近年来, 卟啉及金属卟啉与DNA的相互作用已成为研究的热点. 通过对卟啉及金属卟啉与DNA相互作用的研究将有助于更深地认识DNA本身的结构和功能, 有助于卟啉及金属卟啉在医学上的应用, 对认识很多疾病的治病机制和药物的设计也起到非常重要的作用. 本文阐述了卟啉及金属卟啉与DNA相互作用的方式和影响因素, 并将水溶性卟啉及金属卟啉分为三类: 具有吡啶基或铵基的阳离子型卟啉及金属卟啉, 具有磺酸基或羧基的阴离子型卟啉及金属卟啉, 以及非离子型的卟啉及金属卟啉. 重点论述了这三类水溶性卟啉及金属卟啉与DNA之间的相互作用, 以及这三类水溶性卟啉及金属卟啉在DNA中的应用研究进展.  相似文献

高反差是印刷用感光材料的重要特性.本文着重研究了4种化学显影抑制剂对银盐扩散转移型CTP版材反差的影响.结果发现,硫代水杨酸、2-巯基苯并噻唑、6-硝基苯并咪唑和苯并三氮唑等单独使用时,对版材反差都有不同程度的提高作用;而硫代水杨酸与6-硝基苯并咪唑配合使用时,得到了超高反差效果.通过计算,给出了各个抑制剂最佳浓度时的反差系数值.另外,利用线性CCD技术对物理显影过程的研究表明,添加抑制剂扩大了不同曝光级的显影诱导期和显影速率之间的差别,从而提高了反差.  相似文献

用TEM和电位滴定法对不同配方和工艺条件得到的胶粒形态结构和羧基分别进行了表征。结果表明:加入甲基丙烯酸有利于胶粒的稳定和形成规则的核壳胶粒。半连续加料不会形成完全反转的核壳结构,但是,核层在反应过程中由于聚合物簇的迁移会造成形变。由于胶粒中聚合物浓度高,粘度大,因而胶粒形态变化受动力学影响甚大,羧基分布主要是由动力学确定的。  相似文献

Quality has always been one of the key issues in laboratories in general and formal quality assurance (QA) in testing laboratories has gained popularity over the last decade. However, the implementation QA in research and development (R&;D) laboratories is still the domain of a few pioneers. We can even ask whether a QA system in research makes sense at all and if such a system really provides any added value? Difficulties with respect to the implementation of such a system are mainly associated with the nature of the research process itself. However, it is obvious that QA offers clear advantages in R&;D, if some critical success factors have been taken into account. An important issue is the selection of a good QA standard for R&;D. This is certainly not an easy task, since there are no specific standards. Fortunately, some useful international guides have been published recently.  相似文献

Ontology construction requires an understanding of the meaning and usage of its encoded concepts. While definitions found in dictionaries or glossaries may be adequate for many concepts, the actual usage in expert writing could be a better source of information for many others. The goal of this paper is to describe an automated procedure for finding definitional content in expert writing. The approach uses machine learning on phrasal features to learn when sentences in a book contain definitional content, as determined by their similarity to glossary definitions provided in the same book. The end result is not a concise definition of a given concept, but for each sentence, a predicted probability that it contains information relevant to a definition. The approach is evaluated automatically for terms with explicit definitions, and manually for terms with no available definition.  相似文献

This article addresses two questions: Has the effectiveness of the US governments federal research and development (R&;D) spending suffered from the post-1980 strategic change from freely shared and publicly owned to privately owned scientific advances? What criteria would a federal R&;D program use to design a strategy that most effectively enhances the well-being of farmers and rural communities? Several studies found that the pre-1980 US Department of Agriculture research strategy was very effective. No comparable studies have analyzed the comparative effectiveness of the post-1980 strategy of restricting access to the results of public research. Recent experience and several analytical studies suggest that to significantly enhance the health of rural economies from an expanded use of plant matter as an industrial material, federal policy should channel scientific and engineering research into small- and medium-sized production and processing technologies and should encourage farmer-owned, value-added enterprises.  相似文献

Modification of the polymer–polymer interfacial tension is a way to tailor‐make particle morphology of waterborne polymer–polymer hybrids. This allows achieving a broader spectrum of application properties and maximizing the synergy of the positive properties of both polymers, avoiding their drawbacks. In situ formation of graft copolymer during polymerization is an efficient way to modify the polymer–polymer interfacial tension. Currently, no dynamic model is available for polymer–polymer hybrids in which a graft copolymer is generated during polymerization. In this article, a novel model based on stochastic dynamics is developed for predicting the dynamics of the development of particle morphology for composite waterborne systems in which a graft copolymer is produced in situ during the process. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Modern drug development requires technologies that allow rapid translation from the preclinical to the clinical stage. It is obvious that non-invasive imaging modalities such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) will play a central role in this regard. This article reviews the use of structural and functional MRI readouts for characterization of central nervous system (CNS) disorders and evaluation of the efficacy of potential CNS drugs. Examples comprise dementia of Alzheimer's type, cerebral ischemia, and neuroinflammation covering both clinical and preclinical aspects. In these examples MRI has been used to obtain relevant structural information on brain atrophy, on the location and extent of ischemic brain areas, and on the number and distribution of demyelinated plaques. These structural data are complemented by readouts assessing the functional consequences associated with the pathomorphological changes. In the last decade, MRI has evolved into a standard tool for the development of CNS drugs. With regard to target-specific/molecular imaging applications MRI is limited by its inherently low sensitivity; complementary imaging modalities utilizing optical and radionuclear reporter systems will thus be required.  相似文献

The pigment, tecophilin, in blue flowers of Tecophilaea cyanocrocus was isolated and the structure was determined to be 3-O-(6-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl)-7-O-(6-O-(4-O-(2-O-(4-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(E)-caffeoyl)-6-O-(4-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(E)-caffeoyl)-β-d-glucopyranosyl)-(E)-caffeoyl)-β-d-glucopyranosyl)delphinidin. The reproduction experiment of the same color as petals according to the results of chemical analysis and measurement of vacuolar pH of blue cells clarified that the blue color solely develops by tecophilin without interaction of metal ions nor co-pigments. 1H NMR analysis and CD spectrum indicate the co-existence of clockwise intermolecular self-association of the delphinidin nuclei and intramolecular π–π stacking between the chromophore and caffeoyl residues to derive bathochromic shift of the absorption spectrum and stabilize the color by preventing hydration reaction.  相似文献
