Monoterpenoids from the Fruit of Gardenia jasminoides

Eight new monoterpenoids, jasminoside J ( 1 ), jasminoside K ( 2 ), 6′‐O‐trans‐sinapoyljasminoside B ( 3 ), 6′‐O‐trans‐sinapoyljasminoside L ( 4 ), jasminosides M–P ( 5 – 8 ), together with three known analogues, jasminoside C ( 9 ), jasminol E ( 10 ), and sacranoside B ( 11 ), were isolated from the fruit of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis (Rubiaceae). Their structures were elucidated by spectral and chemical methods.     

Tri‐ and Tetrasubstituted N‐Phthalimidoaziridines in 1,3‐Dipolar Cycloaddition Reactions

The thermal reactions of the 2,2,3‐trisubstituted N‐phthalimidoaziridine 1a with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD), thioketones 4a – 4d , and dimethyl azodicarboxylate ( 5 ) proceed even at room temperature leading to the five‐membered cycloadducts 2a, 6 – 8 , and 12 , respectively, with retention of the spatial arrangement of the aziridine substituents, in contrast to the expectation based on the conservation of orbital symmetry in concerted reactions. The analogous reactions of the tetrasubstituted phthalimidoaziridine 1b with thioketones at 40° lead to the 1,3‐thiazolidine derivatives 10 and 11 as mixtures of diastereoisomers. These unexpected results may be explained by either the isomerization of the intermediate azomethine ylides or a non‐concerted stepwise cycloaddition reaction of these ylides with the dipolarophiles. The structures of some adducts have been determined by X‐ray crystallography.     

The Baylis–Hillman Adducts as Valuable Source for One‐Pot Multi‐Step Synthesis: A Facile Synthesis of Substituted Piperidin‐2‐ones

A facile, convenient, and one‐pot multi‐step synthesis of substituted piperidin‐2‐ones from the Baylis–Hillman alcohols derived from various aldehydes and acrylonitrile, involving Johnson–Claisen rearrangement, reduction of an α,β‐unsaturated nitrile moiety into the saturated amine‐skeleton, followed by cyclization, in an operationally simple procedure, is described.     

基于改进声线跟踪法的室内交通噪声动态模拟

对碰撞点的有效性判断是传统声线跟踪法的一个重要步骤,在计算复杂的室内空间问题时计算量较大,为解决这一问题采用了一种与空间剖分相结合的改进的声线跟踪法。将该方法与微观交通流仿真和车辆噪声排放模型进行结合,实现了道路交通噪声透过窗户在多连通室内空间传播的动态模拟。最后采用该方法对相同道路和交通流条件下不同建筑朝向的4种布局室内噪声进行动态模拟。分析了室内交通噪声的大小和分布与建筑物布局、窗户的朝向、窗户的形式和面积等因数之间的关系。结果表明:窗户正对道路的房间比窗户侧对道路的房间噪声高4～6 d B(A),房间内等效声级与窗户面积的对数成正比关系。

ent‐Kaurane Diterpenes and Further Constituents from Wedelia trilobata

Two new ent‐kaurane diterpenes, wedelidins A ( 8 ) and B ( 9 ), together with eighteen other constituents, including the sesquiterpenoids 1 and 2 , ent‐kaurane diterpenes 3 – 7 , triterpenoids 10 and 11 , steroids 12 – 14 , and flavonoids 15 – 17 as well as benzene derivatives 18 – 20 , were isolated from the aerial parts of Wedelia trilobata. The structures of wedelidins A ( 8 ) and B ( 9 ) were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses (including UV, IR, NMR, and MS). Furthermore, the structures of compounds 2 and 3 were confirmed by X‐ray single‐crystal diffraction analyses.     

A One‐Pot Organometallic Route from a 4‐Alkenylpyridine to a 4,4‐Spiro‐Linked Ethyl 1,4‐Dihydropyridine‐1‐carboxylate

In a one‐pot process without isolation of intermediates, (but‐3‐en‐1‐yl)pyridine ( 13 ) is treated sequentially with dicyclohexylborane, trimethylaluminium, and ethyl carbonochloridate yielding ethyl 1,4‐dihydro‐4,4‐(tetramethylene)pyridine‐1‐carboxylate (=ethyl 8‐azaspiro[4.5]deca‐6,9‐diene‐8‐carboxylate; 2 ) in 46% yield based on starting alkenylpyridine 13 (Scheme 5).     

Stille Cross‐Coupling of a Racemic Planar‐Chiral Ferrocene and Crystallographic Trace Analysis of Catalysis Intermediates and By‐products

A pressure‐controlled procedure for the S_N1 reaction of rac‐1‐[(dimethylamino)methyl]‐2‐(tributylstannyl)ferrocene ( 1 ) to rac‐1‐(phthalimidomethyl)‐2‐(tributylstannyl)ferrocene ( 2 ) was developed. Pd⁰‐Catalyzed Stille coupling of 2 with iodobenzene afforded rac‐1‐phenyl‐2‐(N‐phthalimidomethyl)ferrocene ( 5 ) in 74% yield; after trace enrichment by crystallization of the combined mother liquors, one single crystal of each, 5 , catalysis intermediate trans‐iodo(σ‐phenyl)bis(triphenylarsino)palladium(II) ( 7 ), trans‐diiodobis(triphenylarsino)palladium(II) ( 8 ), and rac‐2,2′‐bis(phthalimidomethyl)‐1,1′‐biferrocene ( 9 ) could be isolated by crystal sorting under a microscope and characterized by X‐ray crystal structure analysis. Furthermore, 5 was deprotected to amine ( 11 ), which does even survive the Birch reduction to rac‐1‐(aminomethyl)‐2‐(cyclohexa‐2,5‐dienyl)ferrocene ( 12 ).     

Incorporation of hafnium (IV) into KTP framework from phosphate‐fluoride fluxes

Solid solutions KTi_1‐XHf_XOPO₄ (х = 0.008 – 0.107) possessing the KTiOPO₄ structure, have been synthesized in molten system K₂O‐P₂O₅‐TiO₂‐HfF₄. The crystal growth experiment of Hf‐doped KTP crystal has been reported. The X‐ray powder diffraction data and chemical analysis are also presented. It has been shown that KTiOPO₄ crystal structure slightly changes when Hf incorporates into the framework. Transmission/absorption spectra of KTi_0.974Hf_0.026OPO₄ crystals have been recorded. The incorporation of Hf ions shifts the optical absorption edge in the UV‐visible spectrum towards the long‐wavelength region with absorption near 387 nm.     

Two New Meroterpenes from the Mangrove Endophytic Fungus Aspergillus sp. 085241B

Two new meroterpenes, ‘acetoxydehydroaustin B’ ( 1 ) and ‘1,2‐dihydro‐acetoxydehydroaustin B’ ( 2 ) were isolated in the form of a mixed crystal from the mangrove endophytic fungus Aspergillus sp. 085241B. Their structures and absolute configurations were determined by extensive analysis of their spectra and X‐ray diffraction data. In a preliminary bioassay, the mixed crystal did not exhibit activities against cancer cell lines of MDA‐MB‐435, SKBR3, HepG2, HEP3B, PC‐3, and A549, as well as against α‐glucosidase and tyrosinase.
