The large ring cyclodextrins (with more than 8 glucose units) existence was first described in the 1950s. Because of their hard purification and low yield, these molecules were little studied until recently. Since large ring cyclodextrins have unique structures compared to α-, β- and γ-cyclodextrin, they could offer new opportunities for specific host-guest complex and thus enlarge the area of cyclodextrin applications. 采用由脉冲负偏压调节的等离子体增强化学气相沉积方法,以硅烷为源气体,在玻璃基片上沉积得到了多孔二氧化硅薄膜。将反应过程中加在沉积区域的脉冲偏压固定在-350V,当占空比从0.162增大到0.864时,薄膜样品的形貌、成份和结构均不相同。扫描电镜照片表明,组成多孔氧化硅薄膜的颗粒在占空比增大时变得细腻,并且薄膜整体变得多孔且蓬松。拉曼光谱和红外光谱结果显示,薄膜样品中的非晶硅和Si-H键在较高的占空比下减弱甚至消失。占空比升高时氧化硅桥键所占比例持续增加。 相似文献

Microbial transformation of 20(R)-panaxatriol by the fungus Aspergillus flavus Link AS 3.3950 was performed. Four new (1–4), along with two previously reported metabolites (5 and 6), were obtained. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses. Furthermore, the inhibitory effects of those compounds on K562/ADR, Du-145, Hela, MCF-7 and HepG2 cell lines were evaluated by MTT assay. Among them, compound 15β-hydroxy-20(R)-panaxatriol (4) exhibited selective inhibitory effects on human leukaemic progenitor cells K562/ADR through arresting cell cycle, which was associated with obvious decrease of cyclin B1, cyclin D1 and cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 1/2/4/6 protein expression. 相似文献

The performance of a thermodynamic cycle for the calculation of the standard reduction potential (SRP) of a series of metals is examined. It is found that the introduction of simple entropic corrections substantially improves the agreement with experimental data. The accuracy of the estimations is in the range of 0.04 V, which opens the possibility to calculate the SRP for metals in non-aqueous solvents or other unusual situations. 相似文献

A main issue in the production of robust supercapacitors is the creation of efficient and cost‐effective electrodes. We present here the realization of a kind of nitrogen‐ and oxygen‐containing activated carbon microspheres made from divinylbenzene, diallyl phthalate, and acrylonitrile monomers, which can be produced on a large scale for use in supercapacitors. The supercapacitor's performance is optimized by adjusting the carbonization temperature of the microspheres. Our preliminary result shows that the supercapacitor displays a maximum capacitance of 300 F/g at the current density of 1.0 A/g and retains ~82% of the capacitance after 10,000 charge–discharge cycles. 相似文献

By 5-h reaction of cis-[RuIICl2(DMSO)4] (M2) with K10[α2-P2W17O61] (M3) in ice-cooled, HCl-acidic aqueous solution, a water-soluble 1:2-type diamagnetic ruthenium(II) complex of formula K18[RuII(DMSO)2(P2W17O61)2]·35H2O (M1) was unexpectedly obtained as an analytically pure, homogeneous tan-colored solid, in which two DMSO ligands are coordinated to the ruthenium(II) atom. The cytotoxic potential of the complex was tested on C33A, DLD-1, and HepG-2 cancer cells and human normal embryonic lung fibroblasts cell MRC-5; the viability of the treated cells was evaluated by MTT assay. The mode of cell death was assessed by morphological study of DNA damage and apoptosis assays. Compound M1 induced cell death in a dose-dependent manner, and the mode of cell death was essentially apoptosis though necrosis was also noticed. Cell cycle analysis by flow cytometry indicated that M1 caused cell cycle arrest and accumulated cells in S phase. 相似文献
