5-Hydroxymethyl-2′-deoxycytidine (5hmdC) phosphoramidite and triphosphate are important building blocks in 5hmdC-containing DNA synthesis for epigenetic studies. However, efficient and practical methods for the synthesis of these compounds are still limited. The current research provides an intensively improved synthetic method that enables the preparation of commercially available cyanoethyl-protected 5hmdC phosphoramidite with an overall yield of 39% on 5 g scale. On the basis of facile and efficient accesses to cyanoethyl protected-5hmdU and 5hmdC intermediates, two efficient synthetic routes for 5hmdC triphosphate were also developed. 相似文献

Gaussian-type soliton solutions of the nonlinear Schrödinger (NLS) equation with fourth order dispersion, and power law nonlinearity in the novel parity-time (${ \mathcal P }{ \mathcal T }$)-symmetric quartic Gaussian potential are derived analytically and numerically. The exact analytical expressions of the solutions are obtained in the first two-dimensional (1D and 2D) power law NLS equations. By means of the linear stability analysis, the effect of power law nonlinearity on the stability of Gauss type solitons in different nonlinear media is carried out. The in vitro protein digestibility (IVPD) of napin was studied using different pretreatment methods, including ultrasound, mixing napin with lactalbumin, and ultrasound-assisted protein mixing. The relationships between IVPD, molecular structure, and disulfide bonds were explored, showing that the IVPD of napin was the highest compared with the control when treated with 40% ultrasound power. When the proportion of napin to lactalbumin was 5:5, a synergistic influence between the two proteins was observed. Further investigation showed that the IVPD of napin was clearly improved by treatment with ultrasound-assisted protein mixing. Compared with the single protein in the control, the β-sheet content in the secondary structure of the mixed protein after sonication was reduced from 45.02% to 37.16%. The ordered protein structure was also disrupted by ultrasound, as supported by fluorescence intensity and surface hydrophobicity analyses. The decreased number of disulfide bonds and conformational changes indicated that the IVPD of rapeseed napin was closely related to the disulfide bond content. This study provides a theoretical basis for improving protein digestibility by combining ultrasound with physical mixing. 相似文献

Recoil Spectrometry covers a group of techniques that are very similar to the well known Rutherford backscattering Spectrometry technique, but with the important difference that one measures the recoiling target atom rather than the projectile ion. This makes it possible to determine both the identity of the recoil and its depth of origin from its energy and velocity, using a suitable detector system. The incident ion is typically high-energy (30–100MeV)35C1,81Br or127I. Low concentrations of light elements such as C, O and N can be profiled in a heavy matrix such as Fe or GaAs. 合成了五种新的稀土配合物RE2(NO3)6L2.nH2O, 其中L为一新的含β-双酮和Schiff-base配体, 1, 5-双(1'-苯基-3'-甲基-5'-吡唑啉酮-4')-1-(4'-氨基丁烷-1'-亚胺基)-5-戊酮, RE=Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho。对配合物进行了质谱、FTIR、变温红外、EXAFS等研究。结果表明: 配合物为双核结构; 配合物中NO3^-以离子型、单齿及双齿同时存在; 配体L中的C=O, C=N及NH2均参与配位; 稀土离子的总配位数为8, 双配位层分别为2个氮和6个氧, RE-N距离在0.230~0.240nm, RE-O0.240~0.250nm。 相似文献

Ca2-xSrxZn4Ti15O36∶Pr red long decay phosphor was synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction. Photoluminescence property and crystalline and unit cell parameters of the orthorhombic were investigated by fluorescence spectrophotometer and by powder X-ray diffraction, respectively. The emission intensity at 618 nm changes sharply when the concentration of
Sr2+ (x) is less than 0.1 and the emission intensity reaches the maximum when x is equal to 0.007. There is an obviously broad excitation band at 270 nm when x is equal to 0.003 and it disappears gradually when x is over 0.01. The unit cell a parameter of
Ca2-xSrxZn4Ti15O36∶Pr decreases while c parameter increases with the increases of the concentration of the doped
Sr2+. When x is over 0.1 the value of the unit cell parameters a and c become stable. TL peaks of
Ca2Zn4Ti15O36∶Pr, Ca1.993Sr0.007Zn4Ti15O36∶0.002Pr3+,
0.002Na+, are located at 62 ℃, 88 ℃, respectively, which indicates that there are deeper traps in
Ca1.993Sr0.007Zn4Ti15O36∶0.002Pr3+,
