initio study on small peptide model compound; the 3D-Ramachandran map of formylglycinamide

Thermodynamic separations for cis and trans-amides and formylglycinamide range from 0.00 to 4.77 kcal/mol as computed at various levels of theory. The barriers for trans→cis-isomerization, for the same set of compounds, computed at various levels of theory, were found between 15.69 and 22.67 kcal/mol. The cis- and trans-Ramachandran maps of formylglycinamide are compared and the topology of the ab initio 3D-Ramachandran map is presented for the first time.     

函数强伪凸性与映射强伪单调性

1　引　　言Schaible在[1]中引入七类单调映射,并证明对其中六类,函数的某种广义凸性都和相应的梯度单调性等价,只有函数强伪凸和梯度强伪单调的等价性是否成立作为公开问题.其后,Schaible又在[2]中通过一个例子否定了两者的等价性,并引入了较弱的函数强伪凸和映射强伪单调的概念,在函数二次可微的条件下证明了函数强伪凸和梯度强伪单调等价.我们将引入强于[2]中概念的强伪凸和强伪单调性,对给出的定义,不附加条件便可保证函数强伪凸性和梯度强伪单调性等价.同时,对[2]中的一个错误予以指出,并给出正确的反例.还就[1]中问题给出远比[2]中简…     

MASLOV-TYPE INDEX THEORY FOR SYMPLECTIC PATHS AND SPECTRAL FLOW(Ⅱ)

Based on the spectral flow and the stratification structures of the symplectic group Sp(2n, C),the Maslov-type index theory and its generalization, the w-index theory parameterized by all w on the unit circle, for arbitrary paths in Sp(2n, C) are established. Then the Bott-type iteration formula of the Maslov-type indices for iterated paths in Sp(2n, C) is proved, and the mean index for any path in Sp(2n, C) is defined. Also, the relation among various Maslov-type index theories is studied.     

Dense Subsets of H1/2(S2, S1)

We prove that the maps from S ² intoS ¹ having a finite number of isolated singularities ofdegree ±1 are dense for the strong topology inH ^1/2(S ², S ¹). We also prove that smooth maps are densein H ^1/2(S ², S ¹)for the sequentially weak topology andthat this is no more the case in H ^s (S ², S ¹) for s> 1/2.     

具有零拓扑熵的图映射的攀援集的测度

本文研究了具有零拓扑熵的图映射f的性质,证明了在任意有限f-不变的Borel 测度μ下,其攀援集的外μ-测度都是零.     

基于径向基逼近的KdV方程的无网格辛算法

基于径向基逼近理论,本文为KdV方程构造了一个无网格辛算法.首先借助径向基空间离散Hamilton函数以及Poisson括号,把KdV方程转化成一个有限维的Hamilton系统.然后用辛积分子离散有限维系统,得到辛算法.文章进一步讨论了所构造辛算法的收敛性和误差界.数值例子验证了理论分析.     

The Lebesgue differentiation theorem revisited

We prove a general version of the Lebesgue differentiation theorem where the averages are taken on a family of sets that may not shrink nicely to any point. These families of sets involve the unit ball and its dilated by negative integers of an expansive linear map. We also give a characterization of the Lebesgue measurable functions on ${\mathbb{R}}^n$ in terms of approximate continuity associated to an expansive linear map.
