用从头算的周期边界条件方法,建立了(3,3)型超长单壁碳纳米管的新模型.使用B3LYP/3-21G方法计算了B和N掺杂纳米管的结构参数、掺杂能量、能带结构以及能隙.研究表明,B和N原子掺杂的(3,3)型单壁碳纳米管具有直接带隙半导体特征,其α轨道计算所得能隙值分别为1.797和2.041 eV.  相似文献

为寻找具有更高生物活性、更环保的新农药杀菌剂,基于杀菌剂氟咯菌腈设计并合成了10个新型吡唑联吡咯类杂环化合物,以吡唑环代替氟咯菌腈上原有的苯环,以期提高其杀菌活性.采用1H NMR,FTIR,单晶X射线衍射、元素分析和熔点测定等测试手段对目标化合物及其中间体的结构进行了表征与确认,并通过挥发法培养得到了6个目标化合物的单晶.还对其中6个化合物进行了生物活性测试,测试结果表明各化合物对水稻纹枯病、黄瓜灰霉病、黄瓜霜霉病均表现出一定的抑菌效果,可作为先导化合物对其结构进行深入的研究,为新农药杀菌剂的开发提供了理论支持.  相似文献

耗散粒子动力学是一种粗粒化的计算模拟方法,在微米和纳米流体力学中有着广泛的应用.由于界面在微小体积流体中的重要性,边界条件的选取在微米和纳米流体的研究中起到了关键性的作用.我们简单地介绍了耗散粒子动力学的模拟方法,并以此为基础,介绍了能够实现纳维边界条件的可调滑移长度的边界条件模拟方法.通过条纹状图案修饰的超疏水表面的流体力学行为研究,和高分子链在微米纳米流体器件中的运动研究2个例子,耗散粒子动力学结合纳维边界条件的模拟方法的实用性和可靠性得到了证实.  相似文献

We propose a simple and effective boundary model in a nonequilibrium molecular dynamics (NEMD) simulation to study the out-of-equilibrium dynamics of polymer fluids. The present boundary model can effectively weaken the depletion effect and the slip effect near the boundary, and remove the unwanted heat instantly. The validity of the boundary model is checked by investigating the flow behavior of dilute polymer solution driven by an external force. Reasonable density distributions of both polymer and solvent particles, velocity profiles of the solvent and temperature profiles of the system are obtained. Furthermore, the studied polymer chain shows a cross-streaming migration towards center of the tube, which is consistent with that predicted in previous literatures. These numerical results give powerful evidences for the validity of the present boundary model. Besides, the boundary model can also be used in other flows in addition to the Poiseuille flow.  相似文献

Nanosized Fe-Co catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation method and studied for the conversion of synthesis gas to light olefins.In particular,the effects of a range of preparation variables such as Co/Fe molar ratios of the precipitation solution,pH value of precipitate,temperature of precipitation,promoters and loading of optimum promoter on the structure and catalytic performance are investigated.The optimal nano catalyst for light olefins (C2-C4) production was obtained over the catalyst with Co/Fe molar ratio of 3/1 which promoted with 2 wt% K.The results show that the best operational conditions were GHSV=2200 h-1 (H2/CO=2/1) at 260℃ under atmospheric pressure.Characterization of catalysts were carried out using X-ray diffraction (XRD),thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA),differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and N2 physisorption measurements such as Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) and Barrett-Joyner-Halenda (BJH) methods.  相似文献

A mild, efficient, and metal-free strategy to construct 2-iodo-3-arylthioindoles was developed via I2O5-promoted iodosulfenylation of indoles utilizing simple, cheap and easily available thiophenols as sulfur sources. It is the first time that the iodothiolation difunctionalization of indoles at C-2 and C-3 positions was accomplished with the formation of 2-iodo-3-arylthioindoles in moderate to good yields.  相似文献

A ZnAl2O4@SiO2 nanocomposite was prepared from metal nitrates and tetraethyl orthosilicate by the sol-gel process,and characterized by X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared,transmission electron microscopy,and N2 adsorption-desorption measurements.The nanocomposite was tested as a heterogeneous catalyst for the acetylation of alcohols,phenols,and amines under solvent-free conditions.Under optimized conditions,efficient acetylation of these substrates with acetic anhydride over the ZnAl2O4@SiO2 nanocomposite was obtained.Acetylation of anilines and primary aliphatic amines proceeded rapidly at room temperature,while the reaction time was longer for the acetylation of alcohols and phenols,showing that an amine NH2 group can be selectively acetylated in the presence of alcoholic or phenolic OH groups.The catalyst can be reused without obvious loss of catalytic activity.The catalytic activity of the ZnAl2O4@SiO2 nanocomposite was higher than that of pure ZnAl2O4.The method gives high yields,and is clean,cost effective,compatible with substrates having other functional groups and it is suitable for practical organic synthesis.  相似文献

The synthesis of 1H-indazoles from o-aminobenzoximes is achieved via N–N bond formation using triphenylphosphine, I2, and imidazole. Selective formation of oxime-phosphonium ion intermediate in the presence of the amino group is the driving force for this reaction. The nucleophilicity of the arylamino group and electrophilicity toward the N–O bond of oxime also control the reaction. The reaction proceeds at a faster rate with good to excellent yield under this mild reaction condition and is amenable to scale-up.  相似文献

大型病态稀疏线性方程组的求解是科学计算和工程应用中的重要问题之一,采用预处理方法,通过降低条件数来减少病态是解决这一问题的关键。基于3次Lagrange形函数,用有限元方法将积分形式两点边值问题的求解转化成病态七对角方程组的求解。通过研究该方程组的特殊结构,分析了该方程的条件数,找到产生病态的因子(致病因子)。将系数矩阵的大范数部分分解成几个简单矩阵的特殊组合,基于这种特殊分解,设计出预条件子(去病因子),并对预条件子的性能进行了定量分析。结果表明,该预条件子的使用几乎不增加迭代的计算量,预处理后的条件数接近1。  相似文献

The effect of nonlinear mixed convection in stretched flows of rate-type nonNewtonian materials is described. The formulation is based upon the Maxwell liquid which elaborates thermal relation time characteristics. Nanofluid properties are studied considering thermophoresis and Brownian movement. Thermal radiation, double stratification, convective conditions, and heat generation are incorporated in energy and nanoparticle concentration expressions. A boundary-layer concept is implemented for the simplification of mathematical expressions. The modeled nonlinear problems are computed with an optimal homotopy scheme. Moreover, the Nusselt and Sherwood numbers as well as the velocity, nanoparticle concentration, and temperature are emphasized. The results show opposite impacts of the Deborah number and the porosity factor on the velocity distribution.  相似文献
