基于开路热刺激放电电流和电荷等温衰减测量系统地研究了等温结晶化条件对氟化孔洞聚丙烯(PP)膜电荷稳定性的影响.结果表明等温结晶化温度和时间对氟化PP膜的电荷稳定性或电荷陷阱的构造具有显著的影响,即使90 ℃,0.5 h的等温结晶化处理也能显著地加深其电荷陷阱、改善电荷的稳定性.而且随着等温结晶化温度的提高和时间的延长,电荷陷阱进一步被加深、电荷稳定性进一步被改善,如130 ℃,2 h以上的等温结晶化情形.衰减全反射红外分析和宽角X射线衍射分析表明,电荷稳定性的改善归因于PP膜的组成和结构变化. 相似文献

The influences on the thermal degradation and crystallization behaviors of poly(p-dioxanone) (PPDO) were initially investigated by adding bis-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl) carbodiimide (labeled as St). It was found that the addition of St could significantly enhance the thermal stability and crystallizability of PPDO. The thermal decomposition temperature of PPDO increased with the increase of the amount of St added. The thermal decomposition activation energies of PPDO increased from 94.2 to 130.8 kJ mol?1 in the case of 5 wt% St. The addition of St did not change the crystal structure of PPDO, while it increased the number of nucleation sites and improved the crystallizability of PPDO. The crystallization activation energies, calculated by the Kissinger method, for PPDO and PPDO/5 wt% St were ?111.4 and ?141.5 kJ mol?1, respectively, confirming the crystallizability of PPDO was enhanced after the addition of St. 相似文献

In this paper, a fully discrete finite element scheme with second-order temporal accuracy is proposed for a fluid-fluid interaction model, which consists of two Navier-Stokes equations coupled by a linear interface condition. The proposed fully discrete scheme is a combination of a mixed finite element approximation for spatial discretization, the second-order backward differentiation formula for temporal discretization, the second-order Gear's extrapolation approach for the interface terms and extrapolated treatments in linearization for the nonlinear terms. Moreover, the unconditional stability is established by rigorous analysis and error estimate for the fully discrete scheme is also derived. This paper continues to study the explicit two-stage fourth-order accurate time discretizations [5-7]. By introducing variable weights, we propose a class of more general explicit one-step two-stage time discretizations, which are different from the existing methods, e.g. the Euler methods, Runge-Kutta methods, and multistage multiderivative methods etc. We study the absolute stability, the stability interval, and the intersection between the imaginary axis and the absolute stability region. Our results show that our two-stage time discretizations can be fourth-order accurate conditionally, the absolute stability region of the proposed methods with some special choices of the variable weights can be larger than that of the classical explicit fourth- or fifth-order Runge-Kutta method, and the interval of absolute stability can be almost twice as much as the latter. Several numerical experiments are carried out to demonstrate the performance and accuracy as well as the stability of our proposed methods. 相似文献

Input-to-state stability (ISS) analysis and stabilization are concerned in this paper for switched nonlinear positive systems (SNPS), where the deterministic and random switching are both included. For general SNPS, switched affine nonlinear positive systems (SANPS) and switched linear positive systems (SLPS) with deterministic and some kinds of random ”slow” switching, some criterions on ISS are provided. From the criterions for SANPS and SLPS, the ISS properties can be judged just by the differential, algebraic and switching characteristics of the systems. Further, based on the criterions for SANPS and SLPS, some state feedback controllers are designed such that the closed-loop systems be positive, ISS or ISS in some stochastic senses. In this paper, the exponential stability problem is addressed for a class of cyclic switched nonlinear systems with unstable modes. A novel event-triggered cyclic switching scheme (ETCSS) is proposed to generate a cyclic switching signal that exponentially stabilizes the considered system for any given initial configuration. Some easily verifiable stability criteria for switched nonlinear and linear systems are established, and the effects of event parameters on the convergence rate are also analyzed. Different from the existing studies, here the developed switching scheme is not only cyclic but also event-triggered and thereby the switching frequency is relatively low. This paper is concerned with the dynamics of a consumer-resource reaction diffusion model in the heterogeneous environment, proposed by Zhang et al. (2017).
