HT-7U等离子体位移快控电源设计   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对HT-7U装置等离子体位移快控电源大电流快速响应要求,提出了一种基于电流型变流器的快控电源(FCPS)设计新方案。该方案采用交-直-交拓扑结构,即网侧采用电流型PWP整流器设计。以获得稳定的直流电流及网侧单位功率因数正弦波电流控制;负载侧则采用电流型H桥逆变器设计以实现负载电流的快速跟踪控制。移相PWM控制策略在实现多组变流器并联运行的同时,提高了变流器的等效开关频率控制,从而改善了电流波形品质。模拟系统实验论证了方案的正确性。  相似文献

It is important to optimize the resonance ionization efficiency of the sputtered particle by evaluating the internal energy of it. And also the dependence of the change of the internal energy of it on primary ion species and accelerating voltages was investigated. For this study, we developed proto-type resonance laser ionization SNMS instrument, which is a quadrupole SIMS apparatus combined with a wavelength tunable laser. The internal energy of the sputtered aluminum atoms, which has lowly lying excited state (112 cm−1) on the ground state, was monitored. As the results, the internal energy of the sputtered aluminum atoms was not influenced by the change of the surface work function and primary ion beam energy at all. On the contrary, the density on lowly lying excited state drastically increased due to the existence of the oxygen on aluminum surface.  相似文献

γ-Fe2O3 has a spinel structure with cation vacancy and is expected to perform as a favorable electrode material for secondary lithium-ion battery. When lithium is inserted electrochemically into γ-Fe2O3, prolonged potential change is observed after the insertion. In this study, we inserted various amount of Li into γ-Fe2O3 (x = 0.66, 1.1, 1.5 in terms of LiXFe2O3), then made the circuit open, measured X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns at various elapsed time, and analyzed the crystal structure change of γ-Fe2O3 with time by the Rietveld method. The X-ray Rietveld analysis revealed that the iron occupancy of 8a site decreased and that of 16c site increased with lithium insertion process and after lithium insertion, the iron occupancy of 8a site increased and that of 16c site decreased gradually with relaxation time. It is indicated that lithium prefer 8a site to occupy kinetically, on the other hand, prefer 16c site thermodynamically.  相似文献

The TS-1 film on tubular mullite support was prepared by secondary growth via template-free route using tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and tetrabutyl orthotitanate (TBOT) as silica and titanium sources. The as-made films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-vis). Continuous TS-1 seed layer was bonded tightly to the mullite substrates. After secondary growth in the template-free synthesis solution, intergrown TS-1 zeolite film with the typical MFI-type structure was formed on the outer surface of support. The Si atoms in zeolitic lattice were found to be isomorphously substituted by Ti atoms which existed only in tetrahedral coordination. The thickness of the obtained TS-1 zeolite film was less than 20 μm.  相似文献

Fluorescence spectroscopic properties of the complex formation between six new C-pivot16-crown-5 ethers bearing fluorescence side arms and metal ions are studied. Six new C-pivot 16-crown-5 ethers that carry fluorescence side arms were synthesized. The research also included the examination of different fluorescent behavior of the new lariat ethers in the presence of silver and sodium ions (Ag+ and Na+) in methanol. Because of the good fit of the cavity size of these 16-crown-5 ethers with the Ag+ and Na+ ions, remarkable change in fluorescent spectra were observed. The results showed that the new lariat crown ethers exhibited enhanced selectivity towards sodium ion, but silver ion show quenching abilities towards the ligands. Cooperative participations of the C-pivot side arm oxygen with the ring oxygen molecules in complexation was also confirmed by the single crystal X-ray crystallography of the complex, (C27H30O7)·NaClO4. The freezing of crown ring conformation and the diminishment of the chance of sidearm oscillation that occurred upon complexation with sodium ion are the main causes of fluorescent enhancement. The quenching caused by the addition of silver ion was found to explainable by the photo-induced electron transfer that results in the reduction of silver ions.  相似文献

A Galerkin scheme is presented for a class of conservative nonlinear dispersive equations, such as the Camassa–Holm equation and the regularized long wave equation. The scheme has two advantageous features: first, it is conservative in that it keeps the discrete analogue of the continuous energy conservation property in the original equations; second, it can be formulated only with cheap H1H1-elements even if the original equations include third derivative uxxxuxxx. Numerical experiments confirm the stability and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

Experiments have been performed to obtain information about the exchange reaction of adsorbed hydrogen with methane and ethylene. In this paper, we study naturally reductive Randers metrics on homogeneous manifolds. We first prove that naturally reductive Randers metrics are of Berwald type. We then give an explicit formula for the flag curvature of naturally reductive Randers metrics. Finally a necessary and sufficient condition for invariant Randers metrics on homogeneous manifolds being naturally reductive is given.  相似文献
