Crack line analysis is an effective way to solve elastic-plastic crack problems.Application of the method does not need the traditional small-scale yielding conditions and can obtain sufficiently accurate solutions near the crack line. To address mode-Ⅲ crack problems under the perfect elastic-plastic condition,matching procedures of the crack line analysis method are summarized and refined to give general forms and formulation steps of plastic field,elastic-plastic boundary,and elastic-plastic matching equations near the crack line. The research unifies mode-Ⅲ crack problems under different conditions into a problem of determining four integral constants with four matching equations.An example is given to verify correctness,conciseness,and generality of the procedure.  相似文献

The near crack line analysis method is used to investigate an eccentric crack loaded by shear forces in a finite width plate, and the analytical solution is obtained in this paper. The solution includes: the unit normal vector of the elastic–plastic boundary near the crack line, the elastic–plastic stress fields near crack line, variations of the length of the plastic zone along the crack line with an external loads, and the bearing capacity of a finite plate with a centric crack loaded by shear stress in the far field. The results obtained in this paper are sufficiently precise near the crack line because the assumptions of small scale yielding theory have not been made and no other assumptions have been taken. Subsequently, the present results are compared with the traditional line elastic fracture mechanical solutions and elastoplastic near field solutions under small scale yielding condition. On the basis of the minimum strain energy density (SED) theory, the minimum values of SED in the vicinity of the crack tip are determined, the initial growth orientation of crack are determined. It is found that the normalized load under large scale yielding condition is higher than those under small scale yielding condition when the length of the plastic zone is the same.  相似文献

A method for the numerical simulation of the dynamic response of the contact angle is presented and its development discussed. The proposed method was developed within a level-set framework by modelling forced capillary flows and it is based on the introduction of a force function to capture the balance of forces in the contact region between solid boundaries and a diffuse free-surface fluid interface. The proposed approach allows the system to define its own dynamic contact angle and its own contact line dynamics, without introducing numerical discontinuities such as locally prescribed angles or slip-length. The method was developed through numerical testing and comparisons with experimental and empirical models reported in the literature. These showed the validity of the proposed approach, which was able to reproduce the experimental correlation between the capillary number and the dynamic contact angle reported by [R.L. Hoffman, Study of advancing interface. 1. Interface shape in liquid-gas systems, J. Colloid Interf. Sci. 50 (1975) 228-241]. By using a single constitutive model for the force function, the simulation results of the dynamic contact angle showed an excellent agreement with the values predicted by Jiang’s empirical equation [T.S. Jiang, O.H. Soo-Gun, J.C. Slattery, Correlation for dynamic contact angle, J. Colloid Interf. Sci. 69 (1979) 74-77] through different material properties and flow speeds. The proposed approach also demonstrated the ability to work with meshes of low resolution.  相似文献

渐开线斜齿轮非稳态弹流润滑数值模拟研究   总被引:3,自引:10,他引:3  
建立了渐开线斜齿轮啮合的弹流润滑计算模型,将斜齿圆柱齿轮啮合的齿面接触等效为有限长线接触的弹流润滑问题.考虑斜齿轮啮合的实际因素,将斜齿轮啮合过程中的等效曲率半径和齿面载荷的变化反映到弹流润滑计算模型中,应用统一Reynolds方程方法求得轮齿在1个完整啮合周期内的瞬时弹流润滑数值解.结果表明:斜齿轮啮合线上各点处的膜厚、压力均有较大不同,各接触点处的油膜厚度受综合曲率半径的影响较大;斜齿轮传动非稳态效应相对较弱;小齿轮齿根附近和节点位置处润滑状态较差;适当增大压力角可以改善齿轮的润滑.  相似文献

Based on Green's functions and Newman's product principle, pressure drop formula was derived for considering simultaneous production of fractures and horizontal wellbore in unsteady state. A reservoir/fractured horizontal well coupling model is developed for finite conductivity condition that can be solved by the combination of quasi‐Newton method and PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) algorithm. The solution of a practical example shows that lots of factors can affect the productivity of the fractured horizontal well. The number of the fractures has an optimizing range. Different fractures have different flow rates and the production in the central fracture is the lowest. The distribution of production rate in the wellbore has a wave‐like shape due to the influence of fractures. The closer fractures are the lower flow rate in well segments. Considering the horizontal wellbore production, the production rates in the fractures are asymmetric and the corresponding pressure drop curve is smoother. For multimode pulsed dye lasers (of nanosecond and microsecond duration with frequency-dependent losses in the cavity), experimental studies and theoretical calculations have been made of the dependence of the value of the equivalent line width, used as a measure of selective absorption, on the main parameters characterizing the laser, the cavity, and the absorbent. Analytical relations have been obtained which describe the main aspects of complete absorption in lines with dispersion, Gaussian, or mixed spectra profiles, and their experimental testing has been carried out. Through the analyses on the irreversibility lines (ILLs) under H||c for various high-Tc superconducting (HTSC) single-crystalline samples, we found two universal functions representing ILLs. In these functions, the electromagnetic anisotropy factor γ2 plays a crucial role. The appropriate chemical substitution, such as Bi(Pb)2212, is an effective method to improve flux pinning properties via decreasing γ2.  相似文献
