We completely describe presentations of Lie superalgebras with Cartan matrix if they are simple -graded of polynomial growth. Such matrices can be neither integer nor symmetrizable. There are non-Serre relations encountered. In certain cases there are infinitely many relations. For symmetrizable Cartan matrices similar (but not identical) presentations are obtained by Yamane who also considered q-quantized versions of these relations (q-alg 9603015). Yamane did not try to find out which of the relations he offers constitute a minimal set generating all other relations; contrariwise we give minimal sets of defining relations and in various cases our relations look much simpler than Yamane's (though still very complicated in some cases).  相似文献

We introduce the umbral calculus formalism for hypercomplex variables starting from the fact that the algebra of multivariate polynomials shall be described in terms of the generators of the Weyl–Heisenberg algebra. The extension of to the algebra of Clifford‐valued polynomials gives rise to an algebra of Clifford‐valued operators whose canonical generators are isomorphic to the orthosymplectic Lie algebra . This extension provides an effective framework in continuity and discreteness that allow us to establish an alternative formulation of Almansi decomposition in Clifford analysis obtained by Ryan (Zeitschrift für Analysis und ihre Anwendungen 1990) and Malonek & Ren (Mathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences 2002;2007) that corresponds to a meaningful generalization of Fischer decomposition for the subspaces ker(D′)k. We will discuss afterwards how the symmetries of (even part of ) are ubiquitous on the recent approach of RENDER (Duke Mathematical Journal 2008) showing that they can be interpreted in terms of the method of separation of variables for the Hamiltonian operator in quantum mechanics. In this note we describe two simple tricks derived from work of M. Artin , J. Tate and M. Van den Bergh [2] and apply them to the quantum enveloping algebra discovered by E. Witten [ll] encoding duality in three dimensional Chern-Simons gauge theory with structure group SU(2). Abstract

In this paper we show that a Lie superalgebra L graded by a 3-graded irreducible root system has Gelfand–Kirillov dimension equal to the Gelfand–Kirillov dimension of its coordinate superalgebra A, and that L is locally finite if and only A is so. Since these Lie superalgebras are coverings of Tits–Kantor–Koecher superalgebras of Jordan superpairs covered by a connected grid, we obtain our theorem by combining two other results. Firstly, we study the transfer of the Gelfand–Kirillov dimension and of local finiteness between these Lie superalgebras and their associated Jordan superpairs, and secondly, we prove the analogous result for Jordan superpairs: the Gelfand–Kirillov dimension of a Jordan superpair V covered by a connected grid coincides with the Gelfand– Kirillov dimension of its coordinate superalgebra A, and V is locally finite if and only if A is so.  相似文献

We consider the simple restricted modules for special contact Lie superalgebras of odd type over an algebraically closed field of characteristic p>3: We give a suffcient and necessary condition in terms of typical or atypical weights for restricted Kac modules to be simple.
