The equilibrated grain boundary groove shapes for solid Zn solution (Zn-3.0 at.% Al-0.3 at.% Bi) in equilibrium with the Zn-Al-Bi eutectic liquid (Zn-12.7 at.% Al-1.6 at.% Bi) have been observed from quenched sample with a radial heat flow apparatus. Gibbs-Thomson coefficient, solid-liquid interfacial energy and grain boundary energy for solid Zn solution in equilibrium with Al-Bi-Zn eutectic liquid have been determined to be (5.1 ± 0.4) × 10−8 K m, (80.1 ± 9.6) × 10−3 and (158.6 ± 20.6) × 10−3 J m−2 from the observed grain boundary groove shapes, respectively. The thermal conductivity variation with temperature for solid Zn solution has been measure with radial heat flow apparatus and the value of thermal conductivity for solid Zn solution has been determined to be 135.68 W/km at the eutectic melting temperature. The thermal conductivity ratio of equilibrated eutectic liquid to solid Zn solution, R = KL(Zn)/KS(Zn) has also been measured to be 0.85 with Bridgman type solidification apparatus. 相似文献

建立了沉积物中痕量十溴联苯醚的分散液液微萃取-上浮溶剂固化-高效液相色谱-紫外法(DLLME-SFO-HPLC-UV)。以正交试验数据为训练样本,采用BP(Back propagation)神经网络模型优化了分散液液微萃取-上浮溶剂固化条件:分散剂为1.00mL甲醇、萃取剂为35.0μL十二醇、NaCl质量浓度为10.00%、萃取时间10min和pH=5,其萃取率(ER)可达62.22%。方法的线性范围为3.5~1400ng/g(r=0.9960),检出限(LOD)和定量限(LOQ)分别为2.3pg/g(S/N=2)和5.6pg/g(S/N=5),实际样品的加标回收率为97.7%~104.2%。本方法集萃取、富集、分离步骤于一体,简化了沉积物中十溴联苯醚的前处理过程。 相似文献

Dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction based on solidification of floating organic drop coupled with HPLC‐UV detection as a fast and inexpensive technique was applied to the simultaneous extraction and determination of traces of two common herbicides, alachlor and atrazine, in aqueous samples. The critical experimental parameters, including type of the extraction and disperser solvents as well as their volumes, sample pH, salt addition, and extraction time were investigated and optimized. Under the optimum conditions, the calibration graphs found to be linear in the range of 0.1–200 μg/L with LOD in the range of 0.02–0.05 μg/L. The RSDs were in the range of 4.2–5.3% (n = 5). The relative recoveries of well, tap, and river water samples which have been spiked with different levels of herbicides were 94.0–106.0, 99.0–105.0, and 88.5–97.0%, respectively. 相似文献

A mathematical model has been developed to simulate turbulent fluid flow and solidification in the presence of a DC magnetic field in an extended nozzle for metal delivery to a single belt caster. This paper reports on predicted effects of DC magnetic field conditions in modifying flows and solidification behavior in the metal delivery system. It is shown that the application of a DC magnetic brake to the proposed system can result in a reasonably uniform feeding of melt onto the cooled moving belt. This, in turn, optimises the rate of even shell growth along the chilled substrate. In order to account for the effects of turbulence, a revised low-Reynolds k–ε turbulent model was employed. A Darcy-porosity approach was used to simulate fluid flow within the mushy solidification region. Simulations were carried out for plain carbon steel strip casting. The fully coupled transport equations were numerically solved using the finite volume method. The computed flow patterns were compared with those reported in the literature. The performance of the magnetic flow control device proposed in this work is evaluated and compared with flow modifications obtained by inserting a ceramic filter within the reservoir. 相似文献

The enhanced spin polarization produced by optical pumping of gaseous rubidium/xenon samples has made possible a number of recent experiments in nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Here we report MRI of laser-polarized xenon in the solid phase at low temperature. Due to the high xenon density in the solid phase and the enhanced spin polarization, it is possible to achieve high intensity and spatial resolution of the image. Attempts have been made to alter the solidification microstructures of fiber reinforced aluminum composites by cooling the
ends of the fibers extending out of the mold. Experimental observations indicate that cooling the extended ends of the reinforcement
results in finer microstructures in the matrix and changes the nature of the interface. In this paper, numerical simulation
is performed on a two-dimensional axi-symmetric model to investigate the solidification process of metal matrix composite
(MMC) with the extended ends of the fibers cooled by a heat sink. The numerical simulation is based on the source-based enthalpy
method with finite volume discretization. The temperature profiles obtained by simulation are compared to the cooling curves
measured experimentally in order to validate the current mathematical model. It is found that the simulation result matches

A one-dimensional mathematical model for a process of solidification of a binary alloy in the presence of an electric field is studied. A situation in which the thermal properties of each phase are different and the latent heat is non-zero is considered. A quasi-static approximation for the thermal and electric fields is used. Local existence and uniqueness of a classical solution to the resulting free boundary problem are proved for two kinds of boundary conditions. Moreover, under particular hypotheses, the monotonicity of the free boundary and the global existence of the solution is proved.

采用Sutton-Chen 势函数及分子动力学(MD)方法对嵌入了Fe纳米团簇(半径从0.4-1.8 nm)的Fe液凝固过程进行了模拟. 模拟结果表明只有当嵌入的纳米团簇半径超过0.82 nm才能降低凝固时所需要的临界过冷度(ΔT*), 起到诱导凝固的作用. 同时采用原子键型指数法(CTIM-2)对样本在凝固过程中的原子结构进行了标定, 通过观察微观结构演变发现当嵌入纳米团簇能够作为凝固核心时, 体系按照hcp-fcc 交叉形核的方式长大. 同时还发现嵌入纳米团簇对体系凝固过程晶核的生长方向及凝固的最终构型存在“结构遗传效应”. 相似文献
