Positive periodic solutions of singular systems of first order ordinary differential equations

The existence and multiplicity of positive periodic solutions for first non-autonomous singular systems are established with superlinearity or sublinearity assumptions at infinity for an appropriately chosen parameter. The proof of our results is based on the Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem in a cone.     

Marginal density estimation for linear processes with cyclical long memory

Some convergence results on the kernel density estimator are proven for a class of linear processes with cyclic effects. In particular, we extend the results of Ho and Hsing (1996), Mielniczuk (1997) and Hall and Hart (1990) to the stationary processes for which the singularities of the spectral density are not limited to the origin. We show that the convergence rates and the limiting distribution may be different in this context.     

Local well‐posedness for the Cauchy problem of the MHD equations with mass diffusion

本文主要利用上下解方法和Schauder不动点定理,在更广泛的条件下研究了一类带PLaplacian算子的四点四阶奇异边值问题的对称正解的存在性.克服了对非线性微分算子[φp(u″)]″Fredholm抉择定理和极大值原理不能使用的困难,改进并推广了最近的一些已知结果.     

Exact maximum likelihood estimator for drift fractional Brownian motion at discrete observation

This paper deals with the problems of consistency and strong consistency of the maximum likelihood estimators of the mean and variance of the drift fractional Brownian motions observed at discrete time instants. Both the central limit theorem and the Berry-Ess′een bounds for these estimators are obtained by using the Stein’s method via Malliavin calculus.     

An improvement of the octonionic Taylor type theorem

We prove that the octonionic polynomials V ■k l 1 ··· l k are independent of the associative orders ■k . This improves the octonionic Taylor type theorem.
