Efficient nonbonded interactions for molecular dynamics on a graphics processing unit

We describe an algorithm for computing nonbonded interactions with cutoffs on a graphics processing unit. We have incorporated it into OpenMM, a library for performing molecular simulations on high‐performance computer architectures. We benchmark it on a variety of systems including boxes of water molecules, proteins in explicit solvent, a lipid bilayer, and proteins with implicit solvent. The results demonstrate that its performance scales linearly with the number of atoms over a wide range of system sizes, while being significantly faster than other published algorithms. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 图形处理器并行计算用于离子发动机粒子模拟

 为了研究离子发动机羽流对航天器的影响,采用质点网格-蒙特卡罗碰撞方法对离子发动机羽流中的交换电荷离子进行了模拟。利用计算设备统一架构技术,开发出一套基于图形处理器的并行粒子模拟程序。随机数生成采用并行MT19937伪随机数生成器算法,电场方程使用完全近似存储格式的代数多重网格法求解。r-z轴对称坐标系中,在z=0 m处获得的电流密度均值为4.5×10^-5 A/m²,图形处理器所得结果与中央处理器模拟结果吻合。在16核心的NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT图形显示卡上,取得相对于Intel Core 2 E6300中央处理器4.5~10.0倍的加速比。     

一种离轴凸双曲面单修加工及检测方法的研究

离轴凸双曲面的加工和检测是非球面加工检测中的一个比较困难的问题.结合一块口径φ230mm、离轴量226mm的凸双曲面镜,提出了离轴凸双曲面镜单修加工以及采用离轴Hindle球检测偏转角度的离轴凸双曲面镜这一方案.给出了单修加工工艺,并解决了检测光路的搭建难点.加工完成的离轴凸双曲面的面形精度RMS优于λ/50(λ=63...

Lightcone dualities for hypersurfaces in the sphere

In this paper, we consider hypersurfaces in the unit lightlike sphere. The unit sphere can be canonically embedded in the lightcone and de Sitter space in Minkowski space. We investigate these hypersurfaces in the framework of the theory of Legendrian dualities between pseudo‐spheres in Minkowski space.

Formulation of commons dilemma: Dawes model reconsidered

This paper examines Dawes (1975) model on commons dilemma (CD) situation and proposes an alternative model which formulates CD. Firstly, it makes clear that Dawes model does not have the characteristics of CD. Secondly, it specifies “resource unit condition” which models of commons dilemma must satisfy. Thirdly, it presents CD model, which is obtained by setting the condition in Dawes model. And lastly, it examines some nature of the proposed model and find that in CD situation, fine is distributed proportionally to each player's property.
