A nitrogen-doped carbon-supported Co catalyst (Co/N-C-800) was discovered to be highly active for the reductive amination of carbonyl compounds with NH3 and the hydrogenation of nitriles into primary amines using H2 as the hydrogen source. Structurally diverse carbonyl compounds were selectively transformed into primary amines with good to excellent yields (82.8–99.6%) under mild conditions. The Co/N-C-800 catalyst showed comparable or better catalytic performance than the reported noble metal catalysts. The Co/N-C-800 catalyst also showed high activity for the hydrogenation of nitriles, affording the corresponding primary amines with high yields (81.7–99.0%). An overall reaction mechanism is proposed for the reductive amination of benzaldehyde and the hydrogenation of benzonitrile, which involves the same intermediates of phenylmethanimine and N-benzylidenebenzylamine.  相似文献

In this study, silica@chitosan-glutaraldehyde (Si@Cs-G) was synthesized as a novel adsorbent for extraction of Penicillin G (PG) from the synthetic and real samples followed by HPLC determination. The synthesized adsorbents were characterized by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared (FTIR), dynamic light scattering (DLS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and nitrogen adsorption–desorption techniques. The factors influencing the extraction efficiency including pH, sorbent dose, extraction time, extraction solvent type and its volume were investigated and optimized.Under the optimal conditions (sorbent dosage: 25 mg, desorption solvent (acetonitrile) with volume of 0.75 mL; pH: 6 and extraction time: 50 min), the Si@Cs-G demonstrated high efficiency and linearity (R2 > 0.999) with the concentration of penicillin G ranging from 1 to 300 μg L−1. Extraction recovery in synthetic samples was 98.977%, with LOD = 0.493 μg L−1, LOQ = 1.638 μg L−1 and RSD < 1.953%. The method was successfully applied for determination of PG in real water samples (tap, river, lake and well water) and wastewater samples (SH and SHB hospital effluent). The obtained relative recoveries were in the range of 91.31% -123.27% with RSD less than 6.34% for all the real samples. The dominant mechanism in the PG adsorption process was involved in the π-π interaction, hydrogen bonding, and electrostatic interaction.  相似文献

在甲醛的存在下,酸性KMnO4与青霉素G钾能够产生很强的化学发光,从而建立了KMnO4-甲醛-青霉素G钾化学发光体系来测定青霉素G钾.青霉素G钾的测定线性范围为2.0×10-7~1.0×10-5 g/mL,方法的检出限为1.4×10-7 g/mL,对4.0×10-7 g/mL的青霉素G钾进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为1.0%,用此法测定青霉素G钾取得了较好的结果.  相似文献

利用反射式近红外传感器、无线电收/发模块及四合一功能组合计数集成电路等器件,研究了无线遥控红外线计数器。当有产品通过红外线检测区域时,就会有一部分红外光信号经产品反射回来,被与红外线发射管同排安装的光敏接收管收到并转换成同频率的电信号,再经红外传感器模块内电路进行放大、比较处理,输出高电平信号,启动发射机工作。接收机收到发射机发来的无线遥控编码信号后,再经解调、解码电路处理,输出编码脉冲,对此脉冲信号进行计数,就实现了对产品的统计。整个系统为模块化结构,具有安装容易、抗震能力强、传输距离远、工作稳定、计数准确、高亮度数字显示等特点。可用于重工业、轻纺工业、食品工业、农牧业一些设备或流水线上对产量或流量进行遥控计数。  相似文献

Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a breast cancer subtype characterized by the absence of estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 expression. TNBC cells respond poorly to targeted chemotherapies currently in use and the mortality rate of TNBC remains high. Therefore, it is necessary to identify new chemotherapeutic agents for TNBC. In this study, the anti-cancer effects of 7-α-hydroxyfrullanolide (7HF), derived from Grangea maderaspatana, on MCF-7, MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468 breast cancer cells were assessed using MTT assay. The mode of action of 7HF in TNBC cells treated with 6, 12 and 24 µM of 7HF was determined by flow cytometry and propidium iodide (PI) staining for cell cycle analysis and annexin V/fluorescein isothiocyanate + PI staining for detecting apoptosis. The molecular mechanism of action of 7HF in TNBC cells was investigated by evaluating protein expression using proteomic techniques and western blotting. Subsequently, 7HF exhibited the strongest anti-TNBC activity toward MDA-MB-468 cells and a concomitantly weak toxicity toward normal breast cells. The molecular mechanism of action of low-dose 7HF in TNBC cells primarily involved G2/M-phase arrest through upregulation of the expression of Bub3, cyclin B1, phosphorylated Cdk1 (Tyr 15) and p53-independent p21. Contrastingly, the upregulation of PP2A-A subunit expression may have modulated the suppression of various cell survival proteins such as p-Akt (Ser 473), FoxO3a and β-catenin. The concurrent apoptotic effect of 7HF on the treated cells was mediated via both intrinsic and extrinsic modes through the upregulation of Bax and active cleaved caspase-7–9 expression and downregulation of Bcl-2 and full-length caspase-7–9 expression. Notably, the proteomic approach revealed the upregulation of the expression of pivotal protein clusters associated with G1/S-phase arrest, G2/M-phase transition and apoptosis. Thus, 7HF exhibits promising anti-TNBC activity and at a low dose, it modulates signal transduction associated with G2/M-phase arrest and apoptosis.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to evaluate the effect of the concentration of gelatin (G) (3–6 g), whey protein (W) (2.5–7.5 g) and chitosan (C) (0.5–2.5 g) on the physical, optical and mechanical properties of composite edible films (CEFs) using the response surface methodology (RSM), as well as optimizing the formulation for the packaging of foods. The results of the study were evaluated via first- and second-order multiple regression analysis to obtain the determination coefficient values with a good fit (R ˃ 0.90) for each of the response variables, except for the values of solubility and b*. The individual linear effect of the independent variables (the concentrations of gelatin, whey protein and chitosan) significantly affected (p ≤ 0.05) the water vapor permeability (WVP), strength and solubility of the edible films. The WVP of the edible films varied from 0.90 to 1.62 × 10−11 g.m/Pa.s.m2, the resistance to traction varied from 0.47 MPa to 3.03 MPa and the solubility varied from 51.06% to 87%. The optimized values indicated that the CEF prepared with a quantity of 4 g, 5 g and 3 g of gelatin, whey protein and chitosan, respectively, provided the CEF with a smooth, continuous and transparent surface, with L values that resulted in a light-yellow hue, a lower WVP, a maximum strength (resistance to traction) and a lower solubility. The results revealed that the optimized formulation of the CEF of G–W–C allowed a good validation of the prediction model and could be applied, in an effective manner, to the food packaging industry, which could help in mitigating the environmental issues associated with synthetic packaging materials.  相似文献

建立了基于金纳米微粒溶解的化学发光反应体系,并探讨了金纳米微粒溶解及化学发光测定的最佳条件。首次将金纳米微粒引入生物素和IgG的化学发光金属免疫分析,比较了不同粒径金纳米微粒、不同检测系统对IgG测定的影响。在(一抗-IgG-二抗修饰金纳米微粒)检测系统中,基于10 nm和30 nm金纳米微粒测定IgG的线性范围分别为1~75 ng和0.5~25 ng,检出限分别为0.5 ng和0.1 ng。在(一抗-IgG-生物素化抗体-链霉亲和素修饰金纳米微粒)检测系统中,5 nm和10 nm金纳米微粒测定IgG的线性范围分别为10~250 ng和1~250 ng;检出限分别为5 ng和1 ng。  相似文献

研究了单偶氮染料活性艳红K-2G的极谱伏安行为。实验表明:在底液为0.1mol/L的NaGl溶液中活性艳红K-2G有一稳定的、灵敏的还原峰,峰电位约为-0.78mV(vs.SEE)。用线性扫描二阶导数极谱法研究了活性艳红K-2G与不同环糊精的相互作用。采用“电流法”测定了包结常数,比较了不同类型环糊精的包结能力,初探了包结点的可能位置,并对其进行了理论分析。  相似文献

建立了毛细管电泳法快速测定保健食品中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量的方法,成功测定了不同剂型(片剂、粉剂及胶囊)牛初乳保健品中IgG的含量。以37 cm×50μm(i.d.)未涂敷熔融石英毛细管为色谱分离柱,50 mmol/L四硼酸钾 65 g/L聚乙二醇20 000(1 mol/L氢氧化铯调pH 10.0)为运行缓冲液,于214 nm波长处检测。详细研究了影响实际样品中IgG分离及准确定量的关键因素,如添加剂的种类、浓度;运行及样品缓冲液的浓度及pH等。采用峰面积外标法定量。方法的精密度为2.1%(n=7);检出限为6.25 mg/L(S/N=3);线性范围为50~2000 mg/L;400 mg/L IgG迁移时间的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.14%;峰面积的RSD为2.9%(n=7)。6 m in内即可实现保健食品中IgG的分离与测定,结果与产品标示值基本吻合。  相似文献
