Symmetric Powers of Galois Modules on Dedekind Schemes

We prove a certain Riemann–Roch-type formula for symmetric powers of Galois modules on Dedekind schemes which, in the number field or function field case, specializes to a formula of Burns and Chinburg for Cassou–Noguès–Taylor operations.     

Numerical Evaluation of a Two-Loop Diagram in the Cutoff Regularization

The sunset diagram of λφ4 theory is evaluated numerically in cutoff scheme and a nonzero finite term(in accordance with dimensional regularization (DR) result) is found in contrast to published calculations. This findingdramatically reduces the critical couplings for symmetry breaking in the two-loop effective potential discussed in ourprevious work.     

Initial-boundary problem for the 1-D Euler-Boltzmann equations in radiation hydrodynamics

We study the initial-boundary value problem for the one dimensional EulerBoltzmann equation with reflection boundary condition. For initial data with small total variation, we use a modified Glimm scheme to construct the global approximate solutions(U_(△t,d), I_(△t,d)) and prove that there is a subsequence of the approximate solutions which is convergent to the global solution.     

关于广义KPP方程的数值解

广义KPP(Kolmogorov-Petrovskii-Piskunov)方程是一个积分微分方程.为了要研究其数值解,我们首先将该方程转化为一个非线性双曲型方程,然后构造了一个线性化的差分格式,得到了差分格式解的存在唯一性,利用能量不等式证明了差分格式二阶收敛性和关于初值的无条件稳定性,数值结果验证了本文提出的方法.     

抛物型积分微分方程的非协调$H^{1}$-Galerkin混合有限元方法

H^1-Galerkin nonconforming mixed finite element methods are analyzed for integro-differential equation of parabolic type. By use of the typical characteristic of the elements, we obtain that the Galerkin mixed approximations have the same rates of convergence as in the classical mixed method, but without LBB stability condition.     

An efficient nonpolynomial spline method for distributed order fractional subdiffusion equations

In this paper, we propose an efficient numerical method for a distributed order fractional subdiffusion problem using nonpolynomial spline approach. The solvability, stability, and convergence of the scheme are established rigorously, and it is shown that the spatial convergence order improves some previous work done. Simulation is then conducted to verify the accuracy of the proposed scheme as well as to compare with earlier work.     

平面光波导器件时域有限差分束传输法分析中边界和初始条件的处理

从慢变包络（SVEA）时域光传输方程出发,对比了综合道格拉斯（GD）和传统的中心差分（CN）两种离散化格式,指出GD法比CN法精度有了很大提高.重点讨论了GD法的TD-BPM边界处理问题,给出了吸收边界和透明边界离散的显式和隐式表达式,分析并确定了交替方向隐式法（ADIM）的边界处理方式;同时,对激励源加入的连接边界进行了仔细讨论.结果表明对于隐式GD-TD-BPM法边界处理应采用隐式,中间激励更能反映光波导反射场的情况.
