On a parabolic equation in a triangular domain

We prove the optimal regularity, in Sobolev spaces, of the solution of a parabolic equation set in a triangular domain T. The right-hand term of the equation is taken in Lebesgue space L^p(T). The method of operators sums in the non-commutative case is referred to.     

Weak convergence of almost orbits of asymptotically nonexpansive commutative semigroups

We give three equivalent conditions for weak convergence of almost orbits of an asymptotically nonexpansive commutative semigroup acting on a nonempty bounded closed convex subset of a uniformly convex Banach space whose dual has the Kadec property.     

Generalized Variational-Like Inequalities with Nonmonotone Set-Valued Mappings

In this paper, we introduce a new class of generalized variational-like inequalities involving a nonmonotone-type set-valued mapping which is more general than those in the known literature. By applying a KKM-type theorem established by the author, some existence theorems for the solutions to the class of generalized variational-like inequalities are proved in Hausdorff locally convex topological vector spaces.     

Boundary interpolation in the ball

We solve a boundary interpolation problem in the reproducing kernel Hilbert space of functions analytic in the unit ball of with reproducing kernel 1/(1−∑₁^Nz_kw_k^*). We introduce the notion of Brune factor (or Blaschke–Potapov factor of the third kind) in this setting.     

A Nonexistence Theorem of Proper Harmonic Morphisms Between Hyperbolic Spaces

We provide a nonexistence theorem of harmonic morphisms between hyperbolic spaces which are proper and C ²-smooth to the boundary.     

Geometry of tropical moduli spaces and linkage of graphs

We prove the following “linkage” theorem: two p-regular graphs of the same genus can be obtained from one another by a finite alternating sequence of one-edge-contractions; moreover this preserves 3-edge-connectivity. We use the linkage theorem to prove that various moduli spaces of tropical curves are connected through codimension one.

Global attractors for plate equations with critical exponent in locally uniform spaces

A plate equation with critical exponent in locally uniform spaces with a coefficient β(x) belonging to the locally uniform spaces is studied. This equation is shown to generate a dissipative semigroup in locally uniform spaces , which possesses global attractors in weighted spaces .
