Reactions of 3,6-di(tert-butyl)-o-benzoquinone with primary amines occur by the nucleophilic 1,4-addition mechanism and lead to the corresponding 2-hydroxy-p-quinonimines, which exist in solutions in equilibrium with tautomeric 4-amino-o-quinones. The thermodynamic parameters of this prototropic isomerism were determined by NMR spectroscopy. In the case of a secondary amine (piperidine), a derivative of 4-amino-o-quinone was obtained; the corresponding o-semiquinone complexes were studied in solution by ESR spectroscopy. A stereoselective total synthesis of (+)-cylindricine C has been achieved starting with (S)-N-Boc-2-pyrrolidinone. The key elements of this synthesis involve the sequence of reactions including BF3-mediated addition of the allyl Grignard reagent to the cyclic imine, spirocyclization via enamine formation, and intramolecular Michael addition to form the tricyclic core.  相似文献

The utility of reusable ionic liquid-proline (or aldolase antibody 38C2) reaction system, proceeding the aldol reactions, is described. Further, obtained α-chloro-β-hydroxy compounds were transformed to the optically active α,β-epoxy carbonyl compounds. The aldolase antibody 38C2-ionic liquid system was able to reuse in Michael additions and the reaction of fluoromethylated imines.  相似文献

Oxidative addition of methyl iodide to Vaska’s complex in the ionic liquids 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium triflate [C4mim][OTf], [C4mim] bis(trifluormethylsulfonyl)imide [Tf2N], and N-hexylpyridinium [C6pyr][Tf2N] occurred cleanly to give the expected Ir(III) oxidative addition product. Pseudo-first order rate constants were determined for the oxidative addition reaction in each solvent ([Vaska’s] = 0.25 mM, [CH3I] = 37.5 mM). The observed rate constants under these conditions were 5-10 times slower than the rate seen in DMF. At high methyl iodide concentrations (>23 mM), the expected first order dependence on methyl iodide was not observed. In each ionic liquid, there was no change in the reaction rates within experimental error over the methyl iodide concentration range of 23-75 mM. At lower methyl iodide concentration, a decrease in rate was observed in [C4mim][Tf2N] with decreasing concentration of methyl iodide.  相似文献

The addition of the ·But (R1) and ·P(O)(OPri)2 (R2) radicals to pyrrolidino[60]fullerenes C60CH2NMeCHX (X = C6H4N(CH2CH2Cl)2, 2,6-(But)2C6H2OH, PhC6H4, and indol-3-yl) was studied by ESR spectroscopy. The rate constants of R1 radical addition to these compounds and dimerization of spin-adducts of the R1 radicals with pyrrolidino[60]fullerenes were determined. Pyrrolidino[60]fullerenes manifest considerably higher reactivity toward the R1 radicals than fullerene C60 and methanofullerenes C60CX1X2 (X1 = X2 = CO2Et; X1 = CO2Me, X2 = OP(OMe)2, X1 = X2 = OP(OEt)2).  相似文献

Oxolane was fluoroalkylated by its photoadditions under atmospheric pressure. Monofluoro-alkylations were carried out with hexafluoropropene (1) and perfluorovinyl ethers C3F7O-[CF(CF3)CF2O]n-CF = CF2 (24, n = 0–2) by direct photoexcitation of the olefins to give high yields of addition products 9–12 (81–94%). The reactions were completely regioselecti ve at the oxolane molecule and almost completely regioselective (93–99%) at the double bond of fluoro-olefins; no bis-fluoroalkylated oxolanes were detected. The completely selective introduction of a second fluoroalkyl into position 5 of the oxolane molecule was accomplished by acetone-sensitised photoaddition of 2fluoroalkylated oxolanes 9,10 to fluoro-olefins 1 and 2. Byproducts from reactions of the dimethylketyl radical which is formed in the initiation step were isolated and have given some evidence about the reaction mechanism that is discussed.  相似文献

Chelation-controlled conjugate addition of Grignard reagents to γ-hydroxyalkynenitriles stereoselectively generates tri- and tetra-substituted alkenenitriles. t-BuMgCl-initiated deprotonation of hydroxyalkynenitriles followed by addition of a second Grignard reagents triggers a facile conjugate addition leading to a cyclic magnesium chelate. Protonation of the chelate stereoselectively generates trisubstituted nitriles whereas the addition of t-BuLi causes conversion to an ‘ate’ complex that allows alkylation with aldehyde electrophiles. The chelation-controlled conjugate addition-alkylation generates tri- and tetra-substituted alkenenitriles that are otherwise difficult to synthesize.  相似文献

An efficient and stereodefined process is described for the first preparation of a new prenyl-benzoylfuranone type sesquiterpenoid, (±)-3-(2,4-dihydroxybenzoyl)-4,5-dimethyl-5-(4,8-dimethyl-3(E),7(E)-nonadien-1-yl)tetrahydro-2-furanone. The synthetic strategy is based on nucleophilic addition of organometallic reagents to the functionalized ketoamides elaborated from dihydroxyacetone dimer for the stereoselective construction of the key quaternary carbon center in the target compound.  相似文献

The stereochemical outcome of spiroannulations of N-protected 2-lithiopiperidines (generated by lithium di-tert-butyl biphenylide (LiDBB) mediated reductive lithiation of 2-cyanopiperidines) was investigated using deuterium labeled side-chains containing phosphate leaving groups. High stereoselectivity was observed when benzyl (Bn) protected 2-cyanopiperidines were employed, while tert-butoxycarbonyl (Boc) protected 2-cyanopiperidines afforded lower selectivity. Models are proposed to rationalize the results of this study.  相似文献

The kinetics of urea hydrolysis catalyzed by urease, mainly in the absence of buffers by use of the self-buffer effect of the products, was investigated. The effect of pH, temperature, and concentration of enzyme, substrate, product, salt ions, and buffers on the kinetic behavior of urease was examined. A kinetic model of a modified Michaelis-Menten form, incorporating substrate and product inhibition, pH dependence, and temperature effect, was developed to describe the reaction rate. Experimental data indicated that urease in a buffer-free solution was less susceptible to the inhibition of substrate product. The Michaelis constant keeps almost constant with the variation of pH and temperature, and increases with the addition of buffers and salts. The data also suggested that the noncompetitive pattern of the product inhibition, which is not significantly affected by temperature, increases gently with increasing pH. A Monod form rate expression was proposed to analyze the pH effect on the maximum rate. The proposed kinetic model was also examined by the long-time experiments in which pH, substrate, and product concentration varied obviously during the reaction course.  相似文献
