Despite many previous studies on the association between hyperthyroidism and the hyperadrenergic state, controversies still exist. Detrended fluctuation analysis (DFA) is a well recognized method in the nonlinear analysis of heart rate variability (HRV), and it has physiological significance related to the autonomic nervous system. In particular, an increased short-term scaling exponent α1 calculated from DFA is associated with both increased sympathetic activity and decreased vagal activity. No study has investigated the DFA of HRV in hyperthyroidism. This study was designed to assess the sympathovagal balance in hyperthyroidism. We performed the DFA along with the linear analysis of HRV in 36 hyperthyroid Graves’ disease patients (32 females and 4 males; age 30 ± 1 years, means ± SE) and 36 normal controls matched by sex, age and body mass index. Compared with the normal controls, the hyperthyroid patients revealed a significant increase (P<0.001) in α1 (hyperthyroid 1.28±0.04 versus control 0.91±0.02), long-term scaling exponent , overall scaling exponent , low frequency power in normalized units (LF%) and the ratio of low frequency power to high frequency power (LF/HF); and a significant decrease (P<0.001) in the standard deviation of the R-R intervals (SDNN) and high frequency power (HF). In conclusion, hyperthyroidism is characterized by concurrent sympathetic activation and vagal withdrawal. This sympathovagal imbalance state in hyperthyroidism helps to explain the higher prevalence of atrial fibrillation and exercise intolerance among hyperthyroid patients.  相似文献

Abstract

In this paper, the asymptotic behavior of solutions for a nonlinear Marcus stochastic differential equation with multiplicative two-sided Lévy noise is studied. We plan to consider this equation as a random dynamical system. Thus, we have to interpret a Lévy noise as a two-sided metric dynamical system. For that, we have to introduce some fundamental properties of such a noise. So far most studies have only discussed two-sided Lévy processes which are defined by combining two-independent Lévy processes. In this paper, we use another definition of two-sided Lévy process by expanding the probability space. Having this metric dynamical system we will show that the Marcus stochastic differential equation with a particular drift coefficient and multiplicative noise generates a random dynamical system which has a random attractor.  相似文献

Consider the discrete dynamical system generated by a map F. It is said that it is globally periodic if there exists a natural number p such that F p (x)=x for all x in the phase space. On the other hand, it is called completely integrable if it has as many functionally independent first integrals as the dimension of the phase space. In this paper, we relate both concepts. We also give a large list of globally periodic dynamical systems together with a complete set of their first integrals, emphasizing the ones coming from difference equations.  相似文献

We give Lyapunov-like conditions for non-uniform in time output stabilization of discrete-time systems. Particularly, it is proved that for a discrete-time control system there exists a (continuous) output stabilizing feedback if and only if there exists a (strong) output control Lyapunov function (OCLF).  以发动机气缸/活塞环摩擦副为具体研究对象,研制了一种新型激光珩磨设备。由于发动机汽缸套载重大,且形状不规则,故设备采用激光头既旋转又直线运动的运动方案。该设备在移动轴和转轴中分别安装有高精度光栅尺和高精度增量旋转编码器以提高运动控制系统的精度。为了使微凹腔沿圆周均匀分布,采用了小数分频原理,能够实现任意小数分频。通过对运动控制卡与自制的调Q控制卡的软件编程,实现了运动控制系统与激光系统的协同控制,用以在气缸表面加工出特定的微观形貌。加工方法采用的是“单脉冲同点间隔多次”的激光微加工新方法。利用该方法能够方便地加工出微观或宏观的形貌且能显著地减少激光加工所带来的负面热效应。  相似文献

The problem of nonlinear dynamical system modeling, considered in this paper, is motivated by restrictions arising in real-world tasks. The restrictions are that first, a system input cannot be entirely observed for one trial. Second, the system model must be subjected to the causality principle. Third, the input is corrupted by noise so that no relationship between the reference input and noise is known. Fourth, the model should have some degrees of freedom so that the associated accuracy can be regulated by a variation of these freedom degrees. We propose and justify new procedures for the nonlinear system modeling that are initialized by these motivations. The models are nonlinear and given by so called r-degree operators that can be reduced to a matrix form presentation. To satisfy the restrictions above, the matrices have special structures that we call the lower p-band matrices. The degree r of the models is the required degree of freedom. The rigorous analysis of errors associated with the presented techniques is given. Numerical experiments with real data demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed approach.  相似文献

A canonical quantization scheme is represented for a quantum system interacting with a non-linear absorbing environment. The environment is taken anisotropic and the main system is coupled to its environment through some coupling tensors of various ranks. The non-linear response equation of the environment against the motion of the main system is obtained. The non-linear Langevin-Schrödinger equation is concluded as the macroscopic equation of motion of the dissipative system. The effect of non-linearity of the environment is investigated on the spontaneous emission of an initially excited two-level atom imbedded in such an environment.  相似文献
