Existence of weighted pseudo almost periodic solutions to some classes of hyperbolic evolution equations

This paper is concerned with the study of weighted pseudo almost periodic solutions to some classes of hyperbolic differential equations. Upon making some suitable assumptions, the existence and uniqueness of a weighted pseudo almost periodic solution is obtained. To illustrate our main result, we study the existence of a weighted pseudo almost periodic solution to a system of partial differential equations arising in control systems described by abstract retarded functional-differential equations with feedback control.     

Some properties of the class of positive Dunford-Pettis operators

We characterize Banach lattices for which each positive Dunford-Pettis operator is M-weakly compact (resp. L-weakly compact) and we give some consequences.     

Semilinear fractional integro-differential equations with compact semigroup

In this paper, we study the local and global existence of mild solutions to a class of fractional integro-differential equations in an arbitrary Banach space associated with operators generating compact semigroup on the Banach space.     

On approximation properties of a family of linear operators at critical value of parameter

We introduce the family of linear operators

associated to a certain “admissible bunch” of operators S_t, t>0, acting on , and investigate the approximation properties of this family as α→0⁺. We give some applications to the Riesz and the Bessel potentials generated by the ordinary (Euclidean) and generalized translations.     

Characterizations of Clifford semigroup digraphs

This paper characterizes directed graphs which are Cayley graphs of strong semilattices of groups and, in particular, strong chains of groups, i.e. of completely regular semigroups which are also called Clifford semigroups.     

Approximations of solutions to neutral functional differential equations with nonlocal history conditions

This work is concerned with a class of neutral functional differential equations with nonlocal history conditions in a Hilbert space. The approximation of solution to a class of such problems is studied. Moreover, the convergence of Faedo-Galerkin approximation of solution is shown. For illustration, an example is worked out.     

The Loewner differential equation and slit mappings

We show that the Loewner equation generates slits if the driving term is Hölder continuous with exponent 1/2 and small norm and that this is best possible.

A novel dual approach to nonlinear semigroups of Lipschitz operators

Lipschitzian semigroup refers to a one-parameter semigroup of Lipschitz operators that is strongly continuous in the parameter. It contains -semigroup, nonlinear semigroup of contractions and uniformly -Lipschitzian semigroup as special cases. In this paper, through developing a series of Lipschitz dual notions, we establish an analysis approach to Lipschitzian semigroup. It is mainly proved that a (nonlinear) Lipschitzian semigroup can be isometrically embedded into a certain -semigroup. As application results, two representation formulas of Lipschitzian semigroup are established, and many asymptotic properties of -semigroup are generalized to Lipschitzian semigroup.
