Zero product determined classical Lie algebras

We show that the Lie algebra ? of skew-symmetric matrices with respect to either transpose or symplectic involution is zero product determined. This means that every bilinear map {·,·} from ? × ? into a vector space X is of the form {x, y} = T ([x, y]) for some linear map T provided that the following condition is fulfilled: [x, y] = 0 implies {x, y} = 0.     

On the transposition anti-involution in real Clifford algebras I: the transposition map

A particular orthogonal map on a finite-dimensional real quadratic vector space (V,?Q) with a non-degenerate quadratic form Q of any signature (p,?q) is considered. It can be viewed as a correlation of the vector space that leads to a dual Clifford algebra C?(V*,?Q) of linear functionals (multiforms) acting on the universal Clifford algebra C?(V,?Q). The map results in a unique involutive automorphism and a unique involutive anti-automorphism of C?(V,?Q). The anti-involution reduces to reversion (resp. conjugation) for any Euclidean (resp. anti-Euclidean) signature. When applied to a general element of the algebra, it results in transposition of the element matrix in the left regular representation of C?(V,?Q). We also give an example for real spinor spaces. Using open‐tubular capillary electrochromatography with part‐coating column for binding constants determination of β2‐adrenergic receptor with seven drugs

An open‐tubular capillary electrochromatography method has been developed for the determination of binding constants between β₂‐adrenergic receptor (β₂‐AR) and seven drugs. β₂‐AR was oriented immobilized onto one part of inner surface of capillary via microwave‐assisted technical synthesis. According to the linear relationship between coating length and the apparent mobility of analyte, the binding constant (K_b) can be obtained by related theories and equations. The order of K_b values between drugs such as adrenaline hydrochloride, norepinephrine bitartrate, and propranolol hydrochloride with β₂‐AR is well consistent with that reported in the literature. By the method, K_b values between four extracts of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and β₂‐AR were also successfully obtained. Subsequently, computer models were applied to interpret the CEC experiments. And the results proved to be in good agreement with the method. The work, herein, demonstrates the potential of the method in drug‐receptor affinity interactions evaluation and screening of lead compounds from natural sources.
